Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard Indigo Credit card/CFC

I completely paid off and closed the account. They just took $100 for payment from my checking account when nothing is due and the account was closed. I talked with them and they basically said “Oh! My bad! You’ll have to wait for it to clear before we reverse it.” How is this even possible?!?! They are crooks! You can’t even use their crappy app to make a payment. The online website will not allow you to make a payment. They will charge you fees for their ineptitude. Customer service is worse than Berizon and I really want these trash fly by night rip off artist to be exposed for what they are. I’m pretty sure they work for the Biden administration.

Desired outcome: I want my money back!

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard Refuse to reverse fraudulent charges, then closed account.

Called when I saw fraudulent charges, mailed me new card, and credited acct. A week later they said charges were valid ?! Sent me printout of what was purchased & where it was sent. NOT ME, NOR MY EMAIL! I sent certified letter with my ID, and demanding fraud be removed. So, they closed my acct, and of course fraudulent charges NOT removed, and trashing my credit. RIDICULOUS

Desired outcome: Remove the fraudulent charges, and the OVERLIMIT FEES FROM THE FRAUD, and put my acct BACK in good standing. VICTIMIZED TWICE FROM SAME SHADY CREDIT CARD

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard Closed my account for no reason!

Stay far away from this credit card! I opened my account 2 months ago. I went to log in to pay my bill. Received the following message, "Unable to sign on portal to pay bill." Tried reaching customer service and couldn't. Signed on later, and it appeared as if it took my payment. Went back a few days later and checked again to make sure it was scheduled. No record was found. Tried again, received the same error message as above. It locked me out of my account. After trying several more times, I was finally able to log in after changing my password over 10 times! I scheduled the 3rd payment. So, I go to use my card and it gets declined. I call customer service and am told that my account was closed! They said that two of my payments were declined and returned, so their policy is to close the account. What?!? I never knew anything was returned! They just closed my card without speaking with me! They were very sorry, but there was nothing they could do. Really!?! I will never open another account with them again and will highly encourage anyone to think twice before opening an account with this SHADY company! If I could rate them zero stars, I would have! Stay FAR away!

Desired outcome: Reopen my account and waive my balance.

That literally just happened to me two days ago. However I'm not able to get a hold of anybody and it just takes me to a debt collection agency. I've paid my monthly payments on time every time and I was very happy with the card. I go to login to try and make my payment because with their services it's very fast and my account is no longer able to get logged into. So I try to change the password and it says my account is not found or no account found at all. None of my payments have been returned. I don't understand the shady business practice. If down the road they try to take me to collections I'm going to counter it.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard unreasonable and terrible company

In October of 2022 there was a fraudulent charge on my account so they locked my account, never sent me a new card and told me they could not unlock my account. I continued to get late fees and interest charges until I disputed through credit karma. They finally sent me a new card and unlocked my account the week of 03/20/2023 (5 months after the fraudulent charge) and now they are still telling me that I have to pay all of those fees when it was their fault that I could not get into my account to make the payments. I will never use this company again.

Desired outcome: late fees and interest charges from November 2022 - March 2023to be removed

I canceled the card, I tried calling 2 times but they hung up, they keep calling at least 3 times a week, sometimes2=3 times a week I keep getting statements with a zero. balance. They are very disrespectful, first time I called a man, answered, I ask to speak to someone to talk to me, The man asked me to call back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I called again, and they hung up, The second time the man says I will get someone to help you. The manager got on the, and when I started to explain , she hung up

I received notice from Credit Karma that it was guaranteed I'd be approved by Indigo. They pre-populated the application. I clicked go and never heard another thing for several weeks. It didn't surprise me because I never heard of Indigo Bank. Then, today, some 3 or 4 weeks later I get a thick packet inside an envelope with a credit card. It says log into indigobank.com/activate. I go to that site and find no less then 12 different sites all claiming to be Indigo. When I attempt to activate it begins asking me all sorts of personal information it should already have. So I figure this is phishing by fraudsters. I quickly got off the internet and phoned the number on the back of the card. After a lengthy and confusing voice mail I finally get the option of a live agent. I explain my situation and she says she can activate over the phone?*@!

I ask how I can access information about my account so that I can manage and pay. She says I'm signed up for paper so I'd have to wait to receive a statement. Personally, and I don't know about you, but in today's world I won't have a credit card that isn't available online. So I told her to cancel the account. She tells me it's been cancelled but I have to wait to receive written notice of cancellation and that it will affect my credit...blah, blah, blah. I told her, "go ahead, I'm fine with reporting this cancellation". Call ended.

What a bunch of losers and hacks. Reminds me of another outfit I dealt with a while back called Prosper. The only people that could ever prosper with them is Prosper. Glad I'm not in need of the credit card. I just wanted to report this so other's can see the way they do business.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard Refusal To Assist With A Good Will Late Payment Removal

I just got off the phone with Indigo to explain my situation that occurred during this time of a late payment. I've been a customer for a few years and have never been late with my payments. Then hits Covid. I got infected with the virus and could not work for about two weeks and this was before my company agreed to eventually compensated those who have gotten the virus and had test and documentation to prove it. The associate at Indigo said she would speak to her supervisor first. After a few minutes she tells me they refuse to do a good will late payment detection. This 1 time event was refused even after paying them high apr rates for so many years. They have no remorse or customer service.

Desired outcome: They refused to delete the late payment Even after pleading with them that this is hurting my ability to find shelter for my family now.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard This is the second time I've canceled/unauthorized a payment more than 10 days in advance and still had it taken out of my account.

This company has some serious billing problems! They have now twice, charged payments that were canceled WELL in advance of the scheduled date. 10 days should have been more than enough time to successfully cancel any automatic payment. I think this company is blatantly ignoring canceled payments, which is fraudulent. Furthermore, this company charges a $75 annual fee, with absolutely zero benefits, including discounts or cash back, so there is no benefit from having this card for anyone with decent credit. I had this card for emergencies, but no longer. I will be cancelling this card today.

Desired outcome: I would like a $70 credit on my account for the two $35 chase bank fees that were incurred from my account being overdrawn, due to them ignoring my cancelled/readjusted payments.

Ok so I received my credit card and thauggt yes I finally got a credit card that I can build my. credit back niw that my ex isn't in charge of my finances anymore. Right after I got it I we t to use it and it declined me at rhe register. I went out called customer servuce amd asked them why it was being declined I hadn't even used it yet..he didn't have an answer for me. He said it should be fine amd to try it again I did nothing. Then I came down with covjd am d bad it about 9 weeks . In which I wasn't really worried about bills I felt horrible a.d was taking care of a child and husband.i finally went and checked my mail to open it amd see that I was actually over the limit in a card I couldn't use and that customer servuce said looked fine but it didn't go threw . So tell me how that I was charged days later from that store on a declined sale . Just for it to end up on my card a d then within 9 weeks maybe 11 by then I owe them over 500 bucks. Then I call to tell them I had covid amd hadn't checked the mail till now and got no help they still charged more later fees on something I didn't use cause they declined . Amd then was sick . Then jumped to almost 700 .a d nothing was ever fixed . I'm still getting the bills and it's still being charged late fees but the balance keeps growing . The 300 limit .is now almost 700 fir a declined sale . My credit is neibg effected from it no one has fixed it and what it will be thousands by the time there dome. Im.in fixed u cone and do nt wanna pay for something that was declined amd didn't get. I thaught they had fraud protection cause that's what I had read . But never herd a nythubg amd still getting g new statements that they keep charging me fees. During a pandemic amd the prices are high from inflation. But I actually had covid amd was sick . I surely didn't take my skck [censored] outta quarantine amd expose people to go back there . Anyways I saw someone co pain in here that 300 turns to 900 real fast , so I must nit be the only person having this problem. So I filed a disput with experian . But it's been weeks I haven't herd anything yet and think it's crazy that they can guve me negative rating on my credit score but won't help resolve my issue .I hope it doesn't continue to be a nightmare .amd what kind of fraud protection is it if in fact ur sick and the next thing u know u owe all thos money to them . And that worsen wasn't living it went from 0 cause the card was declined 2 times when I used it .so should have been nothing in it. Then going threw the bills it had me over the limit and in that shirt time [censored] up to almost 700. I'm going threw divorce amd need credit to buy a new house .I can't afford a the inflation rent gougers..so they just get to keep negative effecting my credit over something they were supposed to fix amd haven't. It's been al ost a year

. This must be a consistent problem there having so I think they should t be able to report to the credit agencies after they have so many of the same complaints. Or if this fraud protection. Was really gin a protect me why didn't they take care of it like jt says . I'll never use these people in future I just want them to stop relrti g me as delquiemt .at this point. If your not gonna do anything about the problem then atleast be fair enough to stop charging me late fees amd reporting me as delinquent. It's the very least u could do .I do t feel I should pay ot cause it was declined .2 times .amd the crap there charging me for wasn't even more than the limit in first place but it seemed by time I got the bill it was well over my limit .if your company isn't gonna hold up what they advertise. And then decline me . For a card I hadn't been abme to use and please at this point canu just stop reporting it as delinquent.

Simply put, indigo will take the payment on the card from your bank account, post it then hold it for 14 days. They will tell you it’s because you missed payments before and that this hold is random. So in essence, they are holding your money and you can’t use it and they cannot manually override this and so if you plan to use this card for emergencies don’t. You will be punished. Here’s the kicker, this can happen to you at anytime even if you pay on time, months after your last missed payment. Do not get this card, they will hold your money

Desired outcome: Release the money paid on the card.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard Credit Card

ON 5/9/2022 I received an email alerting me that I was 3 months behind and to please call -[protected]. I immediately called at 5:10 pm ( Memphis, TN). I verified all of my information then had to explain the nature of my call.

I let the agent know that I was trying to get a resolution and get caught up on payment and become current. She immediately stated I had the wrong department and she asked me to hold on, I then asked who are you transferring me to? She stated, collections and I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Agent did not come to phone int hose 20 minutes to inform me that I was still holding for someone in collections or check on me. I assumed she forget about me because she was probably working from home. So, I hung up.

At 5:30 pm I called back and explained that I was on holed for a long time and no one came back. I asked do you mind doing a warm transfer. The 2nd agent stated sure give me 2-4 minutes. Needless, to say after holding 10 minutes they hung up on me.

I called back at 5:50 pm and spoke to a 3rd agent whom seemed concerned. He stated he would waive my 2 past late fees. Then I asked if I can make the payment on the 20th to become current and how much he first mentioned $160.00 I suppose that was because he was taking off the late fees, he then said $120.00 will bring you current and $40.oo will be due on the 5th off June. I said great I want to be current. He asked for my checking account info and I really insisted in my debit card. He explained they only take checking/saving account information for payment. So, I gave him my account number. I stated you did make the arrangement for the 29th of May. He states oh no, I just submitted the payment. I told him you cannot just authorize my payment for today's date, I did not authorize for today’s date I said the 20th. He placed me on hold insisting he was getting a manger to reimburse. He came back 10 minutes later stating hos manager was unable to reverse the unauthorize payment. I told him that was unacceptable, you all stole my money and I want it back. He placed me on hold for 30 minutes, never came back to the phone.

Call back at 6:10pm and I am now on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a manager. I still do not know about the money that was stolen from me completing unauthorized truncation. I still do not know if the fees were waives. I still do not know if he made the arrangement for the 2oth to remaining good standing. The 4th agent comes back to the phone and states she cannot reach a manager.

After 2 hours and 4 agents, I was tired and felt defeated.

Their online services are horrible. Their web page always says its "unable to connect me at this time".."something went wrong"...for the last 2 years...also. No one wants or needs your bank routing number the last 20 years. It's very inconvenient in 2022. No one writes checks anymore. I don't even own a check. Couldn't tell you what my routing number is. Other accounts I have remember my payment method and ask if I'd like to use it again. I'm on the go. This is why I seldomly use this indigo card. It's just not convenient for me in the payment department. I can't be the only one.

They recently deactivated my credit card right after I'm paid majority of the balance off. Never sent me a notification letting me know what they was doing after being declined the fourth time trying to use my card I call them and they tell me they ordered me a new card and it's going to take 3 weeks for me to receive it!

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard Indigo credit card

I have not used this card but once or twice and paid it off. Then I get an allert from American Express that my credit score has decrease 68 points! because of Indigo. The charged me all kinds of fees and interest and over the limit fees.

I even have over the limit protection. I can't get on the website or talk to anyone because they are redoing the site and no one answers the phone but a recording. I have worked so hard to improve my score, now this. If I cancel the card my score will go down again. I am not giving up until they make this right. I am not giving them another penny until they can prove what these charges are for. I can't even get a statement online. Never again, I am done!

Desired outcome: Correct my credit score and report to all three bureaus. Credit my account for the fees that they have charged me.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard genesis fs card services

December 17 2022
I tried to pay my bill online 3x and they sent me letters saying that my financial institution rejected and reversed the payments. Finally they accepted the payment from my Bank only to find out that they had permently closed my card account! I called my bank on December 17 before I called Genesis. My bank has no record of failed or reversed payments regarding my Indigo accout. I tried to explain to Genesis customer support that my bank(s) had no record of reversed payment but the supervisor insisted that I had used different bank numbers. I did try another checkings account in an effort to pay my bill online. The other institution says they also have no record of failed payment attempts. I was tryin to build my credit. This will effect my credit in a negative way. I talked to a woman named Trixie and her supervisor number is 650588 and she told me that there is nothing that she can do. Trixie said that my card was permently colsed. the bill is paid off but they still closed it. I tried to pay my bll repeatedly with checking accunts that are in good standing but were rejected by Genesis not my insitutions. this is not fair. I want Genesis to repair any negative reports that they made to the credit bureaus and restore my credit line. I tried in good faith to pay. I find also that only allowing one form of payment online, maiinly a checking account, was also detrimental. I could have used a credit/debit card to pay as well. my conversation with Trixie took place on December 17, 2022.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard Credit Card Fraudulent Charges

I had an Indigo account. In 2020 I started receiving fraudulent charges from Google. I contacted Genesis FS card services regarding these fraudulent charges. My card was cancelled and a new card issued. While the charges were being investigated I was still forced to pay interest and payments for these charges and incurred late fees and overlimit fees as well. When the investigation was over Google had refunded all the charges but they were not all applied to my card balance and the payments I had made were not credited on my account for those charges . I went through this process 2 more times until I finally got tired of arguing with them because nobody I spoke to understands English and could not understand what I was trying to explain. They tried to say I had a balance of 600.00 to pay on the account. This is absolutely impossible because I had not even used the card for purchases. Going back from the time I opened the account if you removed all the charges from Google, the late fees and overdraft fees along with the interest for the Google charges, and then take all the payments I have made it would come out that they owed me money not me owing them 600 more dollars. After I threatened to contact the attorney general's office they then made it where I could not get any of my billing statements online and they said since the account is closed they do not keep those records anymore. I know this is illegal. They have broken their own terms and agreement in how fraudulent charges are handled. Google has refunded all the money for the charges but that was never applied to my account when Indigo was making me pay for them while they investigated. Now they refuse to even give me the 80.00 credit where I overpaid the balance.

Desired outcome: The desired outcome is for them to refund 600.00 they owe me and remove all negative marks on my credit report.

I absolutely agree with you! I got my card in 2020 with the intention of having regular credit line increases, I was just told after two years of trying with hard pulls of my credit report, that indigo doesn’t offer credit line increases, never did! Why they couldn’t tell me that in the beginning is beyond me, but 3 years later and I still have the same $300 crappy limit I started with! I opened this account expressly for my business and hoped I would build my credit line as my business grew! Didn’t happen

Couldnt pay because the sight kept crashing next thing u [censored]in know I owe 900 dollars on a 300 credit limit.. Triied calling no answer then they canceled and turned over to debt collector how the [censored] is your bill 900 and a limit of 300... Their site sucks nobody even ansewers... The one time I did finally get a person she couldnt speak english now they turned it over to cks prime investments llc but yea genisis fs card services inc asignee of celtic bank are rip off artists do not sign up for this card

I received a credit card in the mail for a $300 limit. My first payment due was for $40.00 on February 7th. I made a payment of $100.00 on January 21st. I confirmed my checking account number several times before hanging up. Several days went by and the money never came out of my checking account. I called and spoke with a representative and was told that it takes up to 14 days for the payment to be taken out. Called several more times and was told the same thing. Checked my email on February 8th and said that my payment was overdue. Immediately called Customer service and gave them my checking account information again. I was getting ready to go out of town to go to a funeral for the weekend. My card was declined. Called Customer service and was told that they had received my payment but card was on hold for 14 days. Tried to explain the circumstances to the Representative but she didn't want to hear it. Asked to speak to Supervisor a d was told the same thing. Now I am unable to go out of town for my relative funeral. Not happy at all.

I hate that I even opened an Indigo credit card account. Shortly after opening the Indigo account, I lost a big client that impacted my income. Although I couldn't pay the total monthly amount, I did pay what I could at the time. All of my other credit card companies worked with me except Indigo. Indigo took the payments and still closed my account and sent it to collections. This has to this day been a negative mark on my credit report, and has prevented me from purchasing a home, although since then all credit cards were paid off and I currently have an exceptional rating not only with the other cards, but everthing else. Opening a credit with them was a wrong move. I advise anyone to steer away from Indigo Credit Cards, they will NOT work with you should any unforseen financial situations occur.

Indigo Credit Card / Indigo Platinum Mastercard a charge on my credit card that was not mine.

I paid my indigo credit card down to 0. When I thought it should be zero I pulled up my account on line and like to have fainted. A vendor who I am suing right now why not lease it charged my indigo credit card with my family members account who had an account at that at why not lease it I had paid my relatives deposit with my indigo credit card and told why not lease it that this was a one time only charge and they agreed I did not authorize any more charges to my indigo card. Well my relative did not pay her bill like she should of instead of collecting from my relative since they had my indigo card on file why not lease it just charged my card with my relatives account. This why not lease it has a class action law suit right now and I seen a lot of complaints here on your link for doing this fraud. I am suing this company for fraudulently charging my indigo credit card with someone else's account.. I have tried to talk to indigo I keep getting the run around and they said they verified as accurate they could not have of course why not lease it will say it is my account so they can keep their money and indigo turned me over to a collection agency who I have contacted also and they cannot help me they refer right back to indigo and this is on my credit report. I do not owe this I had my credit card down to o. So I disputed the charges and trans union reported back that it was accurate. If they would of researched they would see it was not accurate. I emailed the ceo chris cartwight and even sent him my lawyer contract suing why not lease it I sent him a copy of a statement from indigo showing the only charges on my indigo credit card was why not lease it and indigo is still showing on my trans union credit report. What can I do. I have good credit until this everyone is passing me around and around. What can I do to get someone to look at this to prove that this why not lease it fraudulently charged my card.? I want indigo credit card to have why not lease show proof of purchase?
