I accidently parked in a very poorly labeled gravel lot in Kamloops for 10 minutes to return library books and received a ticket saying it was a monthly restricted monthly lot. I talked to three different supervisors and sent in multiple pictures showing it was not labeled. They would not reduce the ticket which was $81, and after 7 days would become $98. The representatives I spoke to were extremely rude and insensitive to my situation. I explained that I am a single mother who is struggling to make it as my ex refuses to pay child support. This amount has totally messed me up as I don't really have any expendable income. This type of punitive action should not be happening. I am shocked by a company that would give no grace in my situation.

Recommendation: I would not recommend at all!
