They let me take the Jeep I was looking at purchasing to a local dealership to get a pre-purchase inspection done, then they replaced anything that needed to be replaced for FREE. We bought a car from Inline Auto Sale, Inc. and they said it was in good shape. But, in the first month, the car just stopped working while we were driving. We spent a lot of money trying to fix it, but nothing worked. Now, the car won't even start. We called them to ask for help, but they said they can only help if we bring the car to them. We don't have any more money because the car has taken it all. They won't help us out at all.

I buyed a 2011 *** from Inline Auto Sales on May 27th. I went there cuz I trust *** the finance man, cuz he help me with another car in 2016. I called *** the same day of buying the car cuz a warning came on the dashboard to pull the car over cuz Hydraulic Oil leaking. I would call and leave messages and he would never respond. The car is financed through *** and they told me that Inline should do a "No new money loan", or exchange of collateral. That I wouldn't have to come out of pocket. Inline said that I couldn't get the car looked at by there mechanic until July 29th. I then spoke with the manager named *** about the faulty car I bought. He was rude and wanted more money in order to switch me out into a better car. I been dealing with this issue for 3 weeks now, I've had to travel back and forth to the dealership and take off time at my job. I have call logs, text and voice recordings. Help me!

I went to Inline Auto Sale, Inc. to check out a 2006 mini cooper S. I told them I was driving three hours to see it. When I got there, I saw a crack in the air intake hose. I test drove another car that had a tpms light on. I told the rep that the first car needed a part replaced and I wanted a discount for the $500 repair. They said they would look at it, but wouldn't drop the price. They also said they wouldn't work with my lender. I left because of the repair and left a bad review. They argued with me about it and contacted me four times. They even told me my review was fake and posted my lender info.

I bought a car from Inline Auto Sale, Inc. last year in February. The sales manager seemed friendly enough, and I had done business with them before. However, after only four attempts to use the car, the motor needed repair. I have many cars, so it took me about four or five weeks to contact them. They picked up the car the next day and said they would take care of it. Six months and two weeks later, they informed me that the car was running again, but they did not give me a rental car or any funds during that time.
I had an understanding with the owner that when the car was repaired, I would be given the option to approve the work and take the car or be given credit for the $21,000 I paid for the car towards another car on the lot. However, when I met with the owner in mid-October, he said that I would need to pay for the engine repair and that he could not give me any credit towards another car. He also said that the car was not worth the same amount as before the repair. I asked for the bill, but he said he did not have it. He then told me to move my property, and I left without saying anything.
The next day, I was given 15 minutes to pick up the car, but it was not working. I am now out $21,000, and there is more to this story. It's frustrating because my family is currently searching for bone marrow for a stage four cancer patient, and I don't have the time or energy to deal with someone who has lied to me multiple times about this car.

Repairs at a local dealer cost over $600 for a wheel bearing. They misplaced our second key and took weeks to replace it, only to lose it in the mail. They erred on the temporary tags paperwork and only informed us after we reached out. They eventually mailed the corrected documents and a new temporary plate. Advise: get a vehicle inspected independently before purchase. Their customer care is lacking.

After the test drive, I filled out a form that said "application" without being asked about financing. The saleswoman checked a clause at the bottom of the form that authorized the dealer to submit my application to financial institutions for review. I didn't think much of it because I had outside financing and didn't think they needed to pull my credit report. Two weeks later, I found out that they did pull my credit report without my permission. I filed a dispute with Equifax and called Inline to complain. The finance manager told me that the form clearly said it was a credit application, which it did not. He also said that it wouldn't affect my credit that much and that someone would call me back the next day, but they didn't.
