Guten Tag,
ich schreibe Ihnen erneut bezüglich unseres ungelösten Problems mit der Aktivierung des Firmenkontos auf Ihrer Website! Ich bin der Geschäftsführer der Firma Iliyan Gyulev. Vor über einem Monat haben meine Mitarbeiterin Michaela Bankova und ich ein Konto registriert. Es stellte sich heraus, dass wir uns bei der Registrierung geirrt haben und statt des Firmenkontos ein Konto für eine Privatperson registriert haben!
Das Problem ist, dass trotz vieler Anrufe und Versprechungen Ihrerseits, dass wir wieder eine E-Mail zur Bestätigung für die Umstellung des Kontos von privat auf geschäftlich erhalten werden, die Fristen jedes Mal unterschiedlich waren, von mindestens 3 Arbeitstagen bis zum 26. Februar. In der letzten Woche hat meine Mitarbeiterin dreimal Kontakt zu Ihnen aufgenommen! Es wurde versprochen, dass wir eine E-Mail erhalten würden, an die ich Ihnen schreibe und auf die wir uns registriert haben!
Bisher gibt es jedoch keine Fortschritte. Die Zahlung für das vierwöchige Abonnement wurde vor anderthalb Monaten bei Ihnen eingegangen, und wir haben nur Versprechungen!

I am complaining about 2 fraudster's who acts as house owners
Dear customer service
please be inform that, during last week I had applies for some apartments from your website( the evidences is attached). The owners had contacted me by Email and tried to get my information such ad ID card and phone number , ... after that they persuaded me to pay the total (Kaution) and rental amount to reserve the private visit. all Emails are saved and I will give you them for more clarification. I got that, they are committing frauds since they asked for money which need to transfer to non German bank account. finally they treated me to report me and complain me since I need to pay the rental reservation amount however nothing had confirmed by me.
I am writing this letter to not only charge them about illegal activities, but also prevent this kind of advertisements, since the frauds are routing by your website.
