Beware of Indian Eagle. Never book ticket with IndianEagle.
They are in the business of tricking customers. You will find many reviews about Indian eagle's unethical over charges for date change, cancellation.
Let me give you an example for a date change request. If you book directly with airlines, many airlines offer 1 free date change. This is not the case with IndianEagle.
Here is their gimmick. If you inform IndianEagle about date change then they will give you new ticket fare with changed dates at least $600-$800 higher than the fares available directly on Airline's website for the exact same dates, same class, same travel time, same stop over etc.
You will have no choice other than requesting a cancelation due to very high fare for the date change.
2nd part of their gimmick.
Now they will charge you $280+$125 as cancelation fees. This is ridiculous as if you book directly with airline then max cancelation charge is only $280 and in many cases Airline waive the cancelation fees.
Once again, DO NOT EVER BOOK TICKET WITH INDIANEAGLE. Let's make sure that they stop overcharging their customers. Don't go after $15- $20 initial savings. ALWAYS BOOK DIRECTLY WITH AIRLINE.
Thank you
Exceptional Service and Dedication: My Experience with IndianEagle Travel Booking
I recently used IndianEagle to book my round trip to Delhi for a trip in April. Unfortunately, due to personal health reasons, I had to postpone my travel plans and cancel my booking just before the Corona outbreak affected international travel. I was worried about the cancellation process and whether I would be able to get a refund.
When I cancelled my reservation, I was informed that I would not be eligible for a refund as I had cancelled before the airline cancelled tickets for affected flights. This was a frustrating situation for me, as I had already paid for my tickets and was now unable to use them.
However, IndianEagle came to my rescue and intervened in the matter. They worked tirelessly to get me a refund from the airline on medical grounds. I was greatly helped by their sincere service and dedication to resolving my issue.
Although it took longer than expected to get the refund credited in the current situation, I did not mind paying them the refund processing fee for their genuine service. I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to help me out.
Overall, I would highly recommend IndianEagle to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy travel booking services. Their customer service is top-notch and they truly care about their customers' well-being. Thank you, IndianEagle, for your exceptional service!
IndianEagle Flight Booking Review: Good for Booking, Poor Customer Service
IndianEagle is a website that offers flight booking services. If you're looking for a website that can help you book your flight, then IndianEagle might be a good option for you. However, you should be aware that if you need to cancel or make adjustments to your flight, you might have a hard time getting a response from their customer service team.
In my experience, IndianEagle's customer service is not very good. If you need to cancel or make adjustments to your flight, you might have to fight with them to get a response. Even if you contact your credit card company, IndianEagle might not respond to them either. They might just tell you that flights companies are delaying refunds and that you'll have to wait another 18-20 weeks.
One of the biggest issues with IndianEagle is their customer service. They only provide one email address for customer service, and whenever you send an email to that address, you'll always receive the same response. The response will say something like "Thank you for your email. Please note this email id is only used for sending notification emails to all our passengers and for verifying the passenger's information hence limited access is provided to the team."
Overall, if you're looking for a website to book your flight, IndianEagle might be a good option for you. However, if you need to cancel or make adjustments to your flight, you might have a hard time getting a response from their customer service team.
Indian Eagle's Customer Service Shines Through a Rough Experience: A Review
We've been using Indian Eagle for a while now and we gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. But let us tell you about a situation we had recently. We were supposed to fly from the US to India, but there was a schedule change that caused us to miss our flight. We were stuck in a long wait with Indian Eagles for six whole days, spending over 10 hours on the phone with their customer reps. We talked to Sameer, Shekhar, and Subhashree, but none of them seemed to be able to help us out. We kept going back and forth with them, but nothing seemed to be getting resolved.
We were starting to lose hope until we finally got in touch with Rajkumar. He was a lifesaver! He was patient, focused, and determined to find a solution for us. He kept his word and followed up with us in a timely manner, which was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the other reps. We can honestly say that Rajkumar is the only reason we'll be coming back to Indian Eagle for our ticketing needs.
Sure, we had a bit of a rough experience with Indian Eagle, but we're willing to overlook that because of the amazing service we received from Rajkumar. We appreciate his hard work and dedication to helping us out, and we hope that Indian Eagle recognizes what an asset he is to their team. Overall, we'd recommend Indian Eagle to anyone looking for great customer service and a company that truly cares about their customers.
Exceptional Customer Support from Nitish at IndianEagle for Airline Ticket Booking and Cancellation
I recently had the pleasure of using IndianEagle to book my airline tickets. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my original booking and rebook for new dates. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer support I received from Nitish at IndianEagle.
Nitish was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was very polite and professional during our phone calls, and he helped me with the cancellation quickly. When it was taking a bit more time, he told me he would give me a call back shortly. True to his word, Nitish followed up with me and confirmed the cancellation. He even provided me with a couple of itinerary options for my new travel dates.
What really impressed me was that Nitish stayed with me over the phone to make sure I was able to log in and complete the online ticket purchase process smoothly. He was patient and helpful, guiding me through the process step by step. Additionally, Nitish provided me with guidance on the next steps regarding the travel insurance that I had purchased with the cancelled ticket.
Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service I received from IndianEagle, and Nitish in particular. His excellent support made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I would definitely recommend IndianEagle to anyone looking to book their next flight.
Unnecessary Fees and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with IndianEagle
So, I had to cancel my flight because of the COVID situation. I was flying with Air India and when I contacted their customer service, they told me that I could keep my ticket open-ended for a fee of $110. I found it strange because most airlines were waiving such charges during the pandemic. But I had no other option, so I agreed to it.
Later, when I tried to rebook my flight, I found out that the tickets were cheaper than what I had paid for my original booking. I contacted IndianEagle customer service, but they said they couldn't locate my itinerary and that I couldn't make any changes to my reservation if the tickets were cheaper. I was like, "What the hell is this rule?" It was a total hassle dealing with them and I don't think I'll ever work with them again.
To make matters worse, the cancellation fee they charged me looked really shady. If I decided to cancel my flights altogether, they emailed me saying that the airline would refund me the amount minus $100 or so, which was okay. But then they were going to charge me $140 in cancellation fees. I mean, seriously? What kind of operation is this?
Overall, my experience with IndianEagle was not good. They charged me unnecessary fees and their customer service was not helpful at all. I would advise anyone to think twice before booking with them.
IndianEagle: Liars, Cheats, and Frauds - My Terrible Experience
and FRAUDS.
I recently had a terrible experience with IndianEagle while booking a flight for my dad. I had chosen a combination of Air India and Turkish Airlines for his travel on 19th March 2022. When I checked on other websites, I couldn't find this deal. So, I contacted an agent who told me that Turkish Airlines is not allowed to operate from India and if someone is offering this combination, they will cancel the ticket in a few days and refund the money after 30+ days.
I was worried and decided to check with IndianEagle agent. I explained the situation to him and he assured me that there won't be any issue and the combination is operating. So, I went ahead and booked the ticket through IndianEagle.
However, to my shock, the ticket was cancelled this morning and the agent told me that they can't help me and the refund will take 45+ days. This is a clear case of cheating the customer and taking them for granted. I feel like IndianEagle lied to me and cheated me.
I want to warn everyone to be careful while dealing with IndianEagle. They are liars and frauds who don't care about their customers. I regret choosing them and will never use their services again.
Fraudulent Booking Experience with IndianEagle: Beware of Deceptive Practices
I recently booked a flight for my family through IndianEagle and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. I had to make reservations for my entire family with different dates and was shocked when the fare increased after two tickets were already confirmed. I was forced to pay the increased fare as two tickets were already confirmed. This was a huge inconvenience and I was not happy about it.
To make matters worse, IndianEagle also messed up our tickets. Although all of us were on the same flight, they booked one passenger under United Airlines, which only allowed for one check-in baggage, while the rest of us were booked under Brussels Airlines, which allowed for two check-in bags. They issued itineraries that mentioned two bags for the flights operated by Brussels Airlines, but they didn't mention anything in the United itinerary. When I checked my wife's ticket, I thought it was a two-piece check-in allowance for all the airlines. I believe that IndianEagle intentionally deceived the customer. Perhaps they got the United ticket at a cheap rate and cheated the customer. This is unacceptable and I will not be using their services again.
In my opinion, IndianEagle is a fraudulent company and I would like to check with my credit card company to see if they can take any action against them. It is important to be cautious when booking flights online and to thoroughly research the company before making any reservations. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid using IndianEagle for their travel needs.
IndianEagle Review: Untrustworthy and Dishonest Pricing Practices
I recently had to make a change to my travel plans and decided to use IndianEagle to book my flights. However, I was disappointed to find out that they charged me an additional cost that was not reflected anywhere on their website. When I asked about this, one of their representatives told me that it was just the fare difference.
I decided to call Qatar Airways to validate this statement and was surprised to find out that the price of the flight ticket was actually the same as what I had originally booked. Furthermore, there were no cancellations or modifications due to the pandemic COVID-19. I was frustrated that IndianEagle had given me incorrect information and decided to ask for a resolution.
Unfortunately, the representative never got back to me, so I decided to call them again after a week. This time, I was put on hold for a long time before being given the same answer as before. I was disappointed that they were not being genuine with me and were charging me extra without any valid reason.
As a customer, I believe that it is important for companies to be honest and transparent with their pricing. If they are charging extra, they should provide a valid reason for it. Otherwise, customers will lose trust in them and will not use their services again.
In my case, I was so disappointed with IndianEagle that I will not be using their website anytime in the near future. I will also be telling all my friends and colleagues not to use their website. It is frustrating to see companies taking advantage of the pandemic COVID-19 to make money.
Overall, I would not recommend IndianEagle to anyone looking to book flights. They are not trustworthy and do not provide accurate information to their customers. It is important to find a reliable and honest travel booking website to ensure that you have a stress-free travel experience.
Bad Experience with IndianEagle: Pushy Agents and Unreasonable Verification Demands
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with IndianEagle. If I could give them no stars, I would. I don't even know how they're allowed to keep operating. My story goes like this: I was trying to book a flight from NY to Delhi, and their website said I could get $25 off my first international flight. But when I talked to one of their agents, they told me that the price they were offering was already discounted, and if they went any lower, the airline wouldn't issue my ticket. That just sounds ridiculous to me. Why would the airline care about the price IndianEagle is selling their tickets for?
Anyway, I went ahead and booked the flight at their quoted price. But then I got an email asking me to upload proof of verification. And get this - they didn't tell me about this requirement until after I'd already paid. So I click on the link they sent me, and they ask for pictures of my credit card and passport. I uploaded them, but I made sure to hide my security code.
Then I get a call from them, saying that they can't verify my identity because my passport is Indian. I was like, "What? My passport is my proof of identity and citizenship. Who are you to tell me you can't verify me with this?" But they insisted that I upload a driver's license or bank statement instead. I asked why, and they said they needed to verify my US address. I told them I could give them a copy of a postal mail envelope stamped by the US postal service, but they were really pushy about getting my latest bank statement. That was the last straw for me. I cancelled my purchase with them right then and there.
So, let me tell you - if you're a US passenger, be really careful with IndianEagle. They might try to take all your personal information just for the sake of selling you a ticket. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
IndianEagle: A Nightmare Experience - No Refund, Hidden Fees, and Unfair Practices #ShameOnIndianEagle #IndianEagleTheLootersInPandemicTimes #
IndianEagle is a company that has left me and many other customers feeling disappointed and frustrated. As someone who only gets to visit loved ones once a year, I was really looking forward to creating some good memories. Unfortunately, my experience with IndianEagle has left a sour taste in my mouth.
I had booked my tickets with IndianEagle for a flight from CLT to MAA. However, one of the connecting flights was cancelled by United, and the rest of the flights were operated by AI. What was really frustrating was that I didn't receive any notification that my flight had been cancelled. When I called United to enquire about the cancellation, they confirmed that it had indeed been cancelled.
I then called IndianEagle multiple times, but they kept telling me that the flight was still confirmed in their system. They couldn't help me until the system was updated, and they told me to contact United directly to check for rebooking. However, since the tickets were booked by IndianEagle, United couldn't reissue them. It was only after all the flight options were exhausted that IndianEagle finally agreed that the flight had been cancelled.
They then told me to approach Air India, but they were clear that only IndianEagle could make any changes to the record, as the booking was done by them. They told me that since it was the weekend, Air India offices were not operational, but they would try to check for options. However, nothing changed, and all I got were lies and changes to their terms and policies depending on the situation.
Since nothing was working out, I asked for a refund. However, IndianEagle told me that I had to cancel my itinerary and accept a partial refund. Only then would the refund be processed. Since the connecting flight was cancelled by United, Air India flights were still confirmed. So I had to do this voluntarily, and only then would I be eligible for at least a partial refund. If not, my whole money would be lost. This was the first time I had heard of something like this.
But how was I supposed to get into my connecting flight when my first flight was cancelled? The whole itinerary stands cancelled by default. IndianEagle's representatives were well-trained in telling lies and using unfair practices. I would advise anyone to be cautious when dealing with them.
But the nightmare didn't end there. Even after three months, I still haven't received my partial refund, nor have I been given a specific date for when I can expect it. What's even more atrocious is that I was charged an additional USD 125 as cancellation service charges by IndianEagle after a month.
I didn't get a full or partial refund, and instead of compensating me for the cancelled flight, IndianEagle charged me USD 125. It's clear that they need to train and research their representatives on how to cheat and charge fraudulent or hidden fees. Levying service charges might be justifiable for them, but it's not justifiable for customers who have already suffered due to their incompetence.
In conclusion, I would say that IndianEagle is a company that should be avoided at all costs. They are nothing but looters in pandemic times, and they have no intention of refunding their customers. #ShameOnIndianEagle #IndianEagleTheLootersInPandemicTimes #IndianEagleNoRefundCompany
Indian Eagle Personnel - Both Deserve 5 Stars for Excellent Communication
Both deserve 5 stars as Indian Eagle personnel were very excellent in their communication and knowledge about the issue I presented and were also very professional in resolving it. They stayed calm and confident until I confirmed all itinerary that was re-booked. Great job! Keep it up, guys. Great reliable website for airline bookings - always very detailed and complete! Thanks

Con artists
Con artists. Stay away. Tried to book a business ticket to *** using an *** card. They told me that they cannot charge non US cards (which is strange to start with). I asked them to reverse the trx and they said that I should not worry because they would not charge the card. Later I checked my credit card trxs and saw that I was charged the full amount. I asked on the phone whether i have a ticket and they told me that I don't have a ticked because they don't accept *** cards. I was passed from operator to operator to some "supervisor" that said that they will try to return the money in 72 hrs after I threatened them with calling the police. STAY AWAY..
Thanks ***,Appreciate for your help and support. If you have any portal to appreciate/feedback please let me know I will be more than happy to share excellent feedback. You have clarified all my questions with utter patience and professionalism. Have a great day !

The customer care service has guided in a very nice way for canceling and rebooking my ticket
Don't ever book through IndianEagles.com I would strongly suggest not to use IndianEagle.com services for any bookings
Don't ever book through IndianEagles.com I would strongly suggest not to use IndianEagle.com services for any bookings. I made the mistake of booking the roundtrip flight tickets from US to India for myself & my family through IndianEagle. The flights got cancelled & I was told that I'll get FULL REFUND in my account within 8 weeks. Well, 15 weeks have passed & no signs of refund yet. Every week when I enquire on the refund status, they are clueless & give some false information or the other (e.g. - "As we see that the refund has been processed on 03rd July. We request you to please wait for next 3-5 business weeks to get the refund") How ridiculous is that? Avoid them.
Excellent service specially by *** . Very much impressed and he has helped me during booking and staying in call all time
I needed to book a flight ticket at a very short notice due to health reasons and Indian Eagle representative, ***, provided wonderful and prompt support. Thank you Indian Eagle.

Indian eagle has got one of the best travel agents
Indian eagle has got one of the best travel agents. Mr., did an outstanding job. He answered all my questions so patiently and helped me out to the max in midst of the Covid-19 time flight. He educated me about the tests to be done, sent me links to the forms that need to be filled, information about the flights, airports, local quarantine requirements and many more. About the flight itself, he took all my criteria (like time of arrival, ticket price criteria, time of departure, airport of departure, and many more) and gave me multiple offers. Moreover, he gave me ~ a day to finalize my tickets. I have only been rushed and forced in the past by other travel agencies. It is travel agents like *** who make Indian Eagle to stand out from other and take it to the next level. Thank you so much ***.
I booked a ticket with Indian Eagle
I booked a ticket with Indian Eagle. On website the ticket pricing was $1360.00 but when I booked a ticket they charged $116.00 extra to my credit card and on Indian eagle account it says I will receive refund through Paypal or Amazon gift card but it been more than 20 days and I havent received any refund yet in my account. I also talked to customer service peoples and they give fake commitments that I will receive refund in 24hrs but still I havent received my refund. I would not recommend this website to anyone for booking any travel itineraries or hotel. These travel agent is fraud and makes fraud transactions. Dont ever get carried away with cheap prices on their website. My recommendation is book tickets straight with airline company. Dont make a mistake to book a airline ticket with Indian Eagle https://www.indianeagle.com/
I had terrible experience recently with Indian Eagle
I had terrible experience recently with Indian Eagle. Air India is offering 1 free flight rescheduling. New date fares are actually cheaper than my current dates. Indian Eagle still wants $215 as fare difference under some fare class recalculation pretext.I had exact same itinerary booked for my friends parents thru Chase Ultimate Rewards and they did not charge me a dime. Chase did not provide refund for cheaper flight but it is totally acceptable to me. The way Chase worked was logical and correct way of calculation. What Indian Eagle did was bogus, fraud and unethical. I will never do business with this company again. Also, their website shows cancellation fees of $280 (screenshot taken from the ticket and documented), but they want they charged me $330 under some pretext of it being mentioned somewhere in the Terms and Conditions.
I booked my flight ticket two days ago through Indian eagle
I booked my flight ticket two days ago through Indian eagle. The price charged to my credit card is more than the price shown while booking .I felt deceived. It shows $*** USD online. With the help of customer service agent I booked the Ticket but I see many other charges not disclosed while booking - *** which included $5 for token of service which I did not consent to . Again travel scc fee $32.54. And one more travel service fee of $32.54 plus nacl fee of $1.26 plus again nacl fee of ***. While speaking to agent mind if it was mentioned. USD *** converter to CDN should be $2722 CDN. But they have charged $***. So basically once you give you card number. You have no choice except to leave it at their mercy to charge what ever they feel like. I was over charged by $144 and they keep saying we will look into it. Will never use this site again.
I also had terrible experience recently with Indian Eagle
I also had terrible experience recently with Indian Eagle. Indian Eagle cancellation fees are $380 per passenger, I booked 4 tickets that is like $1520 cancellation fee for a booking $3800. almost 40% for the value which is unacceptable. They mentioned only $100 while booking, but when reality kicks in, you cancellation fee is 380$ per ticket and fare difference is also additional $320 even though I can find the same tickets for a cheaper price online with same airlines. When you ask about that, they say, online prices are discounted but, when you reschedule you don't get that price. Better to book with airlines directly than going through the shady agents like Indian Eagle. They also charged me more on my card, than the price shown while booking. My suggestion, would be to buy directly from airlines or wait till you are sure about your trip and can book ever for a cheaper price.

Unreliable Supervisors at IndianEagle: My Experience with Lyzoo, Krishna, Vaibhav, and Noor
Yo, I gotta say something about IndianEagle. So, I hit up the owner and told them to listen up because their supervisors ain't all that. I'm talking about Lyzoo, Krishna, Vaibhav, and Noor. They straight up lie to you, man. Especially Krishna, he's all about making that money off of people. If you wanna know more about these dudes, drop your email in the comments and I'll hit you up. Peace.
IndianEagle's Greed During Pandemic: Charging Extra Fees for Refunds
I had a really bad experience with IndianEagle during the pandemic. They were charging customers extra fees for refunds when the airlines were already offering full refunds. It was really frustrating and felt like they were cheating us out of our own money. I couldn't believe how greedy and dishonest they were being. It's really disappointing to see a company behave this way, especially during such a difficult time for everyone. I hope they go out of business soon so that other people don't have to deal with their terrible service.
Captivating and Heartfelt: A Review of The Fault in Our Stars
I had to go through multiple calls with Indian eagles and finally Mr. Arni was able to explain how tickets refunds from AI has became pain irrespective agent or even if you book from AirIndia website. Arni was also helpful to giving other options like keeping the tickets open and guiding me. Would recommend others to avoid booking AI flights if you are not sure of traveling to India due to current situation.

Disappointing Experience with IndianEagle: Exorbitant Fees for Flight Changes
I recently had to change my flight dates due to the Covid situation and decided to reach out to IndianEagle for assistance. However, I was quite disappointed to learn that they were charging me a whopping $500 in fees for the change. I mean, seriously? That's just way too much!
What's even more frustrating is that the fare for the new dates was actually cheaper on their own website than the dates I had originally booked. But despite this, IndianEagle insisted on charging me their exorbitant fees. I've booked with them over 4 times in the past 2 years, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be using their services again in the future.
Honestly, I feel like IndianEagle is just trying to take advantage of the current situation and make a quick buck off of their customers. It's just not fair. I'd much rather spend my money somewhere else where I feel like I'm getting a fair deal.
Overall, I'd say that IndianEagle is not worth the hassle or the money. If you're looking for a reliable and customer-friendly travel agency, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of frustration and disappointment in the long run.
Terrible Customer Service: Refund Delayed for 10 Months Despite Air India Waiving Cancellation Fee
This company is the worst! They don't care about their customers and only care about their own commission. I booked a flight with them, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I had to cancel. They charged me a cancellation fee, even though Air India waived the fee. I wouldn't recommend booking any flights with them. I'm still waiting for my refund, even though they promised it would only take one month. It's been 10 months now and I'm still waiting. It's frustrating and disappointing.
Unpleasant Experience with IndianEagle: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with IndianEagle and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. They did not provide me with clear information about their terms and conditions, which led to me having to pay extra money when I had to change my itinerary. It was frustrating to find out that the $600 ticket I had booked was now going to cost me $1000. The customer care person I spoke to was not helpful at all and simply told me that if I wanted to travel, I had to pay the extra fees.
If you are someone who has flexible travel dates, I would advise you to avoid IndianEagle. They charge an extra $240 per person for this, which can add up to a significant amount of money. It is much better to book your tickets directly from the airline website, where you can get clear information about the terms and conditions and avoid any hidden fees.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with IndianEagle and would not recommend them to anyone. It is important for companies to be transparent about their policies and fees, and IndianEagle failed to do so in my case. If you are looking for a hassle-free travel experience, it is best to look elsewhere.
Fraudulent and Unfair Practices: My Experience with IndianEagle
I had a really bad experience with IndianEagle. At first, they made it seem like they were offering tickets for a really low price. But if you need to reschedule for any reason, they charge you an arm and a leg. And if you decide to cancel altogether, they hit you with high cancellation fees. It's really unfair.
But the worst part is that they don't seem to be very honest. They charged my credit card for things I didn't even buy, even after a whole year had passed. I had to file complaints with all sorts of agencies just to get my $1010 back. It was a real headache.
Overall, I would say that IndianEagle is a fraudulent company. They don't seem to care about their customers and they'll do anything to make a quick buck. I would definitely recommend that you stay away from them.
Unreliable and Shady: My Experience with Indianeagle.com
Indianeagle.com is a website that offers cheap flight tickets, but my experience with them was not good. The site is poorly managed and I had a lot of trouble booking my ticket. Even after booking, I was not sure if I would be able to fly because they cancelled my ticket without my permission.
The worst part is that they seem to make money by charging customers cancellation fees. If you don't cancel, they can't make money, so they cancel your ticket without your consent and then blame it on the airline. It's a very shady business practice and I would advise anyone to stay away from this site.
In my opinion, Indianeagle.com is not a reliable site for booking flights. They may offer cheap prices, but the risk of having your ticket cancelled without your knowledge or consent is not worth it. I would recommend looking for other options when booking your next flight.
Terrible Experience with IndianEagle: Ticket Cancelled Without Notice
So, I had a really bad experience with IndianEagle. I was all set to fly out on my trip, but when I tried to check in online, I found out that my ticket had been cancelled. I had no idea what was going on, and when I called IndianEagle to find out, they were no help at all. They just said that it was the weekend and they couldn't do anything until Monday.
I was really frustrated because I had to book a new ticket for the next flight out of my own pocket. And to make matters worse, IndianEagle kept telling me that the airline said I had cancelled the ticket myself, even though I knew that wasn't true. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, the airline confirmed that it was actually IndianEagle who had cancelled my ticket.
Now, I'm not sure if IndianEagle is going to pay for all the losses I incurred because of their mistake. It's really frustrating because I feel like they should take responsibility for what happened. I'm not sure if I would use their services again in the future.
Disappointing Experience with IndianEagle: Poor Customer Service and Confusing Policy
I recently had an experience with IndianEagle and I have to say, it was not the best. I had to cancel my flight and was hit with a $30 cancellation fee. I didn't want to argue with the customer service employee because I know they are hired under low pay rates and it's not their fault. However, during the conversation, I was automatically transferred to three different people without even knowing and had to repeat everything again to each person. It was frustrating and time-consuming.
Finally, they told me that I should have read the policy before booking the ticket. I have to admit, they were right. I should have read the policy before booking. So, I decided to choose cancellation and pay the $30 instead of modifying my booking for free. I figured if they couldn't give me better service before my trip, how the hell would they help me during my trip?
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with IndianEagle. The customer service could have been better and the policy could have been clearer. However, I do appreciate that they have a policy in place and that they were able to help me cancel my flight. I just wish the process was smoother and more efficient.
Hi Team, I have booked tickets, Trip Id: ***, for my self and my family through IndianEagle.com website on February 21st for the travel
Hi Team, I have booked tickets, Trip Id: ***, for my self and my family through IndianEagle.com website on February 21st for the travel dates of May 13th to July 23rd. Due to Covid-19 Indian government travel ban, all the flights were cancelled and when we called Indian Eagle they said they have two options of either to keep it as credit for future travel or cancel the ticket and get the refund. As we don't have any future plans at that time, we decided to cancel the ticket and get the refund. They charged me $116 to cancel 3 tickets (1 adult and 3 children) and said they are going to process my refund. In the email they have stated "The usual time frame to process this refund is 4-5 business weeks however due to this outbreak the refund time frame has been increased to 2 to 3 months". This happened in May . I waited for 3 months and my refund is not processed. I have reached out to them and they have responded saying "Currently, there is no update from Air India on the refund process. We are waiting for the airline to release a circular on refunds. Due to the increasing numbers of cancelation requests, in view of the continued suspension of international travel, has created a mounting backlog of refunds for airlines. Hence, airlines are taking the time to initiate the refund process" . This is on going for last few months and I still didn't get my refund. I have sent multiple emails and every time i am getting the same kind of response. Its big money for me and my credit card company is charging me interest on this.
Indian Eagle is the worst travel agency for booking airline tickets. I recommend everyone to book tickets with *** directly. Dont ever book tickets through their website https://www.indianeagle.com/ they make fraud transactions to your credit cards. I booked a ticket through their website. Ticket price was $1360.00 and they charges me $1475.00 on my credit card. I reached to customer service about this fraudulent transaction and they said we will refund you money back through paypal or amazon gift card but its been more than 20 days and I havent received my refund yet. These people are liar and Indian Eagle company is fraud and makes fraud transactions. So dont ever book a ticket with this travel agency. Dont ever get trapped by cheaper airline prices. Again Im telling everyone whoever reads this to not book tickets with them
i booked 3 round trip tickets to *** on2/17, Booking IDs: *** Total amount paid : $2454.05.Due to COVID travel restrictions airlines cancelled all flights and offered to refunding the money. the refund has to processed through Indian Eagle as they booked the original tickets. Indian Eagle also sent an email with cancellation and refund option and they an additional $75 for each person for a total $225 to process the refund. So far neither original cost of tickets nor processing fee was refunded. I contacted them number of times over email and phone, still no refund was issued. Last i contacted them over the phone in Jan 2022 and the still response is refund is still being processed.
Booked flights to India via Hong Kong for Feb 7-29, 2020, faced Covid-19 related changes.
On Nov 19, 2019, I booked flights for two to India via Hong Kong for Feb 7th to Feb 29th, 2020. The bookings were made through Indian Eagle with a total cost of $2288.86. Due to Covid-19 concerns, the airline offered a no-fee date change, requiring payment only for the fare difference. We rescheduled to May 8th to May 30th, with an additional $336.66, bringing the total to $2642.86. With escalating travel restrictions, the airline then provided a no-fee ticket cancellation. After contacting Indian Eagle multiple times, the tickets were canceled, and I was assured a full refund within 4-5 business weeks. Two weeks later, I received $2381.84, which was $261.02 less than the updated fare. Repeated calls to Indian Eagle revealed that $261.02 represented non-refundable taxes, a detail not disclosed during booking or rescheduling. Consequently, I incurred a loss of $261.02 without any fault of my own due to misinformation about the refund.

I paid $1350 ticket. Their agent told they will cancel it for $400 and they are not keeping their word. The airlines is ready to provide new dates or travel credits but since it is from Indian eagles they cannot directly give it to me. The date change is exhorbitantly highly charged and the airlines themselves don't agree that they should charge and asked me to reach out to Complaintsboard.com. It is risky to travel in my given circumstances. Please help.
I booked a flight for 4 passengers total $2467.16 with a full refund on 01/21 scheduled to depart on 05/05 but due to a pandemic in *** I canceled the ticket and paid an additional $500 as the processing fee to get a refund of the total $2077.16. Indian eagle kept saying they didn't refund from airlines until November but in November they changed the tone they are in the processing of getting a refund and still didn't give a refund yet. Indian eagle is still saying refund is in progress from last 45 days.
I have booked flight tickets from Indian Eagle for my parents, with one confirmed Trip Id LI7416682116.
I have booked flight tickets from Indian Eagle for my parents on 02/09, 2020 and paid $1,070.15 for their trip. During that period, all flights were canceled due to international travel restrictions. Unable to cancel, they postponed the tickets to 04/23 with the same Trip Id LI7416682116 and were charged $328 for the change. We contacted CITI bank for a refund but were unsuccessful. Air India later promised a refund, and after follow-ups, Indian Eagle charged $150 for processing it. Despite claims from Air India and Indian Eagle that the refund was processed, it never materialized. We provided credit card statements from the past two years to Indian Eagle, showing no refund transactions, which CITI bank confirmed. Despite repeated assurances from Indian Eagle's customer service over two years, the refund has not been received.

I booked round trip tickets (***) with IndianEagle on Oct 12th. Travel confirmation code: YETQC1 Purchase price when booking ticket was $1028.93. However, IndianEagle charged $1054.93 to my credit card with a promise to refund $26 as soon as ticket is confirmed. IndianEagle acknowledged to refund $26 in an email as well as telephone call and requested my paypal/zelle account details. After sharing account details and several follow-*** still haven't received refund.
We booked our flight to *** connecting from ***(Trip ID. *** Airlines announced on Friday Oct 29th that they are cancelling all flights in and out of *** effective immediately. Since we booked through Indian Eagle, the airlines was not able to process the refund. We have called Indian Eagle 11 times since Friday along with multiple emails and there has been no resolution. Every single time they ask us to wait for 24 hours to cancel our itinerary. It has been four days that we are begging them for refund. They keep saying the delay is from *** Airlines, but it doesn't seem to be the case. They are more than willing to issue refund to Indian Eagle as soon as they request. Not sure if it is a disconnect in their process or they deliberately are holding up our refund. We would like a refund for the full amount of $4,140.84 as the airlines have cancelled the flight.
1. I have booked my round trip from *** to ***. After 36 hours of my booking, I have searched the same flight and found it $350 cheaper (I have checked for my friend). Usually it never happens like this. So I contacted the Indian Eagle customer service and explained the situation. They strictly said they can't do anything after 24 hours, they said there is a cancellation fee of $425, I said I don't want to cancel the ticket. I just needed the price match. The only reason I contacted them is It's just little over 24 hours of booking. So I gave 1 star rating for this experience. Immediately I got a call from them.2. They said they can't do anything, No matter what I say. They just going over and over like a recored message. At this point I lost hopes, And he said they pay $69 for the third party agent and they will refund $35. at this point I thought the overall my ticket price included that. I received an email for $35 credit and chose amazon credit, which didn't work. Which is another story. in short I am unable to get that refund.3. Today I check my bank account to pay my *** and see a $69 charge saying AGENTFEE. It is a separate transaction That's how I know the extra charge. If I book a ticket for $$$ then it must be it, there shouldn't be any hidden charges that are not warned of. So literally they charged me $69 as agent fee and giving me $35 back (which I dint get) and unable to solve my actual issue of price match.Remember that I have no hopes after my first call with them, Becauase they are not at all ready for price match.
I have booked flight tickets from Indian Eagle (Trip Id: *** for my parents(*** and ***) on January 11 and paid $1908.46 with travel dates April 3rd-May 17th. During that travel period, all in-bound and out-bound flights from *** was canceled due to international travel restriction due to COVID-19 . Later, I was allowed to cancel the tickets on May 4th and I have paid $100 for cancellation fee. I had received email from Indian Eagle stating that I will receive $1908.46 back to my credit card by *** weeks on the same day (May 4th). I have been calling Indian Eagles customer service after 16 weeks from May 4th and always received the response that I will receive the refund within a month or so but the refund amount never showed up.

I purchased a ticket for my wife on 1/22, she was planning to fly to Dehli with Emirates, couple days prior we went to Emirates website to check in, her salutation was entered as Mr/Mrs, we called Emirates and obviously Emirates notified us to contact the travel agent, so we called Indian eagle and they stated at first it's not an issue and she should be fine to travel, however we insisted the name salutation be changed to Mrs because obviously we stated thru the buying process salutation was Mrs, and don't want any issues at airport. I reconfirmed with Indian eagle morning of flight if change has been made and if all is clear and they stated everything will be fine if there is an issue airline can fix. We get to airport and airline could not issue my wife boarding pass, nor could airline reissue a proper ticket since travel agent did not update ticket. We arrived at check in 3 hours prior to flight and i was on phone with Indian eagle for 2 hours on and off and they could still not fix issue for her to fly that day. The salutation has to be entered by there team since they purchase the tickets from the airlines, it was a mistake on there end and instead of finding the next flight and resolving it, they found us a flight for about the same fare two days after. We had to purchase that flight, as were told on 2/6, in 3 weeks we will get our refund from our first Emirates flight, it's been over 3 weeks, I contacted there rep Sunil and have not received 24 hour update on refund since 27th of Feb, where he stated he would call back with our refund on ticket within 24 hours. As big as a company this is and my family has used them for over two years, this practice for loyal customers is pure negligence

The complaint is related to defrauding customers by charging customers for the fees that airlines wouldn't while taking name of Airline. Having worked in *** Airlines for 10 years I know they are defrauding. The agency is clearly taking advantage of COVID circumstances which is resulting in customers to change their plans. I probed to provide screenshot of Airline requesting the additional fees and they stopped responding to me.
We booked the tickets via Indian Eagle for the travel in Apr 2020 which was later on cancelled by Air India. I am following up with Indian Eagle for the refund for over 18 months. It is very frustrating.
Made two booking for two tickets with Indian Eagle to travel to *** and *** Feb 28th 2021 total of $1603.18. The flight was cancelled due to COVID -19. I paid $75X2=$150 to process my refund for this flight on Apr 29 and May 21. They had mentioned that the refund will be processed withing 16 weeks. I still haven't received my refund. I have contacted Indian Eagle throughout this year and they keep saying that Air India is still processing the refund. I have heard people getting refund back from Air India much faster than that. Indian Eagle Trip ID: ROLJN9X28J amount - $996.39 and O4LIRC5H8P, amount -$606.79.
This is about Passenger Name ***, TRIP ID, E-ticket number is ***, Booking Reference # JCTPF - Price for the ticket for a round trip paid was $ ***. The return trip to *** was cancelled in May due to Covid-19 and Indian Eagle had cancelled the ticket with Air India after confirming that a refund will be provided for the unused portion of the ticket. Indian Eagle had charged a cancellation fee as well. It has been over 17 months and countless email followups with Indian Eagle but the refund has not been issue yet. Indian Eagle had to ensure that the refund is issued for the cancelled ticket.
Hello, i booked 4 tickets from Newyork to Bangalore through indian eagle ( Reservation no ***)
Hello, i booked 4 tickets from Newyork to Bangalore through indian eagle ( Reservation no ***) . As travel was not possible, i called to cancel the tickets on May 19th. I was made to pay $120 as cancellation fees. i have a mail in writing where it was clearly communicated that i will be provided the refund in 12-15 weeks. I followed up once in a month as i trusted that they would keep their word. Even after multiple calls and 15 weeks over, there is no refund. Customer support keeps telling the same story - you will get paid in 2 weeks. I have lost faith in them and now desperately looking to get funds back. Other than the original funds, they seem to be looking to make money by charging cancellation fees. Overall, very disappointed with the experience and hoping to get my refund ASAP. Attaching mail sent by Indian Eagle on 19th May Greetings From Indian Eagle! This email is to let you know that Due to this Current Situation COVID-19, airlines have canceled your reservation. and from our end, we had sent a request to airlines to process a full refund on your reservation as per the update you have received from the airlines/embassy due to COVID-19. The usual time frame to process this refund is 4-5 business weeks however due to this outbreak the refund time frame has been increased to 12-15 business weeks. Please note that we have initiated your request for a refund by charging you USD 30.00 per passenger. This charge is unavoidable as this has to be paid for releasing the refund from the airlines. Also, note that the extra charge/cashback amount that was refunded to you at the time of purchase will now be collected Note: Please click on the reply to all when you are replying to this email. I have booked tickets for my parents ticketId #*** through IndianEagle
I have booked tickets for my parents ticketId #*** through IndianEagle. This was a roundtrip ticket from Ahmedabad to Chicago and the journey date was 06/26. I was charged $2067.30 as ticket price to my credit card and everything was fine till this moment. I decided to cancel the tickets on 04/26 due to COVID-19 situation which is getting worst in India and the USA. I got an email mentioning that I will get a refund of $1457.70 and $600 will be deducted by the airline as cancellation charges. IndiaEagle has also done one debit transaction of $230 as cancellation charges and assured to return this back along with $1457.70. They always mentioned to me that these are airline charges and they have nothing to do as an agent with it. Also, whenever I asked the status of my refund then the customer agent will tell that it's with the airline and it will take up to 18 business weeks. I was suspicious with everything going at IndianEagle so I contacted Etihad airline through twitter asking about refund process. Etihad customer service clearly wrote to me that the airline process the refund in 30-45 business days to agent account and agent will credit back to my account. Today, I spoke with one of IndianEagle customer service and told him the information I got from the airline so he took a U-turn and told me that he needs to transfer a call to the agent who is handling my refund process. Later, he came back to me saying that the person is not available and he has also sent an email to the airline asking for updates so IndianEagle will get back to me in 24-48 hours. It appears to me that IndianEagle has done false representation and made unnecessary cancellation charges to me. Also, they are holding my refund amount and not keeping enough transparency in the conversation.

Date of the trans: 01/14 Amount of money you paid: $1010+$919.51 Nature of Dispute: Fraudulent charge on my credit card and then mentioning as Typo Whether or not business as tried to resolve the problem: No they are arguing and not refunding or compensating for the issues I am facing Tracking number: R2D9NSX28J, *** Detail Issue:I booked tickets to *** by paying $919.51 on April via Indian Eagle website. Due to covid cases and airline cancellations, I requested for flight cancellation. However, Indian Eagle told me that good option is to make the ticket open instead of cancellation. Later this year in the month of Nov, I started contacting Indian Eagle for rescheudling my flight. I wasnt receiving proper responses or flight details from Indian Eagle to reschedule my flight, I contacted Air India (Airline) directly. Upon contacting the airlines directly, I understood that the ticket was already cancelled and refunded by the Airlines. However, Indian Eagle Agents kept lying to me that the ticket was still in open status. Indian Eagle was giving me very high rates for rebooking. Later when I told I better cancel the ticket, they told that I will have to bear $260. This is the first case when the Indian eagle started lying about tickets, its prices. Later on Jan 10th 2022, I asked them to cancel my ticket and refund me. All of a sudden on 14th Jan 2022, someone deducted $1010 from my credit card. After researching, following up with multiple references and placing a dispute on the transactions, I understood that it was from Indian Eagle who fraudulatenly placed a debit of $1010. It was very much frustrating that I had provided them my credit card details and they made fradulant charges. When I asked them, they tried to play it low by stating its a typo error. I am looking for complete refund of $919.51 which they are deducting $160 mentioning as airlines fee. I have not yet receivied back my $1010 too

02/28 Amount $1728.90 Trip ID: RL7DN5OC8J Purchased 2 tickets to *** from IndianEagle (OTA) for airindia. During covid pandemic, all flights were cancelled by Airindia and we were entitled to full refund as per cancellation policy. IndianEagle is lying about Air India has NOT refunded the funds and they dont know when they will refund the fund. We have spend over 50 emails and phone calls back and forth and they are making us run around behind them. Our chargeback was declined because we used debit card and it was over 120 days and they were aware of this so they made us wait over 120 days. They keep giving same speech about to keep waiting. They pretend like they are taking some actions by asking the bank statements and proof of entry of No refunds and we provided everything, but they are lying that Air India has not refunded the money as you can see other victims of this company has reported the same. I booked a roundtrip ticket with a major airline from one city to another
I booked a roundtrip ticket with a major airline. While returning, my flight was cancelled and they offered me only two options: a long 9-hour flight or changing the travel date. However, there are other flights available with American or Delta. The airline insisted on these two options only, threatening that I wouldn't be able to depart. Their representative was rude, directing me to Air India and JetBlue. Both airlines said it's the agent's responsibility to issue a refund. I was overcharged and they're unresponsive to this issue. I proposed the following options: 1. A same-day flight available on their website. 2. A partial refund so I can arrange my own flight. Instead, they suggested cancelling the entire flight with penalties. I'm traveling on the 28th and today is the 25th. 3. Booking the best flight option I found online, which they refused, citing airline policy. Air India's website shows my flight as confirmed. They're forcing me to choose an inconvenient option or cancel with penalties. This is unethical. JetBlue's customer service mentioned I was never added to their flight list, hence the error when checking my confirmation number. I'm stuck and need advice. They shouldn't be able to cancel my flight without proper resolution.

I am told my flight got cancelled
I am told my flight got cancelled. To be fair, for the confirmation code provided, I have never seen reservation for onward flight. Now I am being black mailed to pay $75 service fee to even claim refund from airline. At the same time, I am told that Airline has agreed to refund me, pending claim from them. I am told following, "We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regarding the flight cancellation, however kindly understand IndianEagle has no role in airlines' decision regarding flight cancellation and flight departure schedule change. Their decision is in line with their policies. Airlines, at times, change the flight departure schedule (time or date or both) following a change in their operations or operating hours. Scheduled flights are often cancelled under such circumstances as bad weather, natural disaster, bankruptcy, etc. As discussed, please be informed that we received an update from the airlines stating that the refund can be processed on your reservation with Trip Id: XXXXXXXX due to the COVID-19 situation. Request your authorization to charge your card today for a total amount of USD 75.00 {i.e USD 75.00 per passenger}, and you will receive a full refund The usual time frame to process this refund is 4-5 business weeks however due to the upsurge in the flight cancellation requests, processing delays may apply from the airlines due to the current backlogs. kindly let me know if you would want us to reissue the ticket for new dates , so that we would check with the sales desk team on ticket validity and rebooking rules. We thank you for understanding the situation and allowing us to resolve the concern in an amicable manner. In case of any further clarification or assistance, please feel free to call us on 1-800-XXX-XXXX or write to me or you may as well call the airlines for more information. Thank you. Here is. my offer to Indian Eagle. "As mentioned, you are free to deduct $75 service charge if you are legally entitled to the charge from the returned amount or send me a bill with detailed explanation and let me know who to send check to. The bill shall be paid when refund is received. Please do provide me confirmation that appropriate refund is being processed by airline/indian-eagle, whoever charged my card. I shall call in tomorrow for final amicable resolution. Regards XXXXXX "
