Dear Incheon Airport Management,
My name is Khusniddin Alikulov, and in November 2024, I traveled via Asiana Airlines through Incheon Airport. I frequently choose Incheon as my connecting airport due to its convenient amenities, such as the free shower rooms and clean nap zones.
However, during my recent journey, I noticed some changes that were disappointing. The previously free shower rooms now require payment, and the nap zones no longer maintain the same cleanliness and welcoming appearance. These amenities were significant factors in my preference for Incheon Airport, as they enhanced the travel experience.
If the free shower rooms are not reinstated and the nap zones are not maintained to their previous standards, I may consider using alternative connecting airports, especially as flights via Incheon have become increasingly expensive compared to other routes to Europe.
I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the quality of services that made Incheon Airport a preferred choice for many travelers.
Best regards,
Khusniddin Alikulov
