Go to the ampm Arco gas station on 92nd and Holgate I have just got done going on a road trip. So the first place we pull in is the gas station to use the restroom we have five kids two dogs and two dogs they only have one bathroom. So as we are trying to use the bathroom the employee women want to pound on the door First day, door with my sister and her three kids that was in the bathroom unlock the door while still in the process of using it. So then it was my turn to go in go in use the bathroom wasn't even in there for five minutes had people pounding on the door at the employees at them telling me I took too much time in the bathroom. Telling me that there won't be a next time. These employees nowadays don't have any common courtesy for any type of customers. So where do we go about trying do something about it besides getting mad upset kicked out of a storm but they could treat us however they want

I had an issue about 2 weekends ago with a cashier arco ampm on prairie ave Inglewood Ca 90303. Cashier did not want to accept a discount coupon mobile offer by camel.com. first he states that arco ampm does not accept any kind of coupon. Which seemed odd to me the simple fact, that every month camel offers these mobile coupons and I have never had a issue using the coupon there with other cashiers. I let him know if you scan it with scanner discount should pop up on cashier, if it doesnt fine ill pay full price. Which he kept telling me No i wont scan your coupon. I told him coupon shows this store as one to accept coupon with adress of location im trying to use at. He disagrees. When I stated i previously used it before last month and my brother used his coupon about a few days ago. He replies to me with this " See now I know your a liar because we dont accept any coupons" Now that I took offensive, Rude, Disrespectful to be yelling that from a distance loud as other customers behind me all heard that. Now thats embarrasing and wrong for a cashier to be that rude. Which I kept my composure of not being the bad guy here. Which at the time he had really upset me for him to talk to me like a immature ignorant unprofessional person. My reaction was about to be somewhat violent which I held myself from doing being a better man. This specific cashier was rude judgemental and decided he just didnt want to accept it on his behalf. I think there should be action taken for employees to act of this nature. People now days dont take that kind of rudeness. God forbid i wasnt some crazy and raised hell in that store which many now days will do. Please reach out to management of that store to have some kind of decipline for this rude racist stereotyping ignorant employee. It's 130 am on Sept 8th 2018. About 5 minutes ago I walked into the Arco ampm in union gap, Washington next to the valley mall. I went to the counter to pay for my gas and noone was there. So I walked towards the back by the food heater and saw an employee in the back doing whatever, with headphones in his ears. So I said "excuse me?" no response. So I proceeded to walk to the back left corner where the door to the breaker room was left wide open. I looked in and said "hello, anyone working here?" no response. I thought I heard someone by the register so I walked back to the front only to see noone there still. So again I walked to the food heater and through the open door I said "hello?" the guy with headphones in jumped, when he came out said that I scared him. I heard someone else in the backroom, doing something, beside where he was standing. It took me between 7-10 minutes to get someone's attention. In which during that time anyone could have very well robbed the store and neither employee would have any clue. When I came out of the bathroom the store had 4 or 5 more people in it. 3 of them were walking towards the register, where once again there was no employee til 30 seconds later he came out from the back and joined them at the register.

The cashier was rude her names blanka she was yelling at some guy and i asked her to calm down shes freaking my kids out and i payed for a bag of chips i think she was to busy yelling at people she didnt charge me for the chips as i left the store the cashier came out and stopped the gas pump i payed 10. For gas so i tried to give them the money he didnt want it so i gave them the chips so i go inside the store and tell them about the gass then the stop the pump a second time at 4.06 so i go back in and the cashier was yelling at me then she fallowed me out the store calling me a hoe wanting to fight me telling me to do something freaking my kids out nobody treats paying customers like this if they did nothing wrong im going to call the cops and take it up with the news and yes my lawyer will be in contact with ur company the address that this happened at is 6702 w thomas rd phoenix az and the cashiers name blanka
coffee stamp card redemption
Over the course of the past two months I have purchased eight coffees and have gotten my two stamp cards stamped completely. Upon trying to redeem the free coffee this morning, the clerk told me that the new stamp is green therefore my cards are invalid. She ended up throwing out my two cups of coffee that were supposed to be free.
I do not know how long the stamp has been green but I believe that my cards should have been good for longer as it took me a while to complete and redeem them.

I had to get a little gas before picking up my son from school it was 10:15 am . The store is on 34th and Union (Arco am pm) I went inside to pay $4 on pump 3. I know the person heard me she repeated what I said and took my money ..went outside the gas would not pump ...I used to work for a couple of different gas stations so I pretty much no how the pumps work I tried several times to pump the gas it kept registering at zero and the gas still not come out went inside the store ask them if they can turn it on they said okay again I went outside and tried several times would not turn on I hung up the pump waited a few seconds, and atempted to pump again, face had a customer tell me to hang it up and wait and I did still did not pump, at this point I was terribly upset because of the fact I needed to get to the school and they had about 4 employees in the store and not one of them attempted to try to help me instead they had a customer try to help me and tell me they're looking into it why my pump is not working this is very poor customer service I left in tears, and I know when I worked for the gas stations there was always an attempt to help a customer even if that meant going outside to the pump, when I went back to the store the last time the gal said just give her, her money back and was very rude and non-apologetic, maybe it was not enough money spent in order to get the customer service that I wanted., thank you for your time and I hope somebody will address the store.

On 4/01/2018 around 3: 30 pm I went to 8505 Pioneer Blvd in Whittier Ca.
I pay 32 dollars cash for 30 dollars gasoline on pump 6 and a 40 oz drink the cashier gave back 16 cents change. I went to pump 6 and the pump does not work and return to cashier and I told her to pump its not working, she told me how much I pay her cause she does not remainder I told her what I bought and how much pay but she still telling me she does not remenber . I told to other cashier what happen He told me he can not help me cause he does not made it. I ask them for check his cameras : I ask for supervisor o manager but they told me is not manager on duty. I ask how will fix the problem he went trought the cashier machine and check what happen and he found to the lady cashier send the 30 dollars to pump 3 instead number 6 ; But he insist they can do anything about it, and I need call to a phone number to next day to speak to manager or come back when manager is on duty . I fell like they steal my money cause I worked hard to earn that 30 dollars and they make it lose on 2 or 3 minutes, I leave the gas station very frustrated, I leave my name and cell phone number cause manager will call me next day after they check the day. I don't know where to go or call for get my money back. This is my first time to happen something like that .

I as an employee have been recently hired on at valencia Arco AmPm on Bouquet Canyon rd and Soledad Canyon Rd. I have been harassed several times by another employee named Joe. This individual denies that he has harassed other employees, inappropriately hugs the female employees in front of others. He talks over the manager, he tells the manager what to do, how many hours he wants who to fire and when to fire them. He has the manager wrapped around his finger. The manager defends him when other employees try to report him.
employee refused to assist handicapped driver trying to drive through congested lot
On October 3rd 2017 around 5:30 pm, as I was trying to park at a pump to get gas, I ended up stuck on the congested lot. The refill truck was on the lot which made it a bit more of a challenge to maneuver. I couldn't go through between a metal post and a parked car. When I saw its driver was done pumping gas and was chatting with another client for several minutes and I saw an Arco employee (named David) walk by, I lowered my window and asked him if he could please indicate to this client that if he backed up or moved away it would be great since I was stuck with other clients waiting behind me. That employee plained refused to insist me in spite of the fact that I was driving my van with a life-time handicap license plate. He was rude and told me to ask myself and insultingly told me this was not an exit. Which made no sense... I wasn't exiting...? So I got out of my car (in spite of my handicap) and went up to the driver who was talking after having pumped gas. I presented him kindly with the situation, and he moved away within a couple minutes. When I went inside the store to pay for gas David was unable to explain to me why he had refused to talk to the other customer. (I asked him clearly but still very calmly.) David was rude and defensive saying that clients to listen and just look at him. Which means that he had talked to clients before, but wouldn't do it for me. I asked him why and he got more and more defensive and talked non-sense. His colleague then intervened and said that he had just washed the bathroom and probably a lot in his head. (A lot of what?) David was confrontational and unable to justify the fact that he refused to assist me going through the lot, and why he suggested I should have backed up and drive through the intersection and around the dividers (while there were two cars stuck behind me, with one sticking out on the road), or that I should get out my car and ask myself.! Park and abandon my vehicle in the middle of the lot?

I pumped $5 worth of gas at the Arco on Pacific Hwy & 320th in federal way, Wa. on pump #8 and my fuel gauge went up an 1/8. I left, turned around, came back, and decided to pump more gas. I put in $9 dollars on pump #3 and my fuel gauge only went up 1/8. Four more dollars and still got the same amount of gas, their pumps need to get audited. That was quite upsetting because that $9 was all I have left until the next payday, in one week.

I went to buy gas at the Arco gas station on the corner of 15th Ave NE and 145th St, Seattle (Shoreline), WA. First, both cash pay terminals were not working. I am disabled, and sick, so it is a hardship for me to walk very much. But I walked into the store, and the cashier took my money and said I could then go pump gas. When I got to the pump, I discovered the pump for 87 octane was missing altogether! Now, I had to hobble back inside. The guy who had taken my money immediately got defensive, and told me he was just "helping out temporarily" and that the other guy in the back was the real cashier who was responsible, not him.
I was starting to get irate, I just wanted to get my gas and leave! The first guy told me he had moved the money from pump 4 to pump 2 on the other side, and I could move my car there. As I stepped out the door, wouldn't you know it, another car pulled into that spot. I went back in again, and told guy #1 that now another car had moved up to pump #2, and that I didn't want to end up paying for his gas. Now the "real cashier" aka real idiot, shows up from the back and says all pissy that no, I'm not paying for someone else's gas, and would I quit making a fuss. I said all I wanted to do was get my gas and go. Finally I told them I was going to pull up to pump #1, and to load that so I could use it. I asked them how come the first pump was missing the nozzle for 87, and the 2nd guy, again rudely and defensively growled that "someone had driven off with it, okay". I said then they should at least put a cover on it, so it would be clear to the next person pulling up that it was out of service. He grumbled some other excuse.
Finally, to add salt to all this injury, when I finally got back to the pump and put the nozzle in, it ejected with a force and spilled gas everywhere! I tried again, it bounced out again, and now I had really had enough. The 2nd guy came out, and now was scolding me, telling me everyone else managed to pump gas just fine and that it was my problem. I told him I was disabled and currently sick and asked him to do it instead. Well even he had trouble, and could only get it to work by holding it in place the whole time! When I had told him I was disabled, his response was that that was my problem, why was I making it everyone elses. That stupid rude, inconsiderate [censored], how dare he! The least he could have done was say sorry for all that I had been through! Instead he went on the attack! will never go back to that gas station and will report this incident to the BBB. I hope that buffoon rots in hell. At the very least he should lose his job. It's a customer service oriented job, and he is absolutely the wrong person for it!

Two mornings in a row (August 16th- 17th, 2016), no attendance at all between 3:00am - 3:30am. Customers waiting outside over 10mn, knocking at the window, honking and no employee will show up to attend customers who need to purchase gas or a product inside the store.
