1. Phone number has never worked for many months, minimally, and just rings. 2. This company has been using a credit card number for me that has been verified as not in existence (or not mine) (mistake.) 3. I can not get sufficient help through any customer service after countless emails. 4. THEN: by which my long-standing account of years has suddenly "disappeared", and after having been a buying customer for many years I can not view all my past buying history with them. Their web site is faulty at best.
