My salesperson was Seth ***
My salesperson was Seth ***. He was good when it came to the features and benefits of the BMW 2007 Z4 I bought. Seth said the engine was rebuilt and the clutch was new, but when I asked for the paperwork, he didn't give it to me. Having the paperwork would have made me feel more confident about what he told me. He explained why he couldn't show me the paperwork. I like my Z4 and the dealership was nice.
I wrote a bad review a few months ago after a tough time with my car purchase
I wrote a bad review a few months ago after a tough time with my car purchase. I was really mad. But now, most of the car problems are fixed, except for the light issue. I have a claim for that. Once I have some money, I'll fix it. Yaya from finance helped me with my car payments while it was being repaired. We didn't always get along, but now we do. I really appreciate it because I love my car and I work hard to take care of it. Ms. Bailey from finance gave me $20 in gas cards and a credit of $200 on my loan, plus another $150 credit. Things are better now, more professional. I've only been 3 days late at most, which is pretty good. I'm trying to refinance my car now. I appreciate the dealership treating me better as a paying customer, so I wanted to change my review.

Olympic Auto Sales took my car away just 2 days after my insurance got canceled
Olympic Auto Sales took my car away just 2 days after my insurance got canceled. I had only missed one payment. They only offered me the choice to pay what I owe, and they gave me only 4 days to make this payment. They won't even let me talk to anyone. Can someone please assist me? There's more to this story, and I think I've been scammed!
I was told that I blew the motor on my car, even though I just bought it in February
I was told that I blew the motor on my car, even though I just bought it in February. Since I got this car, the brakes, tires, starter, and battery have all been in bad shape. I asked for the date of the last oil change, but he couldn't provide that information. He yelled at me harshly, insisting that I blew out the motor. On top of that, I had to spend $400 on a new starter. I want my down payment back because this is not fair. He did replace the battery when it died, but this car seems to be a lemon.
On 8/24 I bought a 2015 luxury sedan CLA 250 with a specific VIN
On 8/24, I purchased a 2015 CLA 250. The Sales Manager provided a pricing breakdown for the vehicle. This information influenced my decision to buy, as evidenced by text messages with the manager. Upon the car's delivery on 8/30, it lacked the features listed in the breakdown. A VIN search confirmed the discrepancy. Consequently, I am seeking a $2,025.00 refund for the absent features.

I bought a car from Olympic Auto Sales, Inc
I bought a car from Olympic Auto Sales, Inc. on 02/06. It was a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta S sedan with the VIN # 3VW167AJ1HMXXXXXX. They told me that the car was in good driving and mechanical condition, and that it was certified used with a bumper to bumper warranty from VW, which covered up to 60,000 miles. The car had 43,734 miles on it when I bought it.
However, within the first three days of owning the car, I started experiencing major mechanical and electrical issues. I decided to return the car to the dealer on 2/12 and asked for a refund of my down payment. I had paid $3500 on my debit card and $500 in cash.
The dealer asked me to give them a chance to fix the issues, but I contacted my bank that same night to reverse the transaction. The bank advised me to try resolving the issue with the dealer first. I agreed and gave them the opportunity to make things right. However, they have been giving me the runaround and haven't shown any intention of resolving the problem.
Now, they have my $4,000 and the car, and it seems like they don't plan on doing anything to make it right.
On 3/19, I buyed a used 2012 Mercedes ML350 from Olympic Auto Sales, Inc
On 3/19, I buyed a used 2012 Mercedes ML350 from Olympic Auto Sales, Inc. The price was $18,400.00, but then they added a bunch of fees and it ended up being $22,544/.50. I gave them $6,498.00 as a down payment and also bought a warranty for the car. The whole experience was okay because I thought the car was in good condition. But there were some small things that needed fixing, like the light and the tires. Literally five minutes after leaving the lot, the rear break light came on inside the car. I quickly went back to the dealer to see if they could help, but Hanna basically said I had to fix it myself. They only gave me a tiny $150.00 discount on my payment. Since then, I discovered that there's a crack in the driver's shaft, my horn doesn't work, I can't change the light, and there's an electrical problem. I tried to contact them about all these issues, but they ignored me and even hung up on me twice. They're really not trustworthy.
I bought a car from Olympic Auto Sales, Inc
I bought a car from Olympic Auto Sales, Inc. They initially said I needed to put down 4K, but it ended up being 6800. I paid the 6800 and made a car payment. They cleared the codes illegally so they could sell me a car with engine problems. I had to bring the car back four times for them to try and fix the issue, but they just cleared the engine light and it kept coming back on. The car would also randomly shut off. When my second payment was due, they owed me a credit of 200 on my account, so I only owed 280 on the car. I called to ask why the credit wasn't on my account, but they hung up on me. I called again and asked to speak to a manager, but they said they would call me back and never did. The car shut off on me again and they used a tracker to come and take it. This happened even though I still owed 280 on the car and the payment was only a few days away. They told me to bring the keys so they could inspect the car and give it back to me, but instead, they put it up for sale for more than they charged me and offered to give me my car back for 21000! It's fraudulent.
I bought a 2008 *** from Olympic Auto Sales, Inc
I bought a 2008 *** from Olympic Auto Sales, Inc. in October . The price was $6,999 in cash, but if I wanted to finance it, they would add $3,000, making it a total of $9,000. After including taxes, tags, title, and finance charges, the total came to around $14,000 for a 2008 car. The salesman told us that we could do a same-as-cash payoff in 90 days when we signed the papers. I put $3,000 down, thinking I would owe around $4,500 for the car. However, when I went to pay the $4,500 after 90 days, they said there was no such thing as a same-as-cash 90-day payoff and that I had to continue making biweekly payments. We started paying double to get rid of the car sooner because we felt like we got a bad deal.
Then, in June 2022, I got into an accident and was waiting for the insurance company to pay off the car. However, Olympic Auto Sales decided to put a negative remark on my credit report. I called them to discuss this issue, but I was transferred three times before finally reaching a customer service representative. Eventually, they agreed to fix the negative report, but it still hasn't been corrected as of today. This kind of business practice is really bad, and they are offering unfair deals. It has greatly affected my credit score, and I would like a refund of my $3,000 deposit.
I bought a car on 02/22
I bought a car on 02/22. It won't pass emissions because of a leak detection pump. On Saturday, 02/22, I bought a 2006 (BMW_325) from Mr. Dallas. It had around 134,000 miles. The check engine light came on while driving home from the dealership. I took the car back and they read the "code" and reset it to turn off the light. They said it might be a gas cap issue. A few days later, after getting gas again, the check engine light came back on. I took the car to my own mechanic on 02/25. He also read the code and reset it to make the code disappear. On 02/27, the check engine light came back on. This time, I didn't buy gas. On 04/01 (mileage around 136,000), I took the car to *** at *** Street, ***, GA, (***) ***. I paid $104 for a complete diagnostic analysis to find out why the check engine light was on. They told me the problem was a faulty "leak detection pump" and that the car wouldn't pass an emission test. The repair will cost $359.69 (+$104.00 for the diagnostic report). I paid for the car with my debit card for $5,000. I paid in full, no financing.
I bought a 2015 Tahoe on December 4 as a Christmas gift for my fiance
I bought a 2015 Tahoe on December 4 as a Christmas gift for my fiance. Everything was fine until December 20. My fiance was driving with our children and as she was driving. Her motor started making a loud ticking noise, the check engine light came on, and she couldn't go past 15mph. She pulled over and cut the truck off. She waited 5 minutes before restarting the Tahoe. Once she did that the check engine light came back on then it started to flash. The ticking noise got even louder and white smoke started to come out the tail pipes. She was stuck on the side of the road in 40 weather with our 1 year old and our 5 year old. I had to tow the Tahoe to *** in ***, GA. Once the specialist ( Mechanic for ***, that specializes in chevorlet) tried to drive it he knew what that problem. The lifters and headers went out and he told me that the motor is gone. I was sold a lemon and it has only been three weeks. I contacted Olympic Auto Sale to notifie them about the problem and they were no help. They are not willing to fix it or help. They have been giving me the run around and I was not offered a third party warranty. *** told me that a warranty was added to the contract when I was at the car lot and I went over it and I let him know there was no warranty added to the contract. Once I contacted *** about the motor he was willing to work something out, but his sales manager *** is not willing to help in no way. I feel this dealership knows that they sale lemons (bad car) to customers and they aren't willing to help. I want to warn all people about this car lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAR LOT. They do not care about thier customers or safety. BUYERS BEWARE.
