I found a 2011 Ford Focus at one of their lots
I found a 2011 Ford Focus at one of their lots. I was approved for financing at $11,995 with a $1500 down payment. I was supposed to go there on Saturday to pick up the car on Monday at 3PM. I spoke to *** and have text messages to support all of this. They ended up selling the car. Now, my whole life is messed up. I had saved up this money and having to walk to work and am pregnant. Now they do not have anything in their inventory in my price range. They wasted my time. They completely deceived me.
If it wasn't for my account manager, my experience probably would have been horrible, but she makes everything beautiful. I love her and her kind heart to understand life actually does hit sometimes harder than we expect. Thanks to her for everything!

I've had nothing but a terrible experience with both the arnold location and collinsville
I've had nothing but a terrible experience with both the arnold location and collinsville. Instead of being helpful there staff has laughed at me sarcastically. My life situation has but me in a spot where I can no longer make payments on the vehicle so I'm trying to do the right thing and being threatened by the staff that they will come after me and take garnish my wages when I am a single mom. I would like if someone can reach out to me or if there is someone I can contact to help with this situation. If not I will have no choice but to contact my lawyer and take this to court.
I have bought 3 cars from Insta Credit Automart and my account manager is the best; she is very helpful, patient, and explains everything, making the process so much easier. Thank you to my account manager, I appreciate you!
THE FACT THAT THEY WORK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!
I love '***" you're always so authentic and enthusiastic. VERY VERY understanding and will work with you on payment arrangements. I know your company really do appreciate you. Keep up the good work miss mamas you deserve it.

So far I haven't had any real issues other than I've only had my car for 6 months and I've had to get it serviced already. The wit time to get it fixed wasn't long. The staff is really nice. My account manager is very sweet, she's honest and understanding and will work with you if your having financial issues which meant a lot to me, it showed that she cares for the customers and its not just a job to her she helps people. My only take away is to make sure your vehicles are serviced well before customers purchase them. Having to get a major service done after you've purchased a vehicle is stressful on the customer financially. Other than that great job!

I have experienced a rush, due to the kady rushing me off of te phone, she did not complete my transaction on the phone, she stated she would take care of me. We hung up. I needed a code sent in, and she never sent it over. Now its Sunday the office is closed and my car will be disabled due to worker not paying attention and not completing the process while I was on the phone, to ask questions or to ensure everything was ok with my account. This is unacceptable and the lady needs to be held accountable. I have to wait til Monday morning til the office opens at 9am, and I report to work at 630am, talk about inconvenience. Thanks for nothing, the lease agreement can't be over soon enough. Some mistakes CAN NOT BE MADE.

I was told my payments would be $236 every payments cycle I went to pay in person since they added a $5 over the phone
I was told my payments would be $236 every payments cycle I went to pay in person since they added a $5 over the phone. They REFUSED to take my $236 and insisted I pay $200 one cycle and $236 the next. This week I paid my $200 after paying my $236 last cycle and my car is shut off. I call in and Im told thats not correct and to get my car turned back on it will be an additional $36. They have charged my wrong payment method multiple times over the phone. Ive gotten work that was done wrong 3 times and charged full price all three times. I will never take my car there for work or even a simple oil change again. They are con artists I honestly believe somebody in this business will go to prison for fraud because every month something completely different than the previous month.
We had problems by the third day we had out vehicle
We had problems by the third day we had out vehicle. We called to have it taken care of they said we would have to pay a diagnostic fee of $60 dollars and leave it in their shop for a minimum of 2 days for the diagnostic to be done once the diagnostic came back they would give us a call. I said it's just a dead battery and they reprated themselves. Finally we just replaced the battery that was very old and worn out and some connection wires and it fired right up. The car also had a problem with four wheel drive low gear from the start that we discovered later and the gas cap was shattered we discovered when we tried to fuel it up the first time and we have also found numerous items from past owners. They didn't even clean the vehicle before giving it to us it seems. When we finally got our car in for service we were lied to many times, brushed off, disrespected aND even insulted. At the beginning they made this all sound so good! We were reeled in hook line and sinker.
I noticed a $515 misc charge on my account months ago
I noticed a $515 misc charge on my account months ago. I've tried contacting several agents over the past few months regarding charge and no one has assisted me or are they able to tell me what the charge is for. I've had multiple people take down my number with promises to contact me next day when someone with more information or access to "old system". Today I logged in trying to make a payment and noticed the charge still there. I called Collinsville location and was asked "wasn't your vehicle stolen, didn't we recover your vehicle" after explaining my issue. I answered yes and explained it was in JUNE . I was later asked again if they provided a service of towing after my vehicle was recovered. I explained that the police recovered my vehicle, towed to impound and I paid for release and for vehicle to be rekeyed and ignition switch. Repairs we're done at local shop where I picked my vehicle up from dealership and drove to repair shop after being told I would be charged a fee If they had to tow vehicle for me. what I don't understand is why 7 months later a misc fee pops up on my account and no-one is able to explain why. I never signed anything agreeing to be charged a fee for whatever service they believed provided.
This company is your typical greedy American corporation
This company is your typical greedy American corporation. Like most US banks / financiers, they're more willing to apply a fee, than resolve a problem that they created. Insta-credit Automart changed their payment systems a few months ago. Apparently, they also loaded my account information into the new system incorrectly. However, this was no problem for them, they just tacked on a fee because the system considered me a day late on my payment. When I called to have them fix my account, I was transferred at least 10 times to a phone that doesn't get answered. I was then transferred to a "supervisor" and left a message that was never returned by her. I was then given a direct number because the receptionist was sick of me calling. I called this number at least 20 times between 12 noon, and 5 PM. It was never answered once... and in fact, would ring about five times before hanging up on me. The receptionist was completely useless, and had no idea what to do other than telling me to call again and again. It was the worse and most unhelpful customer services rep I've very ever encountered. BEWARE: If you don't want to deal with a company that makes its profits from considerable auto costs mark-ups, or tacking on fees at any opportunity...then avoid this train wreck of a business!
I got a car from insta credit in August since the first day I had the car it started running hot they came to get it had it for about 2
I got a car from insta credit in August since the first day I had the car it started running hot they came to get it had it for about 2 weeks so they called me to come pick the car up after they so called fixed it I couldnt even make it home for it to start running hot again. So they came and got it again I asked numerous of times could I just trade it in for another one they didnt want to have to cancel my loan and start a new one unless it wasnt fix able. Okay thats fine since I got it back from them I been having trouble with the car so I called and told them it was acting up again they said my warranty was up because of the mileage I put on the car which thats shouldnt matter because yall knew I been having problems since day one.. okay I put a lot of mileage on the car because I work 6 days a week and I can put how many mileage I want if Im paying $253 every 2 weeks and payed more then $2,700 into getting the car fixed. so the car broke down again 2 weeks again another $379 getting the car fixed and $140 paying the person to fix it. So I called I spoke to *** or *** and she was so rude to me.. she said thats what you have to do with you get a used car yes a used car I paid cash for not a used car from a dealership.. she told me she cant do anything if I dont like it go trade it in. Me being a manger myself I would NEVER TALK to a customer like the way she talked to me. If I had another way to work and to get my kids back and forth to school I wouldve been gave them this car along time ago.. I couldnt afford another car at the time because someone totaled my last car out thats why I got a car though them.. ONECE AGAIN THE *** BROKE DOWN last week and I left it right where it broke down at the car is garbage..
I had a car for a little over a month
I had a car for a little over a month. Got it from the O'Fallon location. Made my payments on time. 2 weeks after getting the car, I had a leak in the tire. Found out the tire was plugged already. A week after that I had to get the oil changed. Wouldn't you think that would've been something they had done or checked before? Still had to make sure it was maintained. About a little over a week after that, the car started running hot. I had to get it towed, because it wouldn't turn over. It was coolant spilling out of the hose, and shot up all over the hood and the engine. Got it diagnosed, and it said it was a thermostat. Called up to the place, and tried talking to someone. Got hung up on the first time, and the other person told me that no one could help me at the moment. So I called a licensed mechanic to try and fix it because I have to work. He switched the thermostat and discovered a hose was damaged. And replaced that as well. It still wouldn't turn over. So I had to get it towed to my house. I called them again to speak to the service manager. He got a tow truck over right away. So I thought that it would over with and taken care of because of the warranty covering engine, transmission, and coolant system. Says it right on the warranty. Calls me 4 days after having the car, and tells me it is voided because I drove on it hot. But couldn't give me a real reason why, he just kept telling me over and over how much it would cost. Which told me that they just didn't want to pay it. I tried reaching out. They keep giving me the run around. Service manager told me to talk to the Accounts manager. Accounts manager tells me that I need to talk to the Service manager. The account supervisor told me that he would move my payment date to January 31st. Today they tried to take out money. So with all this being said...do not buy from them. They have been a nightmare. Because now I'm going to have to reach out to legal and news outlets. I'm done

THEY WILL DISABLE YOUR CAR IF YOUR UNABLE TO PAY YOUR NOTE EVEN OF YOU HAD TO FIX THE *** CAR THEY SOLD ! THE WARRANTY *** AND IT COVERS NOTHING STAY AWAY In the beginning the process was amazing I was in and out and they were incredibly friendly, I brought my car 10/23 from the Ofallon location, 11/27 The alternator broke like completely, I called them 12/04 and they said they were packed and couldnt get me in until 01/ 24th because of my schedule and how packed they were! On that day, my car wouldnt start so naturally I couldnt make it to the appointment I called the day of and informed the service center spoke with a *** who was incredibly rude and wouldnt let me speak, he said they couldnt tow my car by that time my warranty expired! They offer nothing! They can come get this car because Im reporting to the Complaintsboard.com AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL JUSTICE IS DONE! Because selling people BAD CARS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL WHEN I HAVE TO PAY THEM EVERY PAY PERIOD

After purchasing a vehicle from this company, not my first, I had some issues involving oil and antifreeze missing from the vehicle, even if there was only a month between oil changes. I would be told by the service department it would take 2 weeks or more to look at it. Took it to several other mechanics after it completely quit. Oil pump. Water pump and alternator all went out at the same time. Everyone said it's suspicious and believed the oil pump and fuel pump were already bad when I bought it. Called instacredit and was told to bring it in and finance repairs. I tried working with them but it was all put on me. I spoke with finance manager in April who said they would repo the vehicle, repair, and resell. I said I would leave keys in it so they could. Never came. Today I got a threatening call saying I'll be sued and they aren't taking the car back. It's JULY! Come get the car!
I paid them $550 on November 22nd. They shut my car off because they are saying I owe them more money and I do not. They are trying to swindle me. I had paid up on my account. They say I owe them another $275. This is not true. They are not explaining to me my I was all caught up in September, but they are telling me I owe this money.
I am being charged for a service they just provided 4 months ago, although they told me it could have possibly been a faulty part from their department they are still charging me for labor, diagnostic, towing, and office supplies. I don't understand how I am paying for something that was just done less than 6 months ago. I was still under warranty when they Replace the alternator 4 months ago but now as of as of one month ago my warranty has expired I understand the agreement on the warranty but don't understand how I'm paying for the exact same service that was just done 4 months afour months ago. I'm not sure if they even fixed it before. The mechanic admitted it could have been a faulty part but still insist on making me pay for a redo.
Good morning, this Company has lied to us several times. They fixed our car and we took out a Loan through them to get our Engine Light off and it's still on. They took 900 plus out of my Account in one month. Went in my Account three times. They turned my car off and they are over charging me and my car is still not fixed.
I purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu from this company in 4
I purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu from this company in 4. The car came with a 30 day warranty. The second day I had the car there was suspension issues. I took it back to them and they told me they fixed it. The check engine light came on, so I took it back to them again. They told me it was a radiator and some other things. They told me they fixed the radiator and the other issues. The third time was last week and it broke down on the highway. It was an issue with the radiator again. I had to pay $175 to have the car towed home. Insta Credit came and got the car three days later. I told them I couldn't pay the car note because I had to pay $175 for the tow. The lady told me not to worry about the car note. Then she called and said I owed $750 for the repairs. Then they told me I was behind in the car note. They currently have the vehicle. They told me I could pay $350 and $25/week to pay off the repairs.
I had purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger from the O'Fallon location of this business. I have had the vehicle for 8 months and last week the transmission went out. I had tried to put the car in gear and the car would not move. I took it to Firestone and they had 8 error codes pop up all dealing with the transmission. I learned that the vehicle had been in a prior accident before I purchased it with damage under the car. Right after the 30 day mark I had noticed the car was starting to make some strange noises. I have talked to the company, they say all they are willing to do is for me to pay to have the car towed back to them for them to make repairs. They said I would have to also put 50% down on the repairs. I should not have to pay and do all this, the car that was sold to me was a lemon. At this point I don't even want the vehicle anymore. I have never had transmission issues with my cars in the past, and for this to happen less than a year into purchasing it is not something that is right. I believe this is a terrible way to treat people during a pandemic.
I traded the first car that I had problems with back to this dealer, the second car had problems too. I took the car to the mechanic. I took it back to the dealer because of the check engine light came on. I couldn't reverse it either. They told me they needed to keep the car for a week. They couldn't get me another car, no rental offered. They said it would take a while to fix. The total cost of the car was $13,000. I put $500 down. I made one payment on the last car I had.
I purchase a 2008 Impala on 4/25
I purchase a 2008 Impala on 4/25. I let them know that the car had a jerk. While on my way back to dealership. From test driving I notice a jerk. I notified them I brought the car in a couple days later. The Technician said drive it to see if it stop. On 5/7 I took the car to the Arnold location. They did some transmission work. I've had several oil changes done in June,Jul,.September& November. On 1/07 my check engine light came on. I took the car to Auozone to see why the light is on. I was told it's the Camgear shaft. The technician said it was Oil Cover gasket,Valcover Gasket, Oil Pressure Sending Pump, & a water pump. There is a very disincentive sound. The motor is knocking. The repair bill is $1000. The technician said all the work it because. The car is used also on the Repair Ticket. It says will need additional work. If this is something that happens over time. Why am I being held responsible for this entire bill. When they did the inspection should have caught it.

I purchased a vehicle from this company in 11. The car was totaled out on 5/7 and the car was completely paid off. The insurance company paid off the vehicle. I recently went to purchase another vehicle and I am being denied for a loan because it states I still owe Insta Credit even though you have a payoff letter. I have contacted Insta Credit several times and I have been asking to speak to the owner to get this rectified. They won't let me speak to the owner and will not leave a message for me for the owner. They only send me to a manager named Robert and he refuses to let me speak to the owner and he hangs up on me. I need to get this situation rectified so I can buy a car.

I bought my car in March. The car make model is 2014 Kia Rio gdi. I looked over the car text drove the vehicle my fiance even checked it out. We drove off the lot not even a month of having the vehicle we got stranded in Arkansas visiting family. After calling several times to insta credit automart continuously they finally considered replacing the coil pack and spark plugs 600 dollars in repairs. After getting back home to Missouri with in 3 weeks later I had to replace all the filters finding that there was no cabin filter and the air filter had pine cones and other debris inside of it. The car started smelling of rotten eggs the check engine light was on once again I had it checked I was told it was the O2 sensor and catalltic converter. I spoke with insta credit and they told me to have it towed in that it was under my own expense remind you that I haven't had the car but 3 months it is just barely over the 3000 mile warranty. In paper seen that no emmission test was done
I leased a car from them, October . I have had multiple repairs on the car. The first by February . The engine had to be replaced. They haven't covered tows to them. The car has been in the shop for as much as two weeks. I'm missing work because of this. I haven't missed a payment. Due to COVID I had to stop work and had an income crisis. I called and asked if they would work with me. they said no. I asked if I could swap cars, and they said they couldn't do that. They didn't offer a loaner either. The car is in my driveway and is not drivable. When I have tried to get it in to their service department, they can't get me in for two weeks.

I HAVE FAITHFULLY BEEN PAYING MY CAR NOTE EVERY TWO WEEKS, I AM BEHIND BUT ON 2/25/22 I TRIED TO MAKE A PAYMENT OF 226- OR EVEN 300 $ TO BRING
I HAVE FAITHFULLY BEEN PAYING MY CAR NOTE EVERY TWO WEEKS, I AM BEHIND BUT ON 2/25/22 I TRIED TO MAKE A PAYMENT OF 226- OR EVEN 300 $ TO BRING MY ACCOUNT UP, ON 2/25 I WAS BEHIND ONE PAYMENT AND DUE A PAYMENT ON THAT DAY. TYPICALLY ANY OTHER TIME IM DUE TWO PAYMENTS I MAKE MY REGUALR 226 AND THEY TURN MY CAR ON. AT THIS TIME REP REFUSED ME UNLESS I PAID 380 , THATS 190 X2.. BUT MOSTLY BECAUSE I HAVE A CHARGE OF 159$ ON 1/14. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THAT CHARGE IS FOR AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO TELL ME UNLESS I COME INTO THE BUILDING, AND CURRENTLY MY VEHICLE IS OFF. ROBERT THE MANAGER, REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME, HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE AND DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE FACT I HAVE BEEN PAYING EVERY TWO WEEKS. HE THEN SAID TO ME HE DOES NOT CARE WHAT I AM SAYING, HE SAYS PAY OR HE WILL REPOSSES MY VEHICLE. AGAIN I PAY EVERY TWO WEEKS, THEY ARE REFUSING TO TURN MY CAR ON UNLESS I PAY 2 FULL WEEKS BUT IN THE PAST THEY HAVE NEVER DONE THAT AND ROBERT THE MANAGER IS REFUSING TO LISTEN OR HELP ME IN ANYWAY.

I purchased a vehicle from instacredit Automart and within the same week I had to get a emergency tow because of an engine problem. I picked the car up and once again the check engine light came on and had another engine issue I took the car up there again because I'm within warranty. Sheet picking my car up for the second time the next Day I had to make another appointment because the car was breaking down once again. I called them to have the car serviced on. Recently during the snow storm instacredit towed my car to them because of another engine problem and kept the car for 4 days. After picking the car up the next day the engine light came on. I am still within warranty and asked for a full refund which my warranty states I could do, the company is denying my refund and will not let me trade in the car. I pay 201 every two weeks and have not missed a payment. I have not been able to enjoy my car since I recieved it because it has to be serviced on with the same problem that will not be fixed.

I been in good standards with them for almost 4 years, never had anything major going on with my car. All of the sudden the Time pass (GPS device keep my car from starting. service department replaced it and then it was working fine. Few months went by and here we are again the GPS device is stalling the start up of the car. I called service department. They then game me a appointment and they told me nothing was wrong it start up fine. I paid a diagnostic fee... still occasionally stalling I called them back asked to speak with a manager and Robert the manager at the Collinsville location was very rude he asked me "was I a mechanic" and 'how do I think im any better then anyone else that has a appointment" I feel like if the company put the devices on the cars why is it my problem to have to keep bring my car back up there for them to do nothing and they even kept my car over night without telling me. I then had to get a rental car. I don't understand how something so little would be hard to fix. Im down to my last 1300 on my car payment I don't understand why they cannot remove the device.

I purchased a 2009 Pontiac G5 for $9,000.00 on March 7,2020
I purchased a 2009 Pontiac G5 for $9,000.00 on March 7,2020. About 2 weeks later Covid 19 hit and closed several businesses including St Louis county Assessors office because I need a tax waiver because this is my first car and I am unable to get a waiver online it must be in person so the car was not registered. On 5/3 I hit a curb and my car became immobilized and was in the middle of the street in St Louis City( I also filed a separate complaint to you all about them). We went to get car out the next day Monday 5/4 but were told because car not registered even though I literally could not do so because of the above reason. We contacted Instacredit automart and every single employee there was very nasty with me and refused to help me. I explained my situation and they said I should be able to get car out of impound and once again I was denied. The insurance company stated I was not responsible for fees and they have looked at vehicle and determined it's fixable as of 05/18 and the fee is now $585.00 then *** at *** stated I have to pay for fees even though when we first tried to get car it was $235.00 on 5/4. My car is just sitting there and they are expecting payment to a car I can't drive because I can't register because it's in the impound and they refuse to release it.

This dealership sold me a car that had electrical/major issues and gave me the run around everytime i tried to bring the car in which caused a delay in me actually bringing the car in. I was told to take it too *** and even told i had a 30 day warranty which is unheard of after telling them the 90 day warranty is right on the website they got me in a week later during this whole time the car is inoperable which had these issues for that prior month. I drop the car off on my appointment date and the service center there keeps it and even calls me and says they dont know where the electrical drain is coming from I try to work something out with the sales reps and account managers and they speak to me like im not a 8 year veteran like im a expendable black girl whose credit they want to ruin. Then Im getting billed for 2 cars i bought from them which the last car they have since I returned it after we cannot come up with better solutions and attitudes and the first car was totaled out and I paid for it in full? The state of MO says the dealership is too do the paperwork to release the cars out my name etc now I have to call lawyers and go print out forms to fill in. The dealership has had they rep call and tell me they gone get they money one way or another also? How unprofessional and borderline threatening very disgusted with this whole situation.

I reached out to see if there was someone I could send a goodwill letter to in the business, and the woman that answered the phone told me "that's not information you can have" and hung up on me mid-sentence. I believe as a potential consumer, and former consumer that if I requesting information that is related to my account that I should be able to at least have a contact person's email or name. Nowhere on their website is any of the higher-ups names listed. There also seems to be nowhere for a complaint with the company, although there is a "contact us" section. I then submitted a complaint through the contact us section and was called back by *** at the Collinsville location who began to say I can't report them and the "complaintsboard.com is a scam" among other gaslighting statements. I never even got to my point and he started yelling at me and telling me there was really nothing he could do "about my feelings." Companies like this get over on people everyday and I am sick and tired of them getting away with it, they need to be seriously investigated. As a past consumer, I saw them talk about raising interest rates on loans just because, I was refused service from them because apparently I did not have any warranty with them, they ran my card once without my permission, etc. This place has been horrible and I am glad I paid the vehicle off, but at some point this place needs to respect the people that gives them business, and cleaning out the unprofessional "professionals" seem to be the place to start.
I purchased a vehicle from this place in may
I purchased a vehicle from this place in may . In this time frame my family size increased and I asked about trading the vehicle for something larger that could accommodate 7 passengers. I asked on several occasions. Was given the run around a few times and finally was told that I would have to come up with nearly $5000 to put down on another vehicle. Mind you my initial down payment was $250. My vehicle was 12 years old and not worth the trade off. I looked into getting it refinanced but due to the age of the car I couldn't. My family was too big to take all of us around in a 5 passenger car and I had to look at other options. I went to a nice car dealership and was approved for a 2 year old 7 passenger van. I then called insta credit and talked with them about what I can do to give this car back. I was told that I can do a self surrender and leave the car there and it would be held for 90 days before going to auction. Then what ever the car sells for will be taken off my balance. I was told this would take place in September and would have payment stopped at time of surrender. Then when the car is sold at auction I could then make a monthly payment agreement to keep of my credit . Sounded fantastic... I did just that. 30 days later . Today I get a phone call wanting a payment . I told her that I had surrendered the vehicle and she said I still owe it . I then proceeded to tell her the above statement and she told me she wasn't my daughter and I told her I was getting two different stories and said I'll be calling the Complaintsboard.com. She told me that the vehicle will be garnished from my wages. This isn't the initial agreement that was verbally placed with a manager a month ago.
I will start off by saying that during covid and this pandemic insta credit and there team was great
I will start off by saying that during covid and this pandemic insta credit and there team was great. Due to covid I lost my job like many people did but I still managed to make some kind of payment I did not want to get to far behind or have them take my car or even turn it off. I am a front line worker but have two little kids here so in taking care of other families I still have to make sure mine is safe and healthy. I talked to a few supervisors at insta credit and I let them know that I lost my job because of covid but because I am a front line worker I should have a job in no time. All while going through this I still manged to make some kind of payment. So just recently I made a payment on the 14th I was able to borrow some money as I waited to receive my first check from my new job. I called insta credit and spoke with a supervisor I asked her what my current balance is she stated that it was $822 and some change from late fees. I said okay can I pay $322 she said yes of course then asked when I would be able to make another payment I asked when is another payment set to hit she said next Friday on the 21st I said okay I will see what I can do by then. She said okay I will note the account. They called me on Friday I was at work and they left a voicemail I was going to give then a call back but it slipped my mind im behind on every bill drowning day by day but still get up and get to work so Monday I leave out to go grab lunch check on my kids and the car is making that turn off sound they know what sound I am talking about. After I finish submitting my application for rental and energy assistance while I was on luch I called insta credit and was like my car is making that turn off sound I made a payment last week unfortunately I didn't have enough money to make another payment can I make one on Friday. They lady on the phone was like she's it will turn off tomorrow. I was like really at what time I have to be to work at 6am. She said no it will turn off around noon my heart dropped all I could do was cry. In that moment I felt so hopeless think now I can't make it to work what am I going to do. The lady stated well you will have emergency codes and I send you another until you get paid friday. My issue is why even turn the car off I have make some kind of payment to give you all something and during this time you all as a company feel the need to turn cars off. I get it people are not making a payement not talking to you all answering your calls but that is not me I answer I communicate with you all and tell you every week you all call that I am trying I don't have it this week but I should have something next week. Its like dealing with loan sharks they only thing you as a company care about is money and doing this hardship that everyone is facing you could have a little sympathy.

My case manager *** is very supportive and very nice when it comes to taking care of business I appreciate her and thank her for everything that she did she is excellent
I love ***! She has always been awesome with me. If I run into any problem with my payment I just call and they work with you! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I'm done
