IGXE FFX PowerLevel

Order for powerleveling was finally completed, but the description on the website was unclear. Customer service "promised" multiple times to respond with clarification, but no one was available to help me with my specific questions at that time. No one ever responded. From what I can see, IGXE has 2 main problems...sub-par customer service and a lack of professionalism. I'm not sure I should have expected either from this type of company. Since my order was finally completed, I guess I shouldn't complain but the process will make me think twice about using IGXE in the future. I will more than likely use a different service in the future... While they have assured me the order is complete, I am not completely sure what I ordered. Because of my ignorance, I was overcharged for the service.

IGXE delay

I ordered 1000 wow gold 6 days ago in IGXE.com. The only information I recieved about them at all, was the email from paypal saying the transaction was completed. There is no place stating that you need to "verify" your paypal account for the order to be processed.

Which raises even more questions. Why in the world do I need to tell you my paypal account for you to verify that I bought it. I am fairly well versed in the ins and outs of paypal, and this seem ludicrous. I did my homework before purchasing and found that there were thousands(literally) of complaints against gogoer, so I took a gamble and purchased the smallest amount possible. I also purchased a larger amount from another site, because they received much better reviews than Gogoer did. The other site took 2 and a half days to deliver, but I received very good customer service throughout the entire process. And when they could not make the delivery in the stated time frame (Click a button on their site telling them you will be online, and they will deliver within the hour) they notify you that they will be unable to, and you then repeat the process the next time you will be online for an hour. In essence, you chose when you want to wait for delivery.

Which website can provide us a safe and good service? The ones I placed order before, always have these and those problems, delivery delay, uncomplete delivery, and like this verification! I had to worried about so many problems when I just want buy some gold! garbage! I want to change to IGXE, but see the complaint here! The only way I can do is never buy since now! Yep, after i placed the order, they called me to confirm my order by asking my paypal address and the order information. I was upset at first but there seems to be nothing wrong so far. Maybe it's just a way to avoid online frudulence.

These people are the BIGGEST liars you can come up with. They promise and promise and never deliver. They state they will PL your account by X date...2 to 3 times longer and you are lucky if they have started.

Gold...you MAY get it, if you threaten to charge back your cc.

STAY AWAY from these liars.

Years later, they are still pretty ridiculous. I was told this morning that they have my cc on file and would now be using it to rack up as many charges as they wanted. Filing with the BBB now.

Devon is spot on.

PL took 2-3 times longer than they promised, and my account was suspended due to IGXE using bots and hacking software. Note from SOE:

IGXE are not to be trusted. They delayed my gold purchase for a month despite numerous contact to the Live Chat and then they suddenly the order showed delivered. Nothing had arrived. I contacted their Live Chat again and the mood had changed to why hadn’t I contact them. They said the gold has been delivered and it wasnt there problem. I mean how could I be trusted as it had taken me a month to check why it hadnt been sent! I mean excuse me! They were the ones who delayed it for a month. I have received no gold at all. They sent me screenshot which supposedly showed their character sending me mail in the game with the gold in the slot but that doesnt prove anything as the mail didn’t say “Sent”. Don’t use IGXE.

IGXE Rip off

I place an order of Powerleveling service from IGXE, and I was lucky enough to at least get my account temporarily suspended by Blizzard who reset my pass and let me reclaim it, but it was suspended due to use of third-party tools (that's bots.) which is against IGXE "policy". When I confronted them with this they didn't refund.

I ordered gold, the delivery person called me everyday to get on. when i get on they say ooh we don't have it sorry... would you like to buy more? Answered no and they reply yeah we definitely don't have any stock. They call and tell me they have it multiple times. Then i leave town for a few weeks and come back. Get on live chat and then they say that they already delivered it. They will not give a refund. They refuse to look into it. Horrible business!

Every order processed for eve has been handled in a timely manor and professionally. Staff has been helpful and polite while working with.
I want to make special note for the agent on Christmas night, as was speedy, prompt and even when I made an accidental mistake that could have resulted in benefit to IGXE the agent pointed it out and waited for my correction.
Every order that has been processed with personal requests has been fulfilled with ease.

I have this experience too. Next time U should date a time with them no matter which website u place order. According to my experiences, usually all these company don't have too mant gold in stock. Because they worry about the develop company like Bizzard will ban their account.

Are you kidding me? The customer service representatives are so polite they never say any bad words to me, even though I am a little annoying when I cannot get my gold in 3 hours. She is very polite and kind then push the supplier make delivery for me in about 20 mins.

Ordered some ships and items from them for Eve Online and after not getting it they had me sit online for hours waiting for a response with their live chat people. They blamed the credit card company for slow pay and then said they wanted copies of my driver's license and other finanical details or they would cancel the order so I asked them to cancel the order. They agreed to it but they have never actually returned the money even after sending repeated emails saying the charges would be reversed within 24 hours. I've had to go through my bank and Visa to get the charge reversed. I originally paid using the Googlecheckout option which is no longer available for this company as Google has withdrawn their right to use their service due to the amount of problems they have had with this merchant.

While they may sometimes deliver what they claim all in all this is not an honest company and you should not deal with them.

Metin2 Team Ein paar Info. für Spieler

Aufgrund der Umstellung im Ranking gab es Metin Yang heute leider eine kleine Panne in der Anzeige des Rankings.
So tauchten plötzlich GM´s im Ranking auf. Metin2 Yang kaufen Ebenso gibt es einige von mir, zum Rankingtest, erstellte Testcharaktere.
Wir sind aber schon an der Behebung des Fehlers dran und bald sollte das Ranking wieder so sein wie es war.
In den heutigen Wartungsarbeiten wurden folgende Änderungen billig Metin2 Yang durchgeführt:

Bugfix: Spieler die auf dem Pferd waren und ausgeloggt sind, oder gekickt wurden kamen nicht mehr ins Spiel.
Dieser Bug ist nun behoben.
Seit einiger Zeit musstet ihr mit dem Metin 2 Yang kaufen sogenannten Einloggbug leben. In dieser Zeit war das Spielerlebnis eher nicht so [censored]elnd für euch, das können wir auch nachvollziehen.
Aber auch die GM´s haben unter dem Bug bug Metin2 Yang mehr als gelitten. Gottseidank ist dieser ja nun behoben.

Als Entschädigung für den Ärger den Ihr Metin2 Gold dadurch hattet werden wir von Freitag Abend an (etwa 20 Uhr) bis durchgehend Sonntag Abend (etwa 20 Uhr) folgende Bonis für alle Reiche auf Server Metin Geld Mosha erhöhen.

This company are scam artists... i only used them because they promised a 5-21 minute delivery. it is now almost 2 weeks and still no gold delivered. i have filed a dispute with paypal, god only knows how these people are still in business. I wish i had seen this before i paid money for a non existant service. i intend to post on every single mmo forum i can find about these people.

IGXE I lost my order

my order was placed on 12/05/08, it is 28/07/08 now. i am still waiting for my purchase, this company will not give me a refund and tell me i have to wait even longer if i want the item i purchased. this is the worst customer service i have ever dealt with, i cannot get in contact with the manager or head of the company and the customer service reps will not put through a refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER.

IGXE is a big company, they have different department, the customer service rep haven't the right to cancle the order but if you wanna cancle the order they will help you to proceed, but their manager will ask them to contact you again because they wanna keep you as a valued customer. If they don't have the item you purchased they will offer you the voucher, gold or coupon instead, you can use the voucher and coupon place orders again and will get good discount. even though they are not perfect, they are good game trade company.

I placed an order and was based on their claim to deliver within an hour. They were unavailable two hours later via their chat..
When I finally reached their chat support person he tried to convince me to wait as much as another two hours. Now totaling four hours.
I requested a refund. They tried over and over to convince me to wait without a concrete delivery commitment.
I had to insist repeatedly for a refund. My total purchase was $20. They finally agreed to refund me. It is ver 24 hours later and there is no evidence of an attempt to refund me.
I shall never do business with these folks again.
I hope that by recording this experience I help to save others from being ripped off.
I am filing a dispute with PayPal since that was the mechanism I used to pay them for nothing in return.
Beware of this service!

PRO TIP IGXE - YOUR DOING MORE DAMAGE THAN HELP BY POSTING FAKE POSITIVES.

On a side note im filing a dispute today. It sucks it has come to this but 5 days later and I am still getting the run around about my order. what a joke. THeir is literally nowhere safe to buy currency these days. I wish I was in the military and had an opportunity to go overseas. Or i was just bored and wealthy. The address these businesses are registered to are available online and imagine the feces running down their leg as you knock on the door and begin caving in their orbital bone with your brass knuckles.

Seriously.. just like the ###s. Way to ruin the image of an entire people by consistently being thieves and liars.

I have used IGXE for 3 years, but I never got any problems. You couldm't get to the site may be your IP problems. They always make the delivery very soon and always offer discount link and coupon for me. This type of service is what will keep me coming back to IGXE even after I get back to the States and I'd just like to say thank you VERY much to everyone here and keep up the outstanding work

Bought cd key from PlayYet.com after a few years my account got hacked, most likely by them, as I was unable to retrieve nor could they find my CD key. They don't email it to you, they only let you "see" an image which you cannot download from their site. When I tried logging into my PlayYet account to retrieve it, the link was gone and they could not retrieve it or so they said.

superb service I'm a Marine currently stationed in Japan. Oftentimes, I've found it difficult to get good service here because of the time difference between where I am and the company's headquarters. This has even been the case with my own job. However, the staff at IGXE not only delivered my order in a timely manner, they went out of their way to make sure I got my order at a convenient time for me. This type of service is what will keep me coming back to IGXE even after I get back to the States and I'd just like to say thank you VERY much to everyone here and keep up the outstanding work
