Starbucks @ Gray GA
I am severely disappointed in a girl named Makayla. She had an attitude and did not make me feel like I was welcome. She made me repeat my order 4 times for my simple order of a 3 extra pumps of vanilla latte. I do believe that she rolled her eyes at me. She also seemed to be under the influence of Marijuana, which is extremely unprofessional. I did not have an issue with my drink. I Thought it was made to perfection. The only issue I had was with Makayla
Desired outcome: Just FYI
Produce
Dear executives of Ingles,
Ingles Market is much closer to us in Pickens, SC - however, the produce is so sub-standard to competitors that we make the extra 15 minute drive. The rest of the groceries, deli and meat are fine but produce is truly a black mark on your brand. I've bought too many raspberries and blueberries that were bad when I got home and lettuce that was questionable. Please focus on your supply chain and/or store practices here please.
Stockbridge, GA on Walt Stephens Rd. is my store. when the store first opened very nice, but it has gone downhill since then. I would say at least half the produce presented should be in the garbage. I have decided to business elsewhere… Publix is preferred. Your produce is beautiful even in the winter. I have complained about the stores produce many times but nothing has been done.
Poor management
I wasnt given a chance to explain the issues I was told to resign, same as firing me. Gave me no other option. Other employees have walked out only to be rehired, pulled knives on other employees ti be moved to another department, smoke meth, steal, lie, drink alcohol onbjob including mgrs. Mgr said I resigned but I was fired and forced out. I have no...

221 ingles manager letting people have their dogs ride in the buggy and when I said something they looked at me like I was crazy and yes I went off the deep end when is this going to stop everyone is scared to say anything.
Desired outcome: stop animals in stores.
Gas Station Employee
A little after 2pm on Saturday the 4th I decided to get gas at Ingles in Spruce Pine, NC so that I could use a gift card at the pump. It was my first time ever using a gift card. I rarely get gas at an Ingles, and when I do, I use cash only. I kindly asked the older gentleman (much older than 40) who was working around the time I stated above how to use a gift card at the pump. He then told me how to use the gift card and so I went to try and use it. I could not figure it out, therefore I called my mother-in-law for assistance. She didn't know how to either and so not long after I tried using the card the employee came over with an attitude. He was telling me what to do with an attitude, treating me like I was completely stupid! He then made a face and said rudely; "Put your phone down and listen to what I have to say!" I just said okay because I didn't want to make a scene or get even more flustered. I have bad anxiety so that wasn't helping. As he was showing me what to do, he wasn't nice about it and kept treating me like I was stupid and a burden! Once it was all said and done, I pumped my gas, got off the phone and then went on my way. I had tears in my eyes as I left. He made me feel so stupid and humiliated in front of the other people around us who was watching as this was happening. If you can't simply help someone - whether the problem be big or small - don't work at a certain facility! This has been on my mind and I would like for someone to say something to him about it if someone is able to find out who was working that day, around that time frame.
Thank you, Ambur
Desired outcome: For someone to say something to him and make certain he isn’t rude to the next woman who is in my position!
I live in a small town where Ingles is the ONLY place to buy groceries and the closest to buy is fifteen miles away. I live about 1/10th of a mile from the ingles so I'm out there all the time. If Ingles employs IDIOTS like this person...i will NOT do business with them again. RIDICULOUS!
Employee behavior
I would like to offer my apology to the Ingle's located on 3rd Street in Gaffney. On Friday 26th of November I entered into the store and went directly to the dairy side of the store. In the middle of the isle are food displays. On one side of the display was the store manager with employees so I couldn't pass by on that side and neither did they try to accommodate my passage. As I went to pass by on the other side, I was met with an employee pulling a pallet of water. Needless to say, I couldn't pass on that side either. They all just stood there and looked at me including the manger. So, at that point I realized I must be in their way! So, to correct my inappropriate behavior, I returned the shopping Buggie to the store entrance and left and went to Food Lion. I prayed last night that God would forgive me for getting in their way and I hope you will forgive me as well. Oh, once again please forgive for getting in their way. After all, I'm just a customer. I will tell my friends and post the incident on Facebook so they want make the same inappropriate behavior. After all, customers are just customers - who needs the [censored]. Business would be just so much easier without people coming in and pushing around those damn shopping carts! Hopefully, I can get the word out and it won't happen so often.
Desired outcome: No need to bother yourself....I've corrected my bad behavior.
Deli employee
My son went to the Deli dept. and asked the clerk to make him a sub sandwich. I don't know all details but I will get the exact wording of their conversation. The clerk said something to the effect of"I can make your sandwich anyway I want because you are a '[censored]' My son went and got the Mgr. My son told the Mgr. what the clerk had said to him and the...

Needed to use the restroom at Ingles 1865 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803.
DISGUSTING!
Toilet paper was non-existent
Floor is filthy and trash overflowing
Sinks area seemed somewhat ok but could use a general disinfection (*see Health and Safety below)
Toilets - UGH don't get me started!
As a male who is compromised with health issues this is UNACCEPTABLE!
and - i thought masks were required? Pandemic, remember?
PER THE WEBSITE:
Health & safety measures taken here
Mask required
Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits
Safety dividers at checkout
Plus some of the meat, dairy and freezers are dirty with broken packages and leaky packages.
Desired outcome: CLEAN UP your entire store! WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC!
Landrum SC store
This is the absolute worst staff of any store I have ever shopped at. Your managers feel they don't have to help customers at all. I spend over $500 a month at least and I have finally had enough! This is the rudest staff of any store I have ever encountered and I have been in business management for over 40 years. I'm going to flood social media to get a boycott of this store. It shouldn't be too difficult because I am not alone in my frustrations.
Desired outcome: New staff
Deli dept.
I have had multiple issues in the deli dept. at Ingles store #428. I strongly believe the Store manager is racist and is deterring good people from working at this store. His behavior effects customers like myself as well. 1 deli employee has a bad attitude and evidently he encourages her behaviour. Please look into this b/c they repel customers.
Read full review of Ingles MarketsContinued Lack of products
I live in Clarkesville, Georgia. It has been a struggle to find items I buy in stock at the Inges Clarkesville, GA . Lately the shelves at the Clarkesville, GA Ingles location are practically bare for a great many products. I have started going to other Ingles as I travel. I was surprised to see that several Ingles locations in small towns were completely stocked with the products I can't find at my home town location.
I had thought this was a shipping problem based on the current problems with shipping in our country. I spoke to a manager of an Ingles and asked why the store in my location is bare and other Ingles are stocked. He said all Ingles have access to the same product warehouse.
With that in mind, I can't understand why the Clarkesville store is so lacking in product. Three locations I have found to be fully stocked and carrying products I can never find in Clarkesville are, Westminister, S.C. (A beautiful store but a 45 minute drive for me). Clayton, GA Usually well stocked (A 25 minute drive for me). Cornelia, GA usually much better than Clarkesville. (a 15 minute drive) Clarkesville Ingles is 5 minutes from me.
A few products I can't get in Clarkesville include, but are in no way limited to are; Martin's Potato Bread, Jasmine rice (large bag) Chobani PLAIN greek yogurt, (not fat free) Nestle Coffee mate French Vanilla (Fat Free). Starbucks mocha coffee, vanilla, hazelnut. (the shelf is loaded with blueberry coffee)
Chicken thighs(boneless/skinless). Martinell's Apple juice 1.5 liter. The list goes on & on. Often when the products are available, there are so few of them I have to buy what is there in fear of not being able to get them again until I travel. This is costly & not supportive to the rest of the community. There are plenty of other items in these categories that no one seems to be purchasing, such as apple juice from concentrate, Arnold's potato bread, etc...
I would appreciate it, if the Ingles in my location could stock as well as the other Ingles I have shopped at. The Ingles in Westminester, S.C. was very impressive, every shelf well stocked, loads of product selection and very clean. Wish I could shop there regularly.
Anything you can do to help update the Clarkesville, Ingles location would be appreciated. There is no reason for the shelves to be bare when the other Ingles shelves are full with plenty of selection. I'm tired of having to shop out of town. Thank you
Desired outcome: Update product selection, availability, and volume of Clarkesville, GA Ingles
The managers acting like I'm a thief
I would like to start by saying I've shoped at ingels for a long time and I spend a lot of money there well I also buy alot of hotwheels there to and I like to hit the ingels on smokey park hwy when I get off of work at 7am we'll ive noticed the last couple of times I've went that the managers act all wierd like I'm thinking stuff and they say security scan this and that and it's making me mad thats declaration of character I'm not a damn theif and it better come to a stop or I will get in touch with a lawyer yea there's a bunch of damn homeless people that comes in there but im not one of them and I will get it all on viedo tape and let news 13 air it so this better come to a stop
Desired outcome: Smokey park highway
unethical behaviour
I was at Ingles the one on Fallston Road Store 118 this morning, one of the manager who was very disrespect to one of their employees. I have had problems with this same manager Tammy before. The fact that she can cuss and yell at a employee and they sent the employee home doesn't sit right with me. Yes the employee said something back to her, she was just protecting her self, but when that manage call her boyfriend up and he also said something to that employee, that made me feel uncomfortable. Latrice is a very hard worker, and she help me out a lot from buying my food when I didn't have enough money, to helping me put my food in the car. I enjoy shopping there, but I hate to see Latrice lose her job over this.
Omce, many years ago I switched on my TV set Sony.
The Sony auto tuning found 1st channel. It was BBC.
I paid my attention on other thing, but was listening to Sony set only.
I just head the voice of the person on the floor in Sony TV set.
And I catched myself "Oh, he has a perfect American pronunciation".
After I transfer my eyes on the TV images,
I saw the position of the voice owner
in BBC subtitles: U.S. Ambassador.
One of your employees bagging our groceries
The young man bagging our groceries walked off before our order was completed.
The cashier tried to reason with him to stay and finish.
He refused saying he couldn't. Apparently the time to get off ...
This was very rude, we had to finish bagging our groceries.
Store #449, cashier Michaelina,
11/4/21 0:329 pm
I think he should be spoken to about walking off... I did not get his name so the receipt is attached so maybe you can find him...were we being treated this way because we are seniors?
Thank you
Deli store 131 in Robbinsville nc
I was at the deli to get a sandwich yesterday about 11:30 and the only guy working had not been trained to make sandwiches and the store manager was up front leaning on register 9 with his arms crossed chitchatting with another employee and the deli line was backed up this is the worst thing we don't have any other choice for grocery shopping and the manager could care less if any of the local people are happy we just do with out he lives in another county so he has other choices of stores, we don't so needless to say we didn't get lunch yesterday at ingles like we wanted
Desired outcome: A manager that exactly cares about the customers
service
No one to service me at the Deli. Waited about 5- 10 minutes. No one came. Went to Publix . Better customer service . None of the workers there seem yo care.
Employee treatment
I'm an ingles employee and have been accused of lying about having covid, and lying about having an allergic reaction from the crab I was made to touch while working. And when I have gone to my managers to ask why my schedule changed last minute I've been glaslighted about it and told its "my fault" when all I've done is asked for an explanation. uve been treated like absolute shot by this company.
Yelled to get your [censored] together.
Desired outcome: Better managnent and employee treatment
Manager Mike Sherman
I worked at ingles in the deli a couple years ago. I walked out one night because of the deli manager. Mikes pet Angie. She didnt do anything but sit on her butt while everybody else did her job for her mike knew about it and did nothing. I have tired several times to get my job my job back. He says he dont want people like me in his store. Guess he dont want my money at his store. My whole family goes in there and nobody likes him. He had a meth head working there he held her job so she could go to rehab... She was even trying to buy pain pills in the parking lot while she was suppose to be working. He hired a boy back that never cooked the chicken all the way done cause he didn't time it. Never did he got his job back more then once. When I was working there he had 2 meth heads cooking and let them come back. Hired back another girl the other day that walked off her job just like I did the only difference is Mikes pet didnt run her mouth about any of them but me cause I didnt listen to her mouth. Talked to somebody that worked in there the other day Talking about how they needed help and theyre not getting it cause the ones that actually wanna work there he wont hire. Cause he don't like them. Nobody I talked to that worked there and half the customers like him ingles needs a new store manager. I took my business across the street to food lion and so has my family because of him. He's running your store.
Desired outcome: Want my job back
the landrum store
this is about the fifth complaint I've made, without a response. the floors are filthy and the bathrooms had feces on the stalls. at the deli, the potato salad looked crusty and not all of the people working in the deli had hair nets on. the shelves are empty and the people packing the shelves have boxes and carts blocking the isles and they act like it's an inconvenience for you to get something where they are working. the Landrum, SC managers are unfriendly and unhelpful. and don't ask the managers to order something, you'll never get it. since bi-lo closed, there is no competition so the quality and cleanliness have gone way, way down. i'm about 5 mins. from the store, but I'm going to drive 20 mins. to go to another grocery store in Greer, SC. do you know katie holmes, yes tom cruise's ex-wife was in Ingles at landrum the other weekend. she must of thought so this is what a redneck grocery store looks like. it's embarrassing to the people of landrum. funny how the ingles in greer is a lot better stock wise, cleanliness and the managers actually smile and say hello. but it's still an ingles, so i'm taking my business and others I know too are going to another chain.
Desired outcome: Action
Covid vaccine
After much research and consideration I decided to get the Moderna Covid vaccine. On September 9, 2021 I went to the Ingles pharmacy #205 in Landrum, SC and requested the Modera vaccine. I was given a vaccine and told to return for a second shot on September 30. I put the vaccination card in my purse and honestly did not look at it. On September 30 I...
