I entered the Malbis medical center around 10 am on 11/15/2023  with abdominal pain that initially started the day before around noon on 11/14/2023.

I've had multiple bouts with Kidney stones over the years and on one occasion where I thought I was having a recurrence  the doctor diagnosed it as diverticulitis. and that is what I thought I was experiencing yesterday as I described my symptoms to the nurses and nurse practitioner.  The fact that Urination was not painful was an indicator for me that it was not kidney stones. I was in severe pain when I got there and very shortly afterwards I was administered morphine and the pain was gone. The incidental findings included, I think it was three kidney stones, one quite large but none of them have passed into the ureters yet so they were not the culprit for the pain I was experiencing.

I also had high sugar and blood pressure. and also deterioration in the lower back vertebrae I guess arthritis.

I ended up with blood pressure pills and of all things Dicyclomine used to treat the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. to alleviate colicky-type pain due to muscle spasms associated with irritable bowel syndrome. I have no aggressive peristaltic action or cramping no Epigastric pain whatsoever. nothing in my description of what I'm going thru would leave you with that conclusion.

The pain I have is a burning sensation. There are no cramps. I tried one of those pills and it made things worse. If I don't have IBS and I take this stuff. I would think it would bring traffic to a halt.

I like the fact when I got to the ER you didn't know what I had but after assessing the pain level through inquiry you got something for it and you were confident it would work and it did. Then after further analysis brought no real conclusion the final pain reliever  was derived from conjecture. after all I'm leaving, I'm not going to be there anymore, see ya, wouldn't want to be ya. give the dog a bone.

I came there in pain and I left there in pain and I'm still in pain. My attention was not diverted by the incidental findings. My objective was to alleviate this pain. and my objective was not met. Don't make me suffer at the hands 0f your guess work. I dispute this bill

Claimed loss: I went to the ER with one objective to eliminate this pain. I am on vacation this week and now in severe pain no recourse.

Desired outcome: the only thing I wanted was to relieve this pain. i didn't want guess work on it or 800 ibuprofen
