Sir,
I am a customer of Indane with customer No 16206 and have been registered with gas agency
Sandeep gas ajency (telephone no [protected] ). I have booked my gas by phone through agency on 25 jan 2011. They say the gas will be delivered within in 5 or 6 days, but gas yet not received till date (02 feb2011). I told so many times I have small kid, please do it on priority.
When ever I am visiting the above mentioned agency today
Today on 02 feb 2011 I go on agency, they told 05 to 07 more days wait for cylinder
Please advise how to tackle these kind of tourchers.

The Indane LPG Gas dealer provided a no of telephone numbers for tele booking of cylinders. The phone numbers are 033-[protected]; 033-[protected]; [protected] and one mobile [protected]. However, none of these connections are available in any working hours. Kindly arrange to intervene and make the lines available for tele booking.

denying supply of a refill
I am a valid consumer of Indrajyoti Gas Service, Bolpur, Birbhum, West Bengal under Indane Gas, Durgapu Area.
I received a refilled cylinder on 02/06/2010. Then I booked for another refill on 15/09/10. But a few days ago when I went to receive the REFILL, I was denied to deliver it for being so late.
Under these circumstances, I request to do the needful so that I can receive a refilled cylinder regularly.

staff misbehave (drunk in office time)
from last 6 month i am trying to get a new gas connection, i have all the documents to get a new connection but all the time they refused to any of the reason. after that they starts mibehaving with me and the way of talking was very bad. last time i visit the agency on 7-jan-2011, on that date Mr. pankaj who drunk was talking badly. they told me to buy a cylinder every month in 750 rs from his agency

Our Indane Gas agency's Name is M/s SONARPUR GAS SERVICE, on Sonarpur Station Road.
Though they provide us home delivery service, but the delivery person of our area Mr. Rafique forcefully charges extra cost even after he is being given a fixed carrying charge by me which is in addition to the cost of the Cylinder. Moreover he has alerted me today 05 / 01 / 2015 to not give service next time if I do not pay him his extra demand.
pls investigate the matter and do the needful which will certainly mitigate my genuine grievance. People in the area are in deep trouble.

This is avnishkumar resident of Village kamarthu, dist.-Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
We've only one agency in about 20km radius, which is M/s PRANATI INDANE GAS SERVICE, add.-Maithi chowk, Ibrahimpur, Berua, Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
They don't provide home delivery service, Old aged people & single ladies does have to go agency to get cylinders. Although we get cylinders instantly, my Other complain is that they forcefully charge Rs.10 extra.
pls investigate the matter people in the area are in deep trouble.

This is chanrasekhar from Bangalore, I took Indene gas connection in the name of smt Eswaramma W/o Thungavelu with distributor Name:- Cust No:-04, Super Spinning Mills(A Unit) Hindupur 515201 year of 2003(not sure) and this connection was transferred in the year 2004 from Hindupur to Banglore, in the 2004 I left to Blore to UK(England) on site project duty, now I came to Bangalore, in this case I asked to local Indene gas distributor how to restart my my Indene Gas Service, they are asking you took approval sign from local Indene Gas office, Indene Gas office said this is AP service you take approval from AP office(they don’t even AP office address also), in AP office as per their information I submitted all related papers, they singed and returned to me, here Bangalore Indene gas yelahanka distributor is saying take verification signature from local head office, local head office not possible to give verification signature because they are not mentioned any date on your papers you come with verification we will give you connection.
Finally please clear you are loosing Cutomers?

I am a customer of Indane with customer No 12870 and have been resisted with gas agency
Sundaram Gas Company, 3116/E Sudama Nagar Indore (MP) (telephone no [protected], 2482255, 2797524). I have directly booked my gas through agency on 4 Dec 2010. They say the gas will be delivered within in 10 days, but gas yet not received till date (7 Jan 2011). I told so many time, please do it on priority.
When ever I am calling the above mentioned agency numbers, it always busy. if some one will pick the phone by luck, they will say gadi is not available.
Today on sep-7, 2011 I was able to call the agency, a Sales girl talked very rough.
Please advise how to tackle these kind of teachers.

New Gas Connection

I am Vijay, residing at Hyderabad. My nearest Indian gas office is at Erragadda. I sumbitted twice my ID, Elecricity bills to obtain new gas connection. First time they said it is under verification. Almost 2 months back again I sumbitted all documents but not yet any verification done, even any person not verified my address and all.
Even when I went there at Erragadda office, the staff not answering properly, they are very rude even not to hear anything from the people.
Please post to the respective authority people.

not gatting gas delivery on time at home and gas delevery man takes rs365 per cylinder
I am having a gas conn. Of Avtar Indane gas ajency Moradabad U.P, customer no-40315. I book the gas on 8.12.10, refill order no-2626. I call many time to the gas delivery man(SARFARAJ).But he didn't deliver the gas at my home. So I went to that place(1 km away from my home)where he was selling the cylinder in a Tampu. On that place he gave the gas cylinder and charged Rs.365 .He filled the delivery date 18.12.10 insted of25.12.10 when I opposed, he missbehaved me. I want action against him & in future i want gas delivery at home. Thanks

My distributor's name is "Cantonment Gas Supply" which is run by a very dishonest person. He uses to supply the gas cylinders meant for domestic use to unregistered persons or to the shops or restaurants. That's why we never get our cylinders refilled in time. Indane or the Indial Oil surely is aware of the fact but they never take any action against this distributor. The behaviour of the staff of the distributor towards the consumers is also very rude. please do something. my consumer no. is 06061T.

cheating at the petrol pump
It happened at the DEVEGOWDA petrol pump at banashankari 3rd stage bangalore..Its supposed to be a renowned petrol pump.
Today they cheated me for rs50 when i had asked them to fill for rs100...one of them came to me asking to pay him the money and when i turned towards the meter, it showed 50 already and then he asked me again if that was okay...i repeated to him that i wanted petrol for rs100, then he filled again for rs50...i had a doubt, i was waiting there to check and that made those guys worry...they asked me to move as a huge truck was coming in the way...now i really want those ppl to learn a lesson so that ppl like you should not be effected and a renowned petrol pump shouldnt lose its dignity coz of some thieves...if you can help me, lemme know the way to complain against them...

hi everyone registering complains about the dealer they have not taking booking of gas before 21 days, and they have giving gas supply after 21 days. what are the action taken by indian oil corporation. tell me please, and don't register complaints about the dealers its waste of time.

i have been registering for the supply of cylinder through my cell phone which is promptly registered at your end and a SMS is also recorded in my cell phone.
when the cash memo is generated, i receive another SMS to this effect in my cell phone. but after waiting for few days, when it is of delivered, i enquire from my agent . To my surprise, I am told that this will be delivered only after word thus delaying voluntarily.
since I am put to great difficult, i request you to enquire with this matter and see to it that cylinder are supplied promptly as per your instruction. consumer no- 40629, booking date-04/02/2012, booking no-278798, billing data-11/02/2012, cash me no-2819, since the booking data and billing date has been passed away, till now we are unable to receive the gas, if we ask their said that it will take more 10 days.we have only one cylinder, their said that after 45 days you will receive the gas, we are unable to cook the food, my agency name is T.U.C.S. I have a complaint about your delivery person that he is asking premium on my booking cylinder and extra delivery charger 50 Rs. As even I said that ill complaint to traders then he said "i don't care".
Even I complaint in associated traders but they didn't took any action and even for this reason they didn't deliver my cylinder.
And he said you have to give premium and extra money then only you will get cylinder otherwise you will not get.
Kindly look at this problem and pls help me out.

where I common customer goes to resolve their problem when no body wants to take pain?
I am consumer of Indane gas and my local Dealer M/S” Namrata Gas Service” and consumer no. is N-6469. Who is wandering here to there to resolve their problem and nobody want to take pain neither Dealer nor Sales Officer of your company.
Last 15 days back when go to your Jhansi Dealer M/S” Namrata Gas Service” to book the cylinder for refill after seen my blue book he deny to book the cylinder and he told a lengthy process and document formalities after that I can get cylinder and he also ask me to submit a affidavit at what reason I am not taking a cylinder last 4 months.
I said to him that I am living alone that is why there is minimum use of gas therefore I refill the gas in 4 to 5 month .He did not listen my single word and said very rudely it’s a norm you have to follow it if you want to book the cylinder and also give me advise you book the cylinder and sale it in black. I am very surprised after listening his valuable advice
Mr. Anurag Sinha who is Representing Indane gas as Sales office in my city when I talked to him regarding to problem then he told me, write a application and give me at Jhansi Gas Service he will be available 1st and 15th of every month when I go to Jhansi Gas Service I came to know Anurag sinha has not come today then I simply said to the concern dealing person kindly receive my application and forwarded it to Mr. Anurag Sinha then the person has refuse to receive my application and said to me we are not sitting here to do the work of Mr. Anurag Sinha when I ask his name then he comes down on misbehave and when try to talk to Mr. Sinha then he dit not pick the phone .
I just ask the question to all officials of Indane gas Is it customer friendly environment and response which I received from your end ?

I am a citizen of Godda, Saranda (Jharkhand). We have Indane Gas Agency named as M/S Kaushalya Gas Agency. Last week on 22/11/2010 I went there for new gas connection. One of the office staff denied of new connections. The second staff agreed that new connections are available. I was shocked at their misbehaving which was very rude and unsatisfactory.
The other staff asked for photo ID, Resident certificate, Age proof and a self addressed envelope with 22 Rs. Postal stamp. Which I gave them along with two photographs . The staff asked me to come the next day to collect the registration slip. When I went there next day, he asked to come two days later. I went there again today 29/11/2010, the same staff rudely that no connections are now available. When I said he called me a week ago, he said no work is done.
Some other men who were there said, that they give connections to those who have approaches. Please take action against this agency. There is no customer care in that agency and help me to get a new connection.
I want to add here, I went to the so called gas agency today on 1/12/2010 and just asked about the new connection. He said, we don't give new connections . I said that, I have submitted my asked documents and requested for the current position of the papers. He searched in few bundles of papers. Surprised, my papers were not there. I asked him to search .. after few several minutes..wait.. one of the staff started searching.. oh my god.. you wont believe my papers were thrown in one side with the rough papers.. He kept the papers .. again.. God knows this time.. what they going to do with those papers.. they are giving new connections to those with approaches and known to them. Ordinary people like me suffer and struggle.
I have registration a new connection for LPG GAS. registration have complete. but I went document summit disturber. he said government stop new connection for village people. I'm very sad Please solve my problem

I just got a new Indane gas connection through Revathy Indane Gas Agency, Medavakkam. In the agency it is written that you dont have to take the gas stove along with the gas connection. I have a gas stove which meets the requirements set by Indian Oil Corporation (IOC). I told them that i have a gas stove and would not like to buy one more. They said that it is mandatory to buy the gas stove along with the new connection and asking me totally Rs 4500 for one cylinder connection. When i look in IOC website it says that it is not mandatory to by gas stove. There should be some action against them and Please let me know what to do? if i pay the amount only i will get connection seems...

Sir, I want to draw attaintion of the concerned dept. towards the unauthorized and illegal charging of Rs. 210/- from every customer on the name of the INDANE Company. Sir, The owner of TRIPATI GAS agency is sending his agents to get the cylenders and other equipments checked under the scheme of INDANE company. These agents say to every customer that it is must to get all the things checked otherwise they will not be entitled to get their cylenders refilled. They say that against these Rs.210/- the cutomer is insured by the company but they don't give any insurance receipt in return. The receipt they give is a service and five years warranty of the given pipe by the agents. This way they are cheating every customer in the locality and defaming the established goodwill of the company. Sir, even my uneducated mother has been cheated by them and i have got the receipts to present as an evidence.My mobile no is +91-[protected]

I am customer of Indian Oil LPG Gas connection from last 30 years. Gas cylinder booking problem at Upkar Gas Agency, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur Phone is always busy and booking after 21 days of previous delivery. Then it takes time about 40 days. Kindly take necessary action against. Thanking you.

transfer to indane from other oil company
Hi, I got transferred from Delhi to Chennai with a Gas connection transfer voucher from HP Gas. With no HP dealers at my nearby location (camp road), I checked with nearest Indane Gas for the connection transfer. Despite showing them the original Transfer Voucher from HP (with hollogram, dealer signatures and all info) the receiving LPG retailer insisted on saying that a Rubber Stamp is missing on the TV and asked me to get a confirmation letter from previous LPG dealer saying the document is genuine. I checked with my dealer at Delhi to conclude that the TV is not supposed to contain any Rubber Stamp at all.. (also, the way I understand, rubber stamp is something that even a shopkeeper can prepare and apply it. NOT sure, how come this guarentees gunuine). Just wanted to bring such incidents to notice.

I am staying in Ranchi & booked for refilling the gas on 22nd sept. but till dt. I haven't recd the gas & they openly doing the black marketing for the same. Pl. look into the matter & resolved the same.

abnormal delay in gassupply
I am a Indane gas consumer. My gas connection no from M/s Premier Gas Service Dehradun Uttrakhand is 1486. On 20th Aug.2010 I booked gas cylinder vide booking no. 4189. After waiting for comlete one monnth I visited the agency on 20th Sept.2010 as the telephone of the company remains faulty.On 20/09/2010 Agency told me that the gas will be supplied today or tomarrow positively but to my surprise that it has not been supplied till 25th evening. During the period from 20th to 25th I visited the agency three times and each times they assure me that it will be supplied today.I am an old men of 67 Kindly advice me what can I do at this stage because I am enable to move frequently and to pressrise various agency. Thanks

this is a true fact, the same is with one of the worst gas dealer in jabalpur, gujral gas agency, cantt ( tel 262 4285) in spite if many calls and reminders - which is considered vauge, they dont even consider or respect persons who approach them, with much quarrel we have to go in person hiring an auto and collect from their godown
just visit to see the ill fate of the customers...
will there be no action against these cruelities...
