Don't Waste Your Time: InboxDollars Offers Poor Payment for Surveys
This is one site that doesn't pay much at all. You can spend ages trying to qualify for a survey, and when you finally do, it might turn out that you're not quite the right type of person they're looking for. Other times, you might qualify, complete a whole survey, and then not be credited at all. When this happens, customer service is no help at all, insisting that you need to provide proof that you actually completed the survey. This can mean spending even more time on a measly payment, taking screenshots, and filling out survey numbers. It's outrageous!
So, I was a member of this site for nearly two years and had the worst time trying to earn even 75 cents an hour. And when you finally accrue enough funds to cash out, there's a processing fee of $3. Are you serious?! This site is a trap. My son spent all summer working on it, a few hours a day, every day, and only made $34. That's just ridiculous. There are plenty of other sites out there that offer better deals than that. In fact, I've been using a few sites where I can make over $100 a week in just an hour or so a day.
One great thing about those sites is that you get to test and review products! Last year alone, I tried out over 70 different products and made an extra $1,170. Plus, I got to keep the products, too! That's not something that InboxDollars can offer you.
It took me ages to realize this, but you're never going to get rich from doing online surveys. But, if you find the right survey companies, you can at least make some decent money on the side. I made a total of $5,844.20 last year alone from just four trustworthy sites. That's not too shabby for extra income! So, if you're still thinking about giving InboxDollars a try, go for it. They're not a scam, they're just stingy with their payments!
InboxDollars Review: Sketchy System and Unethical Business Practices. Beware!
Alright, listen up folks, because I've got a bone to pick with InboxDollars. Now, I'm not saying that it's a complete scam, but let's be real here - the way they do business is downright unethical. It's like they take pleasure in screwing over their subscribers left and right. I mean, yeah, sure, you'll see some positive reviews from people who haven't had the "honor" of being picked as one of their resident "chumps" yet. But mark my words, it's only a matter of time before they get screwed over too.
Let me tell you about my experience with InboxDollars. As one of their subscriber/resident "chumps," I can tell you that their system for qualifying you for a survey is ridiculous. And don't even get me started on the fact that you can spend a solid 30 minutes completing a survey, only to get disqualified at the very end. They insult your intelligence by claiming that you somehow failed to meet some random criteria for the survey, but we all know what's really going on - they just want to weasel out of paying you for your time and opinions. And don't even get me started on the surveys that abruptly shut down right before you finish them. It's like they can sense when you're about to get that sweet payout, and zap! The survey disappears. And good luck getting any kind of support or payout from them in that situation. It's like talking to a wall.
But wait, there's more! Once you're close to cashing out, they'll start accusing you of lying on surveys and giving false information. It's like they're trying to find any excuse they can to avoid paying you. And let's not forget the complete lack of surveys available all of a sudden - every single one of their survey companies mysteriously "runs out" of surveys at the same time. What are the odds of that, huh?
So here's the scoop y'all: InboxDollars is one sketchy operation. If you sign up with them, it's basically a roll of the dice as to whether or not you'll get screwed over or not. And if you do, don't expect any sympathy from them. They'll just accuse you of being a liar or providing erroneous information. It's a no-consequence way for them to lie, cheat, and steal from their subscribers. And don't even get me started on their payout system - I've completed tons of offers and signed up for various services and have only received payout on two of them. Two! That's some false advertising right there.
So use caution if you choose to sign up with InboxDollars. It might seem like a good deal at first, but trust me, the odds are not in your favor in the long run. All I can say is that my experience has been nothing short of unscrupulous and unethical.
Review: Earn Extra Cash from Home with InboxDollars
Hey guys! Are you looking for an easy way to make some extra cash from the comfort of your own home? If so, I highly recommend giving InboxDollars a try! This website is perfect for anyone who has some free time and wants to earn a little bit of extra cash on the side.
Now, I want to make it clear that InboxDollars is not a get rich quick scheme. It's not going to make you a millionaire overnight. However, it is a great way to make some extra money doing simple tasks like completing surveys, reading emails, playing games, and more.
One thing I really appreciate about InboxDollars is that when you sign up, they give you an instant $5.00 credit to your account just for joining. It's always nice to feel appreciated and this is a great way to get started on the site.
So, what are some of the tasks you can do to earn money on InboxDollars? They have a ton of different options, including completing offers, taking surveys, playing games, easy cash tasks, searching the web, watching videos, shopping, referring friends, listening to the radio, and more.
Let me break down a few of these options for you:
- Offers: You can earn money by completing offers from companies that are willing to pay for signing up or purchasing something. Just be aware that some of these offers may require a credit card and you may receive some junk emails. But if you stick to the free offers, you won't have to worry about anything like that.
- Surveys: You can earn cash for completing surveys on InboxDollars. Just be aware that you may get disqualified from a lot of them, but if you keep at it, you'll find some that work for you.
- Games: While you can't earn money directly from playing free games on InboxDollars, you can earn cashback by playing paid games through their partner site, WorldWinner/GSN.
- Refer Friends: This is one of my favorite features of the site. You can earn 10% of what each of your friends earn, so if you have a lot of friends, this can really add up!
- Gold Membership: When you request a payment on the site, you'll automatically become a Gold Member and receive additional benefits like extra referral rewards and sweepstakes tickets.
There are a few things to keep in mind when using InboxDollars. You need a minimum of $30.00 to request a payment and there is a $3.00 processing fee when you do. But you can choose to receive your payment via a Visa cash card, a Visa debit card, or a traditional check.
Overall, I highly recommend giving InboxDollars a try if you're in need of some extra cash. It's a legit site and a great way to earn money doing simple tasks. Just remember, it won't make you rich overnight, but it can certainly help you earn a little bit of extra cash here and there.

Cash back not being awarded
Ive sent multiple emails and tickets in and the response I’m getting is from customer service
Reps that obviously aren’t reading anything I write and have done nothing to help me … I purchased $1,417 worth of clothing from vineyard vines and it was a 10% cash offer back on February 24th…. I received a credit of $1.42 which isn’t even 1% cashback and I should be receiving $141 cashback
Desired outcome: Cashback of 10% on my purchase
Phone number confirmation to payout
I had enough to get payout through paypal. When you request, wants to verify your phone. I put it in and says someone else already uses. I have had this phone for 5+ years. Their customer service is no existent. You send emails to support and are ignored. If you message through or post on Facebook page. It's like a canned or automatic response, we will get back to you. I have never even received any confirmation. Funny they boast how me. Seems to be plenty of complaints about it. This is one of those things that you wish, even though its small. Had a class action to punish them. They are making money off peoples work. Thanks for listening**
Desired outcome: Pay me off and close account.
Surveys and offers
Today I spent an hour completeing a survey that was clearly a survey. When I clicked the finish button and it directed me back to the InboxDollars webpage which said that I didn't qualify for the survey that I had just spent and hour doing. And it didn't credit me the measely.25.
I am $3.06 away from being able to cash out on a $50 Walmart rewards card and now suddenly in the past week I'm not being credited for the things I've been completing.
Desired outcome: I want my credit for the survey & offers that I completed. I have them documented. I want to cash out on my $50 Walmart Rewards Card because if I had been credited for what I have completed I would be able to cash out today.
App download
Using inbox dollars website, I found that they were paying $60 if you downloaded the game Merge Dragons and played to the Foothills 3 level. I followed all their instructions and downloaded the game. After 32 days I contacted them because I had not received my reward. After going back and forth with them and providing screen shots (including a screenshot that said “no purchase necessary” after they tried to say I didn’t make the minimum purchase) they refuse to pay out the $60 that I ever earned and have closed the matter.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive the $60 reward that I rightfully earned
Offers
I don’t think the offers work anymore…
Contacted inbox dollars, customer support. Told them, the only offers that worked, were the penney offers.
I then requested to be given, a sizable reimbursement. In the amount of: $300 worth, of inbox dollars credit.
This problem, has persisted, for some time. Since september, of 2021.
I proceeded to inform them, of the following:
* broken surveys… with errors.
* surveys claiming, to be already completed…. Even though, it was my first entry, into said survey.
* broken video submission surveys.
* some surveys, are stuck, on their load screens.
* broken website mechanics, such as withheld to-do list rewards.
* hijacked web links, surveys lead to unaffiliated websites. Example: ebay.com
I only wanted to do, was make them aware, of these issues. Avoiding further consumer frustration.
They responded with: these offers, as well as other actions, are not showing up, in your activity feed. Therefore, we cannot give credit.
Desired outcome: $300 credited, to my inbox dollars, account.
Reward offers
Inbox dollars had a reward for “Hint Water”. You buy their special, 3 for 36 dollars and in turn you would be rewarded 36 dollars. This was Sept 29th. It was supposed to be credited 3 days later.
I haven’t received it. They don’t seem to be replying to my emails. There’s a few other offers I never received credit for.
I’m now locked out of withdrawing any funds from my account. They kept sending me inaccurate codes to verify my account through my cellphone number. They sent 4 codes that were all invalid and then it locked me out completely from withdrawing any funds from my account.
I only want what’s owed to me and be able to access it. I put a lot of time and effort into these surveys and reward activities. I’m very grateful for any help you can assist me with. Thank you, Chris
Desired outcome: I’m only requesting what funds are rightfully owed to me and my ability to access those funds.
Hi, Inbox Dollars credited my account the 36 dollars I requested. I also performed an identity verification check and completed it. As of now, it appears everything is in order. I appreciate the help. The complaint seems to be resolved. If I have any future problems, I’ll be in touch again. Thank you, Chris
This was resolved on Oct 12, 2022.

Payment for surveys taken unable to redeem
I had joined Inboxdollars.com and started taking surveys, at least the ones they allowed me to do and did paid emails. You had to get at least $15.00 before you could cash out. So when I reached a little over $15 I tried to cash out with PayPal in which I have an account with. Said was verified but never received a conformation email or acknowledgement, anything. When I got a little over $20.00 I tried again for a Walmart gift card for $15, still nothing, no acknowledgement. I also tried contacting them both times but just kept getting a computerized reply and I gave them all the info I had. Now I have a little over $30.00 and tried to cash out again with PayPAL and it actually went to my PayPal but then went right back to the payment screen. Heard nothing from them. It does not show that I did anything. Trying to contact them is a joke and trying to navigate their site, I can't find or get to what I want . I HAVE HAD IT, THEY ARE USELESS and I just want my $30. I am also going to file a complaint with the Attorney General.
Desired outcome: I just would like my $30, they can keep the change.
I’m experiencing similar problems. I hope you get your money. You put a lot of time and effort in for that $30; you earned it.
Closed my account after I cashed out
I have been using inboxdollars for months and I have not once had an issue. Then, I go to sign in like normal and am told my account is blocked, with no reason behind it. I had just cashed out for a $15 walmart gift card. Then all of a sudden my account is restricted? It does not make any sense as I had done nothing wrong. Just requested my cash out when I earned the required amount. I want my account fixed!
Inboxdollars deactivated my account for no reason and stole the money I had earned
On 7/7/2022 I downloaded 4 games through the Offers tabs on Inboxdollars. I played these games until I met the necessary requirements to earn the reward. Some games gave me 14 days to complete, some games gave me 30 days. Only one of the 4 games credited the reward automatically, for the other 3 I had to contact support. I jumped through all the hoops they asked me to and verified my account and identity multiple times for both the customer support department and compliance department. Everything was fine until I filed a claim to receive my reward for $110 for the fourth game I completed. All 4 games totaled $200. I went to log into my account the next day to see how long my reward had to pend for before I could cash out and to my surprise my account had been deactivated. I reach out to support for an explanation, but all they said was that I had violated the terms and conditions. I emailed back asking for a specific reason, stating that I had not violated any of the terms and conditions and asked for my account to be reviewed again. I got a response back quickly that the decision was final and that this was the final communication customer support would answer. I have never been so appalled by a company in my life.
Desired outcome: At the very least I would like my $180. Whether that’s reactivating my account temporarily so I can cash out the money and then deactivating it again or then sending me a check I can deposit into my account.
Account deactivated contact customer support
I have been playing games and doing surveys on the inbox dollar app and I reached $15 twice and they deactivated my account after I had already linked my PayPal to InboxDollars and had them do a request for me to get the cash to my PayPal. All of a sudden today when I try to login because somehow I was locked out it said my account was Deactivating when I tried to log in because somehow I was locked out it said my account was deactivated and to contact Customer Support. I still have no clue why my account was deactivated I have heard about them doing this to other people who do cash outs or any type of request to get the money that they have worked hard for but it seems unfair for them to have us do all of this and then somehow take the money themselves. I am still waiting on a resolution and I will let you guys know if I get one.
Desired outcome: My money I worked hard for it to be in my PayPal account as they promised.
Inbox Dollars verification code
I contacted inbox dollars on June 3,2022 that I couldn't get a verification code so I could get my 50 dollar gift card each time I requested a code be sent to my phone I kept receiving a message that my call could not be completed I contacted Inbox about the problem on June 4th I told them I could not get a code they still have not fixed the problem
Desired outcome: To be able to get my 50 dollar gift card from Inbox Dollars
Animal Kingdom
A few days I accepted an email offer from InboxDollars to download the game. In the past few days the game has crashed ad's will not load and I'm unable to access features. I send a support ticket in I get an automated response to hang on that they'll take care of it in a few days. I also do not see where this is listed as a pending activity on my account. I am uninstalling the game and I recommend the InboxDollars does not use this app anymore for incentives. I should be compensated for $5 for the 20 plus levels that I have completed.
Desired outcome: Remove this game and give each member at least $5 to compensate.
Non payment. Scammed.
January 26th Inbox dollars had a $50 credit to pay. I put it to go to my Paypal. Once I executed the payout. It kicked me out and said my account was deactivated. No reason was given the payout never came and I waited 14 days to get it. There has been no credit given for the work done and seems shady, they deactivated my account, with $50 balance they owed me, as soon as, I tried to redeem it. Attached the email from [protected]@student.cccs.edu showing the credit to my Inbox account.
Desired outcome: I should have got what they owed me and given an explanation of why my account was deactivated.
Cashing in for an Amazon gift card
There's not much to it. I've attempted on multiple occasions to cash out for a $15 Amazon gift card. This isn't the first time either so I'm not sure what the problem is. When I get to where I have to verify my phone number I just keep getting an error that tells there's a problem sending me my verification code. Phone verification failed and unable to send pin. As I said, I've cashed out a couple of times previously, so this shouldn't even be an issue. I've filed for someone to look into this a few times now and I feel like it's been more than long enough. I was doing some of these surveys for Christmas. At this rate I'll be lucky to have it resolved by next Christmas. Someone really needs to please help me asap.i
Desired outcome: I want my $15 Amazon gift card and if Inbox Dollars wants me to keep taking surveys they need to figure out what's wrong with my account.
Unpaid for completed surveys
I am recent member of the canadian division of Cotter: Daily Rewards.
I completed a lot of surveys being transfered to their partner's site PeanutLab.
I have never got paid for those and the pending payments have even been ereased from my account.
I never had any response from the four emails I sent them.
They owe me at least $35.00 for those.

Desired outcome: I want full payment via Paypal transfer
The rewards page not working?
The rewards page is not working, and I cannot receive my monthly $30.00 check... Please fix rewards page... So that I can request a $30.00 check that I earned... I tried every browser that I have, and cannot enter the reward page in order to request my check
Thank you inbox dollars,

Desired outcome: please fix rewards page,so that i can get my check for $30.00
Deactivated account
I had my account closed without notice. No reason was given afterwards other than I violated the terms and conditions. I would like to know what terms and conditions I violated. I just got a message that the decision is final with no explanation. On top of it all, I had money in my account that I earned by taking surveys and doing tasks, and it was not given to me.
Desired outcome: Opened account/compensated my earnings
Make up excuses not to pay you for your work
This complaint actually is about two more companies I've discovered from my work, experiences and research that make up excuses not to pay you after you've gotten your accounts to a cash out point. These two extra companies I am listing for GOOD reason are Inbox Dollars and Swag Bucks (also Vindale whom Mr. StopShams mentioned earlier)! These companies make up every excuse in the book not to pay you for your hard earned work, then try to stall you out for as long as possible! PissedConsumer.com has over 200 complaints on Inbox Dollars and I've also found a massive amount of complaints for the other two sites listed as well. If you like being paid for your work and do your work seamlessly, the payment process from the company you are working for should be seamless as well! These companies want your work but DON'T want to pay you for it! These days I suggest you investigate ALL these companies before you start! Their TrustPilot score may be 'fudged'! *Mr StopShams*
False advertising
It clearly states that they pay ur money as soon as u click the button y does it take a month to receive it, I have the cash app card it doesn't even show I have a pending payment. I did the service I had to do so i shld b paid for my services. I do claim this is false advertising and I do plan on speaking the s lawyer if this is not resolved. Thank you

I have not been able to login for 5 days now. It keeps coming up with my old email address which I no longer use. My info I have been using for a long time will not work. I need the [protected]@gmail acct deleted and need to be able to signin to the current [protected]@yahoo.com. And ASAP. I have around $73 dollars earned. Please correct this. My number is [protected]. Thank you. There was no obvious choice under "select category."
