late delivery
I am a customer of INDANE with customer no 23276 and have been registered with Paramveer Gas Service, SCF 96, Rose Garden Market, Bathinda Office at Rampura Phul Ph. [protected], 201242. I booked my gas cylinder on 13.09.2010, till 20.09.2010 no delivery has been made by the agency. Whenever I make phone call to gas agency, he says it will take another 3-4 days for delivery due to non-supply of gas. I called 3 times, he says same reply. Further I have only one gas cylinder supplied by the agency. I have so many times called to give me another gas cylinder but all in vain. I am customer of this agency from 20.05.2009 and last cylinder was supplied on 19.07.2010.
Kindly solve my problem ASAP.

I am using the Indane Gas for Last 8 years, from Siddhivinay Indane, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune (Gas card nO- 0942).
For couple of months we are booking the gas on Time. Myself and my husband both are meployed and usually no one at home during the day. the same is being informed to Gas Agency and our seperate mobile numbers are provided to gas agency as well as their delivery boys Ganesh and Anil. Being my office is located with in 1 KM from my home, they usually call me and I go to home by auto with in 5 minutes.
I usually pay them their Mobile charges 5-10 Rs for calling.
For last few months they are neither calling nor delivering the GAs on time. Even after several calls they are delivering the Gas after 1 months of Booking. My kids are small (6years and second child 9 months only).
When I try to contact the booking staff and owners they are always rude and used to tell come to office and take the cylinder.
Just found today complaintsboard through google hence I am writing here.

Dear Sir,
It is to bring in your kind attention that I had a very pathetic experience today( 16-08-2010 at 1:38 PM) with one of your distributor/ Petrol pump dealer ( The Nineteenth Hole Service Station- Dr. Zakir Hussain Marg, New Delhi- 110003) at New Delhi.
The actual cost of purchased petrol was Rs. 2705 however the sales executive charged Rs. 3170 from my debit card. When I asked him to validate/cross check the same, he was bad mouthed & ill-mannered. Rather then being apologetic, he dared me to lodge a complain against Indian Oil and mentioned that is how we do operate.
This was a terrible experience and a set back from a renowned company like IOC.
The cash memo receipt No. of above said authorized service station is 6789 where the total amount is Rs. 2705 & the debit card slip's Sale batch no. is 002939, Ref. is [protected], APPR code - 849516 and the total false deducted amount is Rs. 3170.
Kindly look into the matter & rectify the illicit & malpractices involved at the above said service station.

They are getting 400 Rs for a gas cylinder bet only Rs355 is registered on the bill.This is a complaint on bribe.
So, I request u to take neccessary action on the above complaint as soon as possible.

Without no reason they are continously cancelling the booking request for customers. most of the customers in the locality were uneducated hence they can't read the cancellation messages.hence they were waiting for the delivery, in no time we dont get the cylinders and if you try calling them, there were no responses . we have to reach them in person to do the refill booking again.

The one working would give you a message that it is enaged, call after sometime. This will go upto 5.00 pm and after 5.00 the phone will start ring but nobody will pick up. This type of behaviour of the gas agency is putting office going people in a difficult situation as they are not able to book the gas on phone, and if they want, they have to take leave from the office

I would like to bring in your kind attention that I am an Indane Gas customer with Sun Beam Gas Service, Chilkana Road Saharanpur. My consumer ID is SB8016 (M.M.K Garg)
Few months, our Gas connection was traferrred by SUNBEAM GAS AGENCY to ADARSH Gas agency, and we realised this fact only when we went to sunbeam to book our gas and they refused to book the gas and told that the connection has been transferred. We would also like to mention here that we have been living in the madanpuri colony since past 10 years in our own house and have always been booking the GAS regularly.
On our several requests, some how the person sitting at the Sunbeam gas agency counter agreed to book our gas and he gave us the gas cylinder by booking at some one else name and advised us to come next week for the correction of the incorrect transfer.
Then after my husband went to Sunbeam Gas agency some 10 times but they always keep ignoring saying "please come in the evening... come next week.. aaapki gas to book ho hi rahi hia hum baad me kar denge ...all the crab".. Infact 2-3 times they took photocopy of all the originals from us and said that they will transfer the Gas to Sunbeam.. but again when we enquired after some time, we were told that they have los the papers and we have to give in fresh again.. we have already given our papers to them 3 times in past. Infact during this time we had to purchase Gas from some other resources to fullfill our daily needs.
Recently, my husband had left for usa and when I tried to book the Gas, they again told that we have to again give all the papers as they have again lost the papers.
They are also demanding some 700 rupees for the transfer which is absoluetely ungenuine and I would never like to pay on my ethical grounds. The Gas was transferred because of SUNBEAM's mistake and we have been facing so many problems because of the same for last 1 year. Infact at a couple of times, I have been so much embararassed before those stupid stafff that I can not express here.
Now I most humbly request your good selves to please look in to the matter and do the needful corrective action. In case of no action on this matter, I would be free to take this matter to the consumer forum under the consumer rights having all the IOCL authorities in information about this illegal/non-professional/ highly unacceptable attitude and behavior of sunbeam gas agency .

dp connection not getting from last 5 months
My consumer no. is S-17650 and my local Gas Agency is M/s Sehrwat Gas Services (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my local area.
I had applied for DP Connection in the m/o Jan-10 vide my letter dt. 30-01-10.
As per letter my last date for availing of DP Connection is 60 days from dt. 11-02-10.
I had visisted so many times to M/s Sehrawat Ga Services but no positive reply received, every time they said please come after 15 days becuase of NO NEW GAS CLYINDER they have for DP.

I am trying from last 5 months for mine 2nd gas clyinder but not getting. Even, other people are getting new connection with immediat.

overcharging of gas cylinder
I have booked a refill cylinder on 23rd of June-10 against my Consumer No.13330 and I have got the refill cylinder on 26th June-10.
The Refill Bill No. 10596 was generated on 23rd June-10 and the amount mentioned was Rs.310.35 but on yesterday 26th Jun-10 when I received the cylinder they have changed the rate in this bill and charged me Rs.345.35 which is not right. If the bill was generated on 26th of Jun-10 then it was Ok. The hike in rate was effective from 26th Jun-10 and they were purposely delayed the distribution. I have accepted the cylinder just because my 2nd cylinder is going to finish any time. Otherwise I would have returned it. I would request you to please look into this matter and give me a satisfactory reply.

my gas customeer no 1111, the delivery man need extra 40 rupee per delivery, many more time we asked regards this and we cant give that extra money, but whenever we asked questions the does not delivery next time on right time . it will make big problems in every delivery time, example:- really we don't konw what we do in delivery time, they asked money then we gave them that money, when onwards we asked question against them, they checked no.s and they inform us you sold the cyclinder illgal, now they don't delivery to my family, really we don't expect this type of complaint against us. now what I do ?

delivery of expired cylinder
Last month I booked a cylinder in indane via phone. My consumer number is 27432. They told me that I would receive the gas cylinder within 15 days. And finally when I received the cylinder, I found that it was expired in 2009. I told the man who brought the cylinder from Indane about it immediately. He saw and agreed that it was expired. He took that away then itself. He told me that I would get an other one within 2 days.
I went to the Indane local office to confirm as I urgently needed the gas. Talking to the officials there, they refused to deliver any other cylinder to my house and told me that I have to take it from there godown. On further questioning they refused to listen and told me that I had no other way out than to take it from there godown.
All this harrasment has urged me to complain against them. I would be highly oblidged if strict action is taken against them.

I am a customer of M/s Munda Gas Service, Indane Gas Distributor, S.R.I.T. Market, Sambalpur, Pin-768001, Orissa.. My consumer no. is – M- 7869. I am having one no. of Cylinder. Recently I faced great problem due to non availability of gas in right time. The distributor delivered gas to me after 45 days of booking. Therefore I decided to get another cylinder. But the distributor harass me by returning two times. At last when I want to deposit all the relevant document, they denied to receive with signature. Then I posted it through Registered Post. Therefore I request you to kindly look in to the matter and give strict instruction to the distributor to behave well with the customer and issue second cylinder to me. The Gas connection is in my father’s name.

On 05/01/2011 i have booked arefill with the agency, (Trough the IVRS No.[protected])but the agency not delivered the same and when enquired on 05/02/2011 the behaved in an indecent manner and replied that booking is not in line.Again i booked a refill with the agency in direct on 05/02/2011, but even after two months and four days after the second booking(Three and more months passed after the issue of last cylinder on 05/01/2011) they not delivered the refill.We are facing humiliation from the agency.Today i came to know that they have delivered gas refill to one who booked gas on 20/02/2011.Also i bring to your kind attention that the agency has blackmarketing of the refills.We are suffering so much from the agency..I humbly requuest you to be kind enough to look into the matter positively to help me and a number of others who have similar humiliation from the agency,
