I am writing to formally express my deep concerns regarding the conditions and safety of the parking facility. As a recent subscriber to the monthly parking service, I have encountered several issues that urgently need to be addressed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of your customers.

1. Vandalism Incident:

- On July 9th or 10th, just one day after I established my monthly parking subscription, my vehicle's window was smashed while parked in the facility. This incident raises serious concerns about the security measures in place to protect vehicles and their owners.

2. Safety and Cleanliness:

- During the week of July 15th, I have repeatedly encountered individuals engaging in drug use or sleeping in the stairwells every morning as I leave the parking building. This is not only alarming but also poses a significant risk to my personal safety. The stench in these areas is overwhelming and reflects a severe lack of cleanliness and maintenance.

3. Access Code Issues:

- Since July 9th, the monthly access code to enter the building has been non-functional. Each day, I am forced to call for a new code, which also fails to work. The process often involves long hold times and the need to repeatedly provide my account number, causing undue stress and inconvenience.

Given the substantial fee we pay for monthly parking, it is reasonable to expect a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility. Unfortunately, the current conditions fall drastically short of these expectations. I am deeply concerned for my safety and well-being each time I use the parking garage.

I respectfully request immediate action to address the following:

- Enhanced security measures to prevent vandalism and unauthorized access.

- Increased cleaning and maintenance of the stairwells and common areas.

- Resolution of the access code issue to ensure reliable entry to the building.
