Me and my hubby bought a house with an Interlock roof from his folks last year. Roof's been alright, no problems. But now we wanna add an extension to our crib, and since Interlock insists on their own peeps doing the roof work for the warranty, we reached out to 'em. My hubby's been tryin' to get in touch with *** for like a month or two, but no one's callin' him back. All he gets is the receptionist pickin' up the phone and takin' a message. He even asked to talk to the boss of the ***, but still no call back. I've never had such a lousy customer service experience with a company. I wouldn't recommend goin' for a metal roof with Interlock 'cause if you got a problem, good luck gettin' anyone to fix it. If you do decide to go with Interlock, be ready to call 'em a bunch of times every single day.

When they put in our roof, they also had to put in vents for the bathroom fans. One is leaking after only a few years (our old ones had lasted 30). We contacted them and they sent out a contractor who didn't bring a tall enough ladder to check the roof. He left and they sent us an estimate for a few hundred dollars to fix it. They said the vents weren't part of the lifetime guarantee. I think the original installers didn't secure and seal it properly, so it should be covered. Plus, no one ever actually went up on the roof to check what caused the leak. I think they should keep their promise for a worry-free roof for life. We paid twice as much as a 40-year asphalt roof would have cost!

In July , we did a lot of lookin' around and finally settled on gettin' a metal shingle roof from Interlock Roofing. We had some issues with ice dams and our old asphalt shingles were fallin' apart, so we thought this would be a good solution. We figured since their product had a lifetime warranty and the whole thing was gonna cost us a crazy amount of money, it had to be top-notch. Plus, they said they could take down our fancy gutter system and put it back up no problem.

Well, let me tell ya, we were in for a big ol' surprise. The company ended up wreckin' our gutter system and now we gotta fork over $5500 to replace it. Can you believe that? We already spent over $50,000 on the roof itself, which is way more than what we woulda paid for a regular asphalt shingle roof. We thought we were makin' a smart investment in our home, but it feels like we got ripped off instead.

Overall, I ain't too happy with Interlock Roofing. Their product might be decent, but the fact that they messed up our gutter system and now we gotta pay even more money just ain't right. I reckon I won't be recommendin' 'em to anyone else.

I had a problem with my roof after Interlock put in a metal roof. They were supposed to put plywood down first, but they didn't. So, long story short, I talked to the company's president (***) and they put plywood on the front of my house, but not the back because it wasn't leaking then. Now, the other half of my roof is leaking (right into my living room), but they want me to pay for labor even though I have a warranty and they didn't do it right in the first place. I tried to contact the president again, but no luck this time. I did find some newspaper clippings of him posing for charities he supports though. Maybe he should support his company more so his reputation looks good on both ends!

I got this Interlock roof on my garage/barn in 2016, and boy, do I have a leaky mess on my hands. I shelled out a whopping $36,000 for this roof, thinking it would last me a good 50 years with its fancy transferable warranty. But nope, not even close.

You see, I got these two heaters in my barn, and they got these exhaust stacks that stick out about 2 feet from the roof. They're supposed to vent through the roof, but that's where the trouble starts. These stacks are located on each side, near the edge, about 8 feet from the ground. And let me tell ya, they've been nothing but trouble.

I've been calling up the company like crazy, begging for help. And what do they do? They send some worker who slaps on some sealant as a quick fix. But guess what? It's only temporary. The worker even had the nerve to tell me to get my heating company to reinforce the pipes from the inside. So, I did just that. And you know what? Another short-lived fix.

Now, here's the kicker. I talked to a bunch of roofing companies, and they all said the same thing: the installation was botched. Apparently, these pipes should have had some kind of fancy thingamajig installed around them and properly secured. But nope, not with my roof.

So, on March 2, I called up Interlock again, hoping for some real help this time. And what do they say? They have the audacity to tell me it's an HVAC problem! Can you believe that?

Overall, I'm beyond frustrated with this whole situation. I paid a fortune for this roof, and all I got was a leaky nightmare. I wouldn't recommend Interlock Industries, Inc. to my worst enemy. Stay far, far away, folks.

We bought our "lifetime" roof in 2014, which has a lifetime warranty, and we've had nothing but problems since. The main issue is water getting in. The company came before and "fixed" the problem, and we didn't have any water coming in for about a year. But now, water is coming into our house through the roof in several places. In November, a service guy came to our house and saw the water damage. He said they couldn't do anything until January . We had to send them videos and photos of the damage and they said they could see them. We've asked multiple times when they'll send a repair team, but they haven't responded. It's clear now that this roof isn't the worry-free one we paid almost $30k for. We might have to get a new roof to fix the water damage since water is literally coming in through our ceilings and windows.

Company put new roof on our house. They wanna charge us for replacing some of the roof. I'm confused about what the original deal covered 'cause the sales guy said it included the sheathing. But they didn't actually replace it, they just put new sheathing on top of the old stuff. And the new sheathing is thinner than the old stuff. Plus, they wanna charge us based on the size we bought, not what they actually put in. I emailed them on September 29th to tell 'em I'm not happy about the extra charges, but they haven't replied.

They messed up our flower beds and plants too. I saw one of their workers step all over 'em and kick a tarp on top. Ruined the flowers and plants underneath.

I also had some concerns about the final installation. I emailed 'em on September 28th to ask for someone to come and walk around with me, but they haven't responded. I even sent 'em pictures to explain.
