I am Om shankar tripathi from faridabad.My indane gas consumer no. is 3864.Every time when I book refill on [protected], it says you have booked a refiill on [protected] with booking id 5916 & reference no. 0.So I am unable to book a new refill.So I request the concerned authorities to reset this so that I can book a new refill.

I'm a consumer of Indane Gas bearing Cust No 38774. I have booked my request to refill cylinder on Autogas Booking [protected] on 30 Dec 2012. When I'm following up on Jan 2013 they said it has been auto cancelled. Then again I have to book on 28 Jan 2013 (Booking No : 31090) and simultanously I have logged complaint at [protected]. My Complaint No :813901. Last 4 days we have been told that the distributor is on his way, we will get the cylinder at the earliest. Now when I am following up with the customer care they are saying they have informed the distributor (KFCSC hebbal Bangalore). They are not at all ready to resolve the issue and disconnecting the call. I know customer care is to resolve the customer issue but here the scenerio is different thay are not at all listening to us. I spoke to Sunita, Michael, Nagraj ( Option 1 and 2 English/Hindi).
Further i request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. My present booking Dated: [protected], through Phone. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.

I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No 9279.: Arthi Gas Agency, (Kesava Nagar, Trichy 23) the supply of refill of cylinder through . I have a practice to book for the refil of cylinder with dealer direclty over the phone. After many telephonic attempts when we got connected we were put on hold for a long time, then the receiving person refuse to take our request stating that i am not eligible for booking at this time or any other reason known to him and put off the phone. On advice of one of our well wisher I start the booking for the refill of cylinder as per the agency advice after 21 days. I suprised to note that the delivery of refill of cylinder were become more late in comparision with advance direct booking. I stongly condempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer. Further i request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. My present booking Dated: 30-12-2011, through Phone. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.

This is to inform you, that I Animesh Sarkar, resident of DumDum, Kolkata, have been the customer of one of your Dealers "Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency" based at 213/3 Dum Dum Road, Kolkata - 700074, Kolkata. My consumer no is: 758798.
I had registered with your automated GAS booking services with my mobile number. Past 3 months someone has been booking with my consumer number and I have got SMS from your end but Gas didn’t get delivered to my residence.

I am normally out of Kolkata and this is why I could not contact your Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency. Today I’m in Kolkata and I have some free time. So I decided to ask your Dealer about this and they told me they cannot help me regarding the issue, because they told me there is a signature on the slip and so they think they have delivered. But the signature doesn’t belong to my wife nor to me, or anyone in the family.
On the other hand on my Gas booking book, there is no signature of the delivery person who will put the entry and sign if he has delivered the gas – which is proof enough that the gas was not delivered to my home. I informed this to the gas supply guy, but they told me they cannot help me.
Can you please help me with a right solution? I think your automated GAS booking system has some problem. I am saying this because I had registered with my mobile number. Then how can someone else book with a different phone number? I also got an SMS that my Gas was booked and will be delivered shortly, and I also got SMS that the gas was delivered. How is this possible? This means someone is stealing the gas on its way to the delivery using my name/sign?
My family is out of gas today, and we cannot cook for the last week. I think that these gas supply guys are involved too because now they are saying they cannot deliver anymore gas cylinders since the limit of 6 cylinders has already been reached.
I also contacted the Customer Care center, but I think it will be more effective if you can please see into the case personally. This is important as such dealers are maligning the image of Indane Gas and Indian Oil in general. Since, you are the Area Manager, I thought informing you of such frauds and mistreatment with customers should be dealt with by higher authorities firmly, that is You.
I will be highly obliged if you can please look into the matter and do the needful asap.

Dear Sir,
I was trying to have new Indiane gas connection for home use. As i am residing in Laxman vihar phase-2 gurgaon, i
tried to apply for new connection at Anand Enterprises, Bhim nagar, new railway road, gurgaon. I keep visiting Anand
enterprise since jun 2012. But they didnt accept my document and keep saying that connection is close. come in next
month on 10th day. So i keep visiting them every month sometimes on 10th or sometimes even on 1st, 2nd, 5th and so
on.They always say connections are still not opened.
I wrote a letter, asked them to stamp and sign on it that connection is closed, and then i will go to the court for
justice. But then they accepted my documnets, put them on waiting list. In return they gave me a letter stating

I have get above connection 20 years back & since than you are changing a lot of distributors. Now I have get refill regularly from the above dealer.
As per your company policy I have already deposited KYC form & other papers as required by your dealer & he accepted all the papers & cleared as connection is Active.
Since than at the time of delivery of filled cylinder, delivery boy wrongly given filled cylinder to my father residing at the same building. When I have contacted with your distributor & raise the matter than he oversight his own mistake & suspended the connection, saying that in the same campus we will supply LPG only to one person. Than I said to him, my kitchen is separate & you can enquire it but he said it is not my duty & also said that a lot of persons raised complain but no one get succeeds .I am your consumer, from the time when a few public known LPG.
I am living in the same campus since 1987 & our kitchen is separate from my father than why he raised this question, when wrong delivery is the distributor mistake.
So I request you to verify it & active my connection.

regarding subisidized cylinder application submission
Hope this dealer does not understand English properly. He is asking for all the types of proofs which are mentioned in the application form for Subsidized cylinder. In recent past there is a new application form which each consumer needs to submit.
This dealer Saieesh Enterprises, East Anandbagh, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad is very reluctant to take the form if the consumer is not providing all the details against proof. Its very clearly stated that any one of the proofs can be submitted even though he is arguing with the consumers very blatantly.
Please take strict action against this dealer for harassing the consumers for no reason.

Sir Yesterday i went along with my aunt regarding a particular query which my aunt was unable to understand. when i had a small
one to one talk i was really baffled witnessing the arrogant and high handed behaviour of the lady who unfortunately is the owner
of the agency. Sir i fail to understand that how can the lady talk so arrogantly and irresponsibly when customers are so submissive.
she almost used unparliamentary language which was very much disgusting and when brought to the notice of the person sitting
inside the cabin who happens to be the owner of the agency instead of reprimanding her wholeheartedly complimented her for such insane activity. I request the officials to initiate strict action against the owners for their uncivilized behaviour which is very disgusting.hope the officials will definitely look into the matter and so something so that next time innocent customers are not harassed for no fault of theirs.

That gas agency is not providing gas in time since long time and when I ask him to deliver the gas in time and said "main gas nahi dungi jo karna hai karlo".
And further she is doing this since long time and also selling the Gas in Black market.

corruption in petrol pumps
This is to notify that i had been refueling my bike from Indian Oil Petrol pumps from past 1 year without any problem. But recently cheating and corruption has started in most of the petrol pumps including IOCL.
They have started manipulating the fuel indicators in the Refilling stations. I had asked to refuel my bike for Rs 300/-. They smilingly asked me Sir, is the indicator OK. It was suprising why is the peson asking such a question. I have been refueling from the same station from last 6 months. I said thats fine.
After the refueling, i noticed the fuel indicator had moved only a little bit. I asked the person, if their is a problem and he said, its refueled as per the indicator in the petrol pump. Later on i noticed that instead of providing fuel for Rs.300/-, he had provided the quantity for Rs.200/-.
Justification: Quantity in reserve - 2.4 liter
Price per liter - Rs.76.39, hence petrol that should be refueled = 3.927
After emptying the tank, it was just 4.8 liter
I stopped refueling from that petrol pump and moved to another petrol pump. Again same problem over there.
Next when i went to Shell Petrol pump, it was perfect.
It is highly advised that an appropriate action to be taken against the corrupted petrol pumps like Indian Oil in Bangalore. Its not just me who is losing his money, its a city losing money due to these corrupted petrol pumps.

I shri Malay Biswas is consumer of domestic LPG connection under MANIKAMAL GAS AGENCY, CODE-140482, R N. TAGORE ROAD, SURI, BIRBHUM, W.B. PIN-731101, PHONE NO-[protected] under West Bengal state office of DURGAPUR AO of Indian Oil Corporation. My consumer No is-19805. Last, I booked my gas on 1st June 2012, & took delivery on 14th june 2012 but the delivery record-keeper signed on my cylinder's log book as 22nd june 2012.
After that, when I went to the office of MANIKAMAL GAS AGENCY for booking my gas on 28th june 2012, they refused to book & replied me to book after 13th july 2012 and said to me as "NO CYLINDER WILL BOOK BEFORE 21 DAYS" & to many other consumers as same as they behave with me. Is this the system for booking of Indane gas (domestic) ? Please take necessary steps.

MY LPG CONNECTION NO. NE18156 w.e.f 23.8.97 . under Indian oil corporation LTD, I have been allotted a single Gas cylinder on 23.08.97. I prayed for double cylinder on 27.7.2010 at North End Gas center, Barasat railway gate, Barasat, North 24 parganas, W.B. as my family member increased and I required double Gas cylinder. Subsequently my L P G Gas connection has been transferred to a new dealer named Perfect Indane at Basanta Villa, Barasat, Kol.700124, I have 2nd time prayed for Double Gas Cylinder at Perfect Indane on 15.02.2011, but till date I have not been given double Gas cylinder. Now I am facing a great trouble due to non supply of double gas cylinder to me.I have visited several time to my present Gas Dealer but all time I have been refused. In these circumstances I request to look into the matter and save me from the trouble.
petrol pump cheating

I purchased a new CAR-Swift Dzire VXi & delivery date is 01-June-2012
Fuel Tank capacity as per Maruti specification = 42 liters
Before delivery, dealer filled tank with 5 liters of petrol. Immediately after delivery, I filled petrol for another 6.16 liters.
Total petrol filled so far is 11.16 liters and CAR has run for around 18 KMs
I entered Kumarapark Service Station near Shivananda Circle, Bangalore, to fill the tank.
They started filling the tank, final reading at the meter was 41.59 liters.
As you can see above, total capacity of the tank is 42 liters, but petrol filled is 52.75 liters!
This is cheating by Indian Oil petrol pump.
Can any body help in getting justice for me.

I am a registered Indane gas consumer No. 69737.
I am registered for gas supply through South Madras Gas Agency, Raja Annamalipuram, Chennai 600028.
As a part of refill, I was supplied gas on 7/3/2012 by the agency and along with that I got a bill for 70Rs for inspection charges. When I asked the delivery man, he asked me to get in touch with the agency.When I rang up the agency they said that it was as per instruction of Indian Oil and they are following directions.
I must point out here that no inspection was carried out on the equipment not even a cursory look. And even if inspection is a must it should not cost 70Rs which seems disproportionate and must be carried out by a trained hand and not by the run of the mill delivery man. I find that this is concerted attempt to fleece customer with out providing any service and I demand a reurn of the mon ey extorted from me, a helpless customer.
