I have reached situation of visiting Hotel for food with my family . In this connection I have to intimate that the delivery of refile cylinder are being made after 7 days to 20 days from the date of drawing the invoice. The delivery man of the Agency used to collect Rs. 20.00 extra from every consumer at the time of making per delivery. Therefore you are requested to please look in to the matter personally & do the needful to avoid the such type of corruption so that the consumers of LPG may not be suffer.

Though I am given 3 times LPG Subsidy in my savings bank account after submitting my documents, I am not given 2 times LPG Subsidy for billing dates 23.5.2015 and 1.8.2015. On inquiry with the Distributor I am told that my bank is not linked, I have to submit my documents once again and that I wont get my pending 2 time subsidy and no one will answer you. The gas as advetised cant be booked online and the booking on phone [protected] is not accepted till the first delivery is made, whether the time of 21 days over. so the consumer has to suffer both ways (1) late delivery (2) next booking not accepted. who is responsible.

wrong bill against the petrol filled in car
This is regarding an incident of April 14th 2015, Indian Oil Petrol Pump " New Gumla Traders Ranchi Jharkhand, presented a bill for 44.67 Ltrs when the fuel tank capacity of my Swift LX 2010 model car is 42 Ltrs. I asked them to full the tank completely, i already had Approximately 7-8 Ltrs of Petrol, post filling the tank they presented a bill for 44.67 liters. Which is not at all possible.
Request the team to take necessary action against the service providers.

The pump is situated at Mumbai, Hindustan Naka, Kandivali (w) is regularly cheating with customers. Their meters are fast. They chrage for 1 lit. & deliver 550 to 600 ml petrol or disel. Please look after it or we will complain to police or political leader.

Hello Everyone,
I want to bring into attention to all the Daylight Robbery / THEFT of LPG cylinders taking at Indane, one of the largest domestic LPG supplier in the country under DBTL Scheme.
First in brief: On latest 2 bookings of LPG (only one booking allowed per month for a retail domestic LPG customer) - we learnt that LPG cylinder booked on our name has been sole to someone else ! This was clear theft/diversion of LPG for a profit under the noose of DBTL scheme.
How this happens:
You book LPG cylinder delivery
Cylinder delivery never happens in reality at your door steps but its status is updated as LPG Delivered !
Money is debited into your account thru DBTL !
Home Come?
There is no real signed acknowledgement from a customer that LPG delivery was made at his door steps.
Further Story:
You try to reach a distributor but all... I repeat all his contact numbers are unreachable !
You try again next day ...they are not reachable again ! you try again & again for next few days but not a single number is reachable.
Further Story - Part 2
You try to reach Indane Customer Care Number [protected]) but this turns out to be the worst contact number ever you come across in your experience -- the number is simply useless -- its never reachable !
Further Story - Part 3
You submit the complaint thru Indane portal. You receive a lifeless reply saying that your complaint has been forwarded to local field officer. You wait for almost one month but you do not hear anything else from a local field officer about such serious theft problem brought into notice ! Life goes happily for field officer, distributor, Indane management while End Consumer continues to suffer ...his LPG cylinders being stolen and being sold someone else for the profit.
Conclusion
DBTL introduced by Govt is seriously DEFILED here ! After DBTL, it has become even more easier to divert / steal LPG to someone else.
Serious loopholes continues to exist in the process --- the management & entire delivery chain is sleeping over these serious issues while Distributor and his cronies continue to make profit out of daylight robbery of LPG

M/s.Ganesha Gas Agencies are our supplier for Gas Cylinders used for cooking purposes. Today the delivery man who came to deliver the gas cylinder at our house is demanding Rs.17/- more and threatening that he will not deliver the next time if we do not pay Rs.17/-. Pl. note they are booking the cylinder after every 30 days and then delivering after 10 days after repeated reminders, hence for big family single cylinder cannot last for 40 days.
One recent problem which we had faced is they had booked and when we tried calling the helpline number it is saying that the cylinder is delivered but we had not recieved it.
I have a connection at sangrur gas service i have biked a gas cylinder nearly a month ago they have promised 2 give the delivery after 7 days but they didn't deliver it i continuously call them and requested them 2 give the delivery but they didn't send it. As it is a regular house hold necessity so it should be delivered on the said date only.
We have Booked Gas 45days back from now & last week they are saying yoiu have not booked, when we gave the booking number they say our cpmputers are not working thus they cannot cross check.
When we call them on phone they will disconnect the phone.
After 45days even they are not sure about the deliveries & are making things worst by challenging that try your best we will bot improve.

Non delivery refilling lpg cylinder
It is a regular preactice of the metropoliton lpgas distributer at kalyani, west bengal, 741235. To harss the consumer at the time of refelling. My consumer no. Is 17649. I have booked refelling on 02. 02. 2015 vide booking no. 719411. And received message on 19. 02. 2015 that my cash memo has been generated. But 13 days has already been lapsed no refelling has been delevered till now.
The distributor in NJP (NAYANI) is making unusual delay in delivery of gas for more than 30 days every month.
on callling on land phone they dont respond and they do not provide the gas at home on regular basis,

petrol does not fill properly
I filled petrol in my pulsar bike from Sri Sharada Enterprises Indian oil petrol pump at Amruthahalli, bangalore urban for Rs 500 at 6:30 pm 20/02/2015.
Person who was filling petrol in bike set the meter at Rs 500. When he was filling petrol, he was applied stopper button two times and stopped the meter at Rs501.50.
I asked him why were you applied stopper button two times and why your meter was not stopped at Rs500.
I also asked him that you measured petrol in same way and showed me.
But he denied and called his colleague .they shouted on me and avoid to measure petrol in measuring cane.
Please take necessary action on this indian oil petrol pump and checks its petrol measure meter. So that if any customer want Rs 500 petrol and measure it in measuring cane,
Its meter stop at Rs 500 and same amount of petrol come in measuring cane.

I am consumer of Indane gas bearing consumer no. S-3018, LPG ID [protected] with Shahid Raman Indane Distributor, Saharsa, Bihar.My name in distributors compuer is wrongly enterded by him as M.N.Samsad instead of M.N.Samshi or Md.Naim Samshi where as in all records eg. SB card, Security deposit receipt and manual record of distributor my name is correct.Instead of my several approach (personally in writing and telephonically ) from time to time, distributor has not done the corrective measure except false assurance.Today when I visited his office, I was told to get cancelled my old security deposit receipt and deposit a fresh security deposit amount which is applicale currently with all formalities as in case of new connection for correction of name for which distributor himself is responsible.I would like to inform you that I am 75 year old senior citizen and ex-air force officer.This situation is very painful for me to go to the distributors office again and again and return bare handed.Therefore its my humble request to get it done from your end on priority basis. non replacement of defective cylinder
On 1st of September, 2014, while changing the cylinder, just after opening the sealed cap the gas started emitting in full force. Somehow the regulator could be fitted to stop the leakage. Immediately a complaint was booked over phone and simultaneously I personally lodged a complaint with the Golf Green Gas Service. The Mechanic came and found the same thing while opening the regulator. He opined that a 'PIN is missing' and it is dangerous to use the cylinder and advised not to use and not to keep the faulty cylinder inside the house. He advised to book a cylinder and also he organised a new cylinder on payment of Rs. 416/-. I requested Golf Green Gas Service vide my letter dated 01/09/14 for replacement of the defective cylinder. He insisted to keep the cylinder but I returned the cylinder to return to the shop.
I took up the issue the Chief Area Manager's Office and submitted a complaint letter to this effect. They advised to take up the issue with the Field Representative. I also discussed the matter with her. In a conference call on 5th evening, She advised Golf Green Gas Service for replacement. When I visited Golf Green Service on 6th, Golf Green Gas Service denied to replace the cylinder.

I have got my gas connection in April'13 and this week I surrendered my connection with same dealer.
But till date I booked 5 cylinders of which I am supposed to receive subsidy on 3 nose(as per Indane gas transparency portal). But there is nothing deposited in my account till date. While surrender, one of clerk at agency told I will get this refund settled during my surrender, but unfortunately their systems were down for 3 days and could not process my application. On the day when I surrendered, the manager in agency gave me my refund and told I would not receive any refund and this will not make any sense if I follow up with any authorities,
I have submitted my Aadhar to dealer and bank on same day when I open my account.
1. I do not understand why this is not been credited to my account and
2. If this amount is not paid to me, where is this hanging?
3. Why these dealers have this kind of attitude as such they are big donors and customers are like beggars.

cheaters on many instances
I am a resident of rohini sector-18 and very seldomly visit the indian oil gas station next to Dr. Lal's path in sector 18. It has been observed numerous times that the station executives cheat while filling up the petrol. They distract people from the window next to the driver with senseless membership forms and avoid the customer to have a look at the "zero" counter on the filling machines. Not only this, today (11th Jan 2014), I went to get my car filled with 500 rupees patrol in my car. Wheba lady executive told me that the machine is not working and we will not be able to show u the zero counter. She assured that machine will pull out a bill of the same amount of petrol that will be added to your car. I agreed to her treachery and later realized that she didn't fill even a zilch of a petrol in my car. The marker didn't move at all. It was stagnate to where it was before. They do myraid things to fool people. I don't need my money back bt just want to make people aware of their cheating behavior. Please stop going to this gas station.

diversion of lpg cylinder
My Indian Oil LPG distributor Jagan Enterprises, located at Madangir, New Delhi has a very poor service and are involved in diverting customers cylinders to somebody else. They are showing cylinders issued in my name which were not delivered to me. This way, they have given my subsidized cylinder to somebody else. When I approached them, they told me that the cylinder was delivered to me. When I asked them to show me the delivery slip with my signature, they did not have an answer. They also supply cylinders with lower weight, this means they steal gas from cylinders and supply under weight cylinders to customers. I have sent online complaints to Indian Oil website but nothing is happening.
There seems to be a large mafia nexus between Indian Oil executives and Gas Agencies and innocent consumers are being exploited and looted for supply of LPG. With the Kejriwal government in place, I hope to get justice as I am going to contact the new government about this large scale corruption and loot of LPG.

Maine 4 jan 2013 ko online apply kiya, phir 17 april ko gurgaon gas service gya. unne bola online ka ref. no match nahi ker raha hai. usne new form fillup kerwa ker hme slip de diya, phir 3 months ka time diya, maine bad me dekha name mistake tha. phir maine 3 july ko gya ur bola name mistake hai to ussne us slip ko cancel ker diya ur phir us date ka new slip de diya. jabki meri koi galti nahi thi maine jo document diya tha usme mera nam sahi tha. maine 3 july ko costomer care me vi complaint kiya but. avi tak koi samadhan nahi aaya, so, pls help me ki hme new connection jald se jald mil sake

This is Srinivas from Chintal, Hyderabad. I am having 72920 number ~5 years. My gas is registered on my father (T Venkat Rao), right now he is staying at West Godavari District. To enroll with adhar my gas is not on my name. I have told to above agency ~1 month back, still there is no reply from them. Please have your feedback on this and take necessary action on them. in this case shall I submit my father adhar to above agency. please suggest. at least this gas agency phone also will not lift.

am a rahul Indian gas customer but to bad service in valanchery area Indian gas agencies bcoz i changing name for service book paying amount 1040/-
non release of connection on transfer due to non availability of blank voucher paper
Sir I Subrat Kumar Sahoo am serving as Sub Insp in CRPF and due to my transfer from Hyderabad to Bhanjanagar in Odisha I have reported in my new location. I have a transfer my Gas connection bearing Conusmer No. [protected] (6435) to Bhanjanagar with TV No. [protected] dated 13/5/13. I consulted the Gas Agency here. But due to non availability of Vourcher form (issued initial to a customer) they deny me to give the connection. Even after lapse of 20 days I could not get the connection and there is no ceternity to get the connection. I along with my family arrange daily diet from local Hotels which are not hygenic at all. They clearly deny to give me the cylinder and to lodge complain anywhere. Hence, request direct the agency concerned to arrange any alternative for giving me the cylinder. Being a force person and deployed here for Anti Naxal operation, the matter may be treated seriously please.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Now today is 20th April 20, 2013 that is not delivered ….
When I am lo-gin www.Indane.co.in, I shocked to see that, my booking is delivered 0n 28th of March.
I have heartiest request to you that please take necessary action against above stated agency
and solved my problem as soon as possible.

I am consumer of Shanti Indane Gas Agency, my consumer no is-20713.
Agency Office Address-Shanti Indane, WZ-427, Sadh Nagar.Gali no-18 K, Palam colony new Delhi-110045.
In the month of August my gas was leeking and i called delivery boy(Rameshwar / known as Raj Kumar, mobile no-[protected], her mrs"s no-[protected](Given by Office) who delivered the gas to me for the same, he took my Gas cylinder and said "i will give you another one.He dint come back few days, haas been told, he has gone some where,
I visited Gas stor(Near Tajpur Village) i met Mr Ganesh(Stor Incharge)he said me, no problum, i will check and you will get your sylinder back.you need to talk to office people.
I went to office and Meet Mr Sanjiv, mobile no-[protected]/(Office Manager)he said no problum we will check and you will get your sylinder back.after making many round to stor and gas office i dint get my cylinder back and many month have gone.
In the end office people told me to login compalin online and call to Field Officer.I did the sameI called to Field Officer Mr.Mayank Bhatia Mobile no-[protected].and explain every thing to him.he talked to Manager Mr Sanjiv then Manager said there it is very old case, i cant do any thing, I ask him stor incharge told me he olready inform you about this case.when he asked to Mr Ganesh(Stor Incharge) He said I dint remember any thing, i told manager and owner all ready.
I called to mr C M Agrawal(owner) regarding this, he was gott annoyed and talked very rudely, he said"Dont ever call me again, i cant do any thing, talk to manager.
I login complain twice to indane oil customer care as following:--
1.Dated 15/02/2013, Complain no-834410.
2.Dated 15/03/2013, Complain no-869792
Dear Sir,
Manager told me now i cant do any thing, you do what ever you can.
My Humble request you to look in to the matter and do the needful as earliest.
