I am very unhappy with everything of the bad service from the INNOVATION GROUP and all the money I had to pay. I had a extended warranty policy with the company and because I did not service the car on time due to the dealer being fully booked and you always wait a month or longer for your car to be serviced. they didn't want to pay out the full amount, after being promised they would pay me 100% that I will get a full payout on my engine or any other electric of mechanical breakdown, it all started on the 10th August 2017 when my car didn't want to start.
Since then I have been transferred from one agent to the other. Instead they offered me a pre owned warranty and all my funds would be transferred and messages would be relayed. instead I ended up calling daily as well as my husband for 4 weeks non stop. They also refuse to extend my car hire until my car was being fixed. Then with the pre owned warranty they refuse to give me the higher payout because my mileage was 55kms more then expected, which I find is so wrong due to the fact that I had and extended warranty and they offered this one the least they could do is give me the higher pay out but they refuse.
In the end I was robbed and I ended up paying for so much more then expected. I have a husband and two kids and it was such a inconvience for us the past month. I started a new recently which I was on the phone daily fixing this policy which was very wrong of the different operators that put me on hold for a hour or longer. I was promised so many things and I wouldnt have to take a cent out instead I had to pay in a balance of R16 000 to the dealer cash R1800 deposit for the car hire and an additional R1365 for 5 days to also have a car at least while waiting for mine. Not forgetting the R2780 I had to pay for my car being towed
Besides all the calls made from me my husband phoned and used over R600 airtime calling the call centre. it was such an inconvience for all. I would never use this group again, they full of empty promises.
I request a refund on all the money spent as well as inconveniencing me and my family.
I was given different numbers [protected] or [protected] and [protected] I am so disgusted and I feel robbed.
I feel like going to the ombudsman as well because this is not right
