So, I was trying to get a refund from iMobie and I sent them an email. But, guess what? I didn't hear back from them. It's been a while now and I'm still waiting for someone to respond. I mean, come on, it's not like I'm asking for the moon here. All I want is my money back. It's really frustrating when you don't get a response from a company, especially when you're trying to get your hard-earned cash back. I hope they get back to me soon because this is just not cool.

This iMobie thing is a real rip-off, just like all the other ones out there. They got me good with their sneaky subscription auto-renewal, and now I can't even get my money back. And don't even get me started on their so-called "customer support." It's a joke! I'm so disappointed with iMobie's "Anytrans" for Mac and iPhone. I spent nearly $70 on it, and it doesn't work at all. I tried to get a refund, but their policy is a joke.
