Rude employee and poor service at ARCO AmPm
Good afternoon, I have a complaint about an employee named Paul who is at the ampm located at Rosecrans Ave and Carmenita. Every time he serves me he has a bad attitude and every time I try to buy escrachers he refuses saying that he can't sell them because it is in stock even though there have been different times that I go, another excuse to give a bad attitude when I go to buy a soda or to put gas he sees that I take out my debit card and then he says that only cash because the system is bad, that is very often and he only tells me because when it's another employee's turn everything is very different.

Earnifly App Sucks
The new app earnifly sucks that ampm just switched to October 2024.The only reason we were going to ampm to buy smokes is because of the discount the old app would give you. I just used the new app earnifly for the first time and no discount on the 4 packs of smokes. The cashier said sometimes it gives a discount and sometimes it doesn't just do not know when it will give you a discount and on what purchases you make. I have a feeling ampm will lose customers me and my husband will be buying our smokes at Chevron again and that also means buying our gas from Chevron as well. There's no benefit for us giving our money to ampm anymore!
Claimed loss: Discounts on smokes. I just want to bring to your attention not being able to receive discounts on smokes is going to lose you customers.
Desired outcome: Bring back the discount when buying 4 packs of smokes like the old app did otherwise we will be buying from Chevron again like we used to that also means paying for our gas at Chevron as well.

Charged card no gas
Me and my husband went to the ampm on union and Bernard in Bakersfield ca, I walked in the store to purchase gas and my card was charged for 20$ and the gas was not pumped so I went back in the store and they said my money would be returned by the HR and it still hasn't been returned to my card I really need the money back I tried calling but it says it's out of service

This is the second time I've went to AMPM and then scan and lose my coupons ,The first time they scanned 4 coupons and only gave me credit for 1 this time they scanned three and only gave me two so why do I keep wasting my hard earned money off coupons that I get cause I spend 200.00 on my personal cigarettes every time I go to one of your stores to purchase. if you're not going to honor them why have them through your site/or your machine just going to kick them out once you scan the coupon it goes away I can't even have ur employees fix it cause wouldn't you know as soon as they scan it. The coupon disappears as on my app it has been used I'm just not getting the credit for any of them . Seems senseless I should have to screen shot my compons just to have them ring it up right .

I was asulted by an emploee of ur company
The day is september the 19 2023,so i was visiting the ampm on ming ave in bakersfield ca,93309 when i was asulted by on of the emplyees of the store for no aperent reson i was using the number 1 on one the the dumpster because the restroom was occupid inside the store so i didnt think it was a big deal so when i was coming out of the dumpster area i was soccer punch by ur store emplyee i didnt get his name but he was pengabi or indian in his early 20's so after he soccer punch me he continue to throw more punches at me so he backed off for a quick second and pulled out a store key and put it between his nuckles so the punches would do the maxium damage so i aint no dummy i stared to backpaste untile i was off the store property i beleaive ur store cameras catured the whole insident on camera i was in no wrong doing watssoever i got a swollen eye and tell u the truth im so not going to that store i was to file a compaint to the max.

Was at the AMPM to get a frozen drink - in this case, dirty horchata.
The ad posted on the outside of the store specified the Frozen Drink (Dirty Horchata) for $2.00,big or small
On the machine itself, inside the store, another sign specified, again, large or small drinks for $2.00
Obtained the drink & went to cpunter. (Previously, the clerk had stated the $2.00 price was ONLY good w/the AMPM app, so I had purchased the drink at that time for $2.99 because I did not have the app).
On 7/27,downloaded the app & went to purchase the drink for the advertised $2.00 using my EBT card...
BUT... clerk said could not pay with EBT using the AM PM App... so I had to purchase the drink with bank card & was forced to pay an added $0.35 cents due to purchase under the required $5.00 min. Purchase.
Question... is this companies practice on the up& up?
No Where on the advertised POSTOR nor on the machine itself does it specify AMPM App must be used or is required to take ad antage of the listed $2.00 price.
Desired outcome: If this store is indeed wrong... I would like to see corporate give them the shake up they deserve...I've seen PLENTY of out-of-country owners list incorrect prices,etc when parent companyboffera a deal.

I stopped at the AM PM at 4380 N Lamb
Las Vegas, NV 89115. I ask the clerk for 2 packs of Camel Blue King Cigarettes and as he was getting them I activated my mobile coupon for $2.00 off my purchase. The store was listed in the options of available stores and as I hold out my phone for him to scan the barcode he tells me that the manager left a note instructing him not to accept any coupons. I explained that once you activate the coupon you only have 5 min to use and then the coupon disappears and is no longer valid. He said he was aware and he too was a smoker but because of the manager’s instructions he could not take it. I think it’s bad business to have your store listed with RJ Reynolds’s as a participating store and I’m sure under contract to accept them. I will be contacting them as well to file a complaint. It’s time consuming and I’m out the money I should have saved as well. I was also a new customer and just decided to come in because where I normally go was out of my brand. I am the store manager at the Petro travel center and I would never instruct my employees to put the customer out in such a way as I feel I was done this morning.

Violent cruel manager
Good afternoon in AMPM land! I am mister Pierre C Alexander one of your many agents! I'm always professional well-dressed and I am good at my job! I was doing an inventory of your front end via third party one of your companies. While I was introducing myself to manager Alex he became loud and belligerent. He clapped his hands as if I were an animal and said if I am from corporate that I need to leave! This is after presenting proper identification on camera. My badge also includes a veteran's endorsement as I am also a veteran. This particular application will not allow me to post photos so I will send you an email as well a polite dismissal was not enough for manager Alex he followed me out into the parking lot and began taking photos of me and my car. I am pretty sure that's against store policy and I'm pretty sure it is illegal as well. He works at 3601 center Street Tacoma AMPM location. This is the type of man who will get someone hurt or worse. He is violent and eventually he will hurt someone himself or call the police to do it for him! Please punish manager Alex to the maximum extent of store policy!
Desired outcome: This manager will get someone hurt or worse. He took pictures of my car in a personal cell phone. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. And falls under the stores zero tolerance policy for harassment.
Pricing SCAM on in store items
SHADY Business here - Beware that this location will have a lower shelf price for items than what it rings up for at the register. They hope/plan that you will buy multiple items so when you get the total bill you dont notice them ripping you off. If you do notice the price changes they will say they cant override it that its the system or other excuses. This is happening all the time here! Beware of the SCAM they are playing!
Customer service & pricing dispute between "employee" & "ampm posted pricing" from argumentative employee named "juan"
Approximately 11:50 p.m. December 1st when returning to AMPM with my previously purchased soft drink cup I attempted to purchase a refill with my cup and employees stated that I could not purchase refill using the cup that I previously purchased there first telling me that the cup was not purchased at that store when indeed it was purchased there the night prior then he stated that I cannot get refill for 99 cents I needed a $10 mug in order to get the refill for the price of 99 cents that in fact she had been working there for over 20 years and those are the rules after I noticed it was more than one sign for refill prices I refuse to ask him he was baffling his prices devastated for me to go ahead and get what I get do what I want and get out of here or get my [censored] out of here that he was going to put me on the system and let his boss know that he be able to see see me on the camera cuz you no trouble I asked him what his name was and he said his name was 123 321 find out his name is Juan.

Health regulations not followed
On Sunday, October 16 I pumped gas at the arco located at 3834 E. 3rd Street Los Angeles, CA 90063. I went inside at around 2:10 pm poured my self a fountain drink, Cherry coke, paid and left the premises. Me and my five and two year old drank that fountain drink and when we had about a sip left on the cup my son noticed that there was ants inside the drink! I went back to AM PM took video of the ants and pored myself another drink to make sure that’s where the ants were coming from. And they were! I advised the employee to which she said she had not had time to clean it because there was only one person per shift. I told her to put that machine out of service because it was unsanitary and it was bound to happen again.. she called her manager to advise. She said I could do what ever I wanted, as to file a claim, and tried to return the dollar I spent. The dollar does not take away the ants we already ate. Today me and my children woke up with stomach pain and nausea!
Desired outcome: Monetary benefits. Change machine/ put out of order so it doesn’t happen to anyone again
Privacy Violations and Discrimination Against Customer; AMPM # 83285
Hello, My name is Robin L. Gray, and this is a follow up on complaint filed with Friyan about AM PM. On 10-13-22, I spoke to Friyan from Corporate regarding how AMPM Store 83285 discriminated against me and my son on 10-12-22 @21:14. On 10-12-22, the clerk, rudely put a bag onto of a large bag of ice for me or my son to bag the ice. She saw that I am on a walker (disabled) and have a left hand disability. I made the purchase, & she is supposed to bag the ice for me as a customer. I explained to Friyan that the clerk was very rude, and prior to putting the bag onto of the ice for me or my son to put in the bag, she intentionally tossed the receipt on counter. Recognizing that it's on camera, she then picked up the receipt & provided it to me. She has been rude to me before. The receipt information is Trans #17, Batch 414; Trace 211501; Network ID: K; Approval code: 063715; Ref # [protected]; Trans ID [protected]. I also purchased gasoline for $17. Trans # 1015539 ST: 83285; DR# 1; TILL XXXX; CSH 14; Date: 10-12-22 @ 9:07:04 pm. Friyan said the complaint number is [protected]. While Friyan was polite and apologized for the cashier's behavior (Indian female, short; cashier), employees from this store located at 2998 Foothills Blvd, Roseville, CA 95747 are violating privacy and discriminating against me and my son, as customers. They were rude before recently. My telephone number is [protected]. A formal letter will also be sent with copies of receipts.

10/08/2022 Every time I go in to ampm on Broadway ave and Anaheim blvd, Anaheim ca, which was daily but I'm starting to visit 7/11 more frequently now, the employees act like they don't know anything about their own companies promotions or app! Today I was told that they don't carry this product and he took the cup from me and said he was going to put it back in the machine! As my 2 year old continues to dip her finger into the cup, and she can do that because this location doesn't have lids or straws available for customers! How many things are wrong at this location I can't sum up in this short paragraph. Free app items are hardly ever available, employees act like they don't know what to do when shown a winning item. Why doesn't ampm train/show employees how to use their own app. Or don't advertise items that they don't carry!
Desired outcome: Be able to use app which is from their own company.
Very poor service and product
I've worked behind the am/pm on Rancho and Craig for over 12 years. I ve use the convenience store for many things. Within the last 12 months the food products have all but stopped...no prepared food..donuts..hot dogs..nothing if ever there they are hours old. Customer service is nilly. One person outside smoking 🚬 one person washing wiping down their car. Home people begging. Coffee is only made at night sits all day till gone. It's awful. We all now get in our car a d drive to 7-11. Service there is great and place is spotless.

All I wanted was a fountain drink to begin with! I wasn’t stealing I wasn’t rude to her until she locked the door on me. Why wud she take the cup I already drank off of and refuse to refill the soda in the first place ? On july 13 2022 at 2:10 pm pcific time in AM PM Located in 1499 main street st El Centro California, the attendant under the name of Dennise mistreated an eldery man who needed to use the restroom, the person mistreated is 78 years old and did bought some items, when asked for the restroom she mentiones was broken, while few min earlier some other personnel mentioned was occupied, she shouted and “mention if we did not understand” definetly an unacceptable behaviour. Please educate on customer service matters to the personnel.
Rip offs and liars
The date is June 5th 2022 I go into ampm I get my container and fill it up with ice my own container that I take in there every ampm charges $0.50 but this one particular one likes to charge two and three dollars for ice when you have your own containers your own cup this ampm at 1316 Yosemite boulevard Modesto California AMPM store number is 838-23 they are ripoffs they are ripping people off and putting the money in their own pockets
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and I would also appreciate if the store will start charging people the right prices
