Mazda gave me the number for their motor plan department for a query I have about extending my plan. I have since discovered it is manned by the Innovation Group. I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady at the call centre who promised that a sales agent would soon respond. Nothing. A few days later, I called again. Another promise.No call back. The third time I phoned, the call centre lady put me through to somebody else who seemed knowledgable and who promised to email details to me. Guess what? No email. i phoned again the following day. The call centre lady put me through to someone else who told me she could not help me as this was not on her system, but she would put me through to a third person. I asked for a direct nr to phone in case I didn't get a response, but was informed that there is no direct line. This time the lady I spoke to seemed to know what she was talking about, but the line was bad. She promised to phone back. She DID. The line was still unclear. She said she'd call again. NOTHING. This morning I phoned again. I was promised that my complaint would be sent up the line and I'd receive a response in 10 minutes. That was hours ago! I'm still waiting.
the innovation group are dealing with a home insurance claim that i have with shielas wheels, they have made me fill in a form listing everything in my house down to underwear and cutlery after spending over an hour filling the form in they sent it back saying the values are too low ? so made me fill the form in all over again which i did, then recieved a phone call by a snotty woman laughing at me about my low values, i am a single parent on benefits bear in mind, then made me list everything again over the phone room by room ! i have never felt so humiliated in my life !
Reading all that reminded me of the day when an Innovation Group Contracts Manager came round for subsidence claim. He must spend at least 4 hours going through the damage and agreed with the us how the repairs were going to be completed. Guess what? 4 weeks later they changed their mind as to how and what repairs were going to be carried out on my bungalow. Liars...
I have a compaint regarding the battery cover policy the guys that helped me yesterday they put me pillar to post as a result I m not getting helped yesterday my car didn't start then I went to battery center they find out the battery must be replaced then I called the innovation group they advise me that I must go to vw dealership I said to is far from where I'm stay im in umtata I must drive 230km to reach vw the I ask them Can t the refer me to the nearest dealership where I can be helped they gave me the no for 3 dealership still when I called they said they are not dealing with battery then I ask the guy what can I do now he said I must go to tiger wheel at that time it was 16:40 he never said to me on Saterday they are close then tiger wheel that test the battery the report said replace battery now the said they will phone innovation group tomorrow for authorisation then next day I went to tiger wheel they called innovation it was closed now I m sitting with a car that is no starting and tomorrow I'm going to flagstaff I m not happy that way they treat I was treated as person that innovation is doing for me favour but this is not a favour
I have been with this company for about a month and this company is HORRIBLE! Charise was my specialist and I can't seem to get her on the phone this company takes money with no results on my credit I decided to fix my own credit and had faster results. This was a waste of money time and energy and I still can't get her on the phone to close my account. I will be filing a law suit if I can't get anyone by the end of the week know that!
I decided to use Innovation Group to provide a contractor for hail damage to my home. Big Mistake. A resource phones me and states he is sending someone to the property to determine if the aluminum siding can be replaced by an equivalent siding. He also states he will phone me with that information. Days pass and no call so I phone him only to get voice mail. I provide a message to phone me about the results and I still have received no call weeks later. Dont waste your time with this poor excuse for an organization.

I am with the company since last year and they told me they will look after me and promised me all sorts of things. Well GUESS WHAT... I didn't get a damn thing they said. I took out the extended warranty policy and now that I filed a complaint they told me they cant help me because my service history is not serviced on time (meaning on 15000 or 30000 etc) How can one service your car on the exact mileage when there is always a waiting period with NTT when you book your car in for a service. My car has been with the dealer going on two weeks now and I am the one always calling them to find out what is happening when it should have been the other way around. Whenever I call there is always people getting back to me yet I am the one doing the follow ups. With this being said they offered me a pre owned policy that they can help me with. When this was offered to me they said my funds from the previous policy would be carried over to the pre owned policy and in order for them to fix the car it has to be on 120 000km to qualify for the higher benefit. My car is on 120 055 and they want to offer me a lower package just because I am 55km more then they wanted. I was suppose to get the R1000 back because I had to pay for my own towing as well and still didn't get that money. They not even prepared to extend the hired car until my car is fixed. nobody has gotten back to me and I am so fed up. I am tired of calling them all the time and the calls are being cut. Management is also useless just like the staff. This is POOR SERVICE and I wouldn't recommend anybody to take these policies out.
