I was trying to use id.me to get something for my taxes. I got to the point where they verified my face and then it told me my amount was suspended when no explanation. I've been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks and they haven't done anything.
I contacted them immediately on August 15 th - o thought they would just try to verify my identity but instead I got an email with directions as follows:
Your ID.me account is suspended
For your protection, we have suspended your account. If you believe that this is an error and need to sign in to this ID.me account, follow these steps to submit a support ticket:
1. Select Contact Support below.
2. Enter your email address, and first and last name.
3. From the Why can't you access your account? dropdown, select Account suspended.
4. In the Description field, enter any other details.
5. Select Submit.
I them got a follow up email fromfrom a guy named Roy that said:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting ID.me.
Since your account is currently suspended, I will need to escalate your case for additional review.
We will contact you once the issue is resolved.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

I just want to speak with someone and they do not have live agents that I can find anywhere. I've reached out the 15th of August and again August 28th 2023. I tried to "chat" but it's a robot saying the same thing as above.
Please help!
