Been tryin' to get in touch with 'em to see if there's any warranty on this thing, but they ain't been callin' me back. We dropped a whole lotta cash, like $16,000, with One Call back in 2017.

One Call Roofing replaced my roof in May. When they took off the old roof, they accidentally knocked down a part of the underside edging. They kinda fixed it with some nails, but they didn't put it back properly, so another section fell down and they just left it hanging. I've tried calling the company a bunch of times, but they haven't answered. I just want them to come and fix it.

It was clear that some of them were under the influence of drugs. The work they did was incomplete and needs to be redone. We tried contacting the company, but they didn't respond. One Call Roofing put a new roof on my building in November . It cost me about $35,000. But ever since then, I've been having so many problems with water leaks. At first, they were pretty quick to come and fix things, but lately, they haven't been showing up. The kitchen part of the roof still leaks after a storm. And in April , the front part of the roof started leaking too. It caused a lot of damage to the ceiling tiles, walls, carpets, and wood flooring. I talked to Julie D about it because this roof is supposed to be covered by their 5-year warranty. But it's now June , and they still haven't resolved the issue. I'm really mad and I need some help.

March 12, 20 I signed a contract with One-Call and gave them a $500 deposit. They haven't completed any of the work except for removing a window. They replaced it with the wrong-sized window and used wood at the bottom to force it in, which damaged the bricks. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but they haven't made any effort to resolve the issue. They kept saying they would take care of it, but as of today, they haven't contacted me or made any attempt to install the correct size window and repair the brickwork. They also haven't completed any of the other work that was agreed upon. On March 25, we had another storm and the window leaked inside. An insurance adjuster reviewed it on 4/5 and stated that the leaking was due to improper installation, not the storm. He noted the brick damage and said that water was getting in and causing further damage to my home. On 4/7, I contacted the company and was told to contact the manager/owner. I sent an email to four people on 4/7, and I forwarded it again on 4/16, but as of 4/22, I haven't received any response. I want a refund of my deposit and for them to take responsibility for the damage caused by the water getting inside.

I got a contract with "One Call Roofing" on July 19. They had really good customer service at first. I paid them half of the money on 7/19. They told me when they would start working on my roof, but it got delayed because of the weather (not their fault). They finished the roof as planned and cleaned up my property as planned too. The roof was done and within an hour, they called for the final payment. I told them that my husband and I need to check the roof first to make sure everything is good, and then we will call them to pick up the payment. *** called and scheduled a time to pick up the payment on September 29 without any hesitation. I asked when I would get my receipt and warranty, and *** said they would mail it to me. I texted *** on 10/7 to ask about my warranty and receipt, and she said *** is on ML and will be back on Mon/Tues. As of 10/19, I still haven't received my warranty or receipt.

Job: chimney cap replacement. Sales rep pitch: Once you accept the proposal, I'll ask the office to contact you for payment (50% of total) on the same day. Within 48 hours, someone will come to take measurements and put a tarp to prevent leaks. Fabrication will take 7 to 10 days, and then we'll schedule the installation. The whole process will take 10 to 15 days.
Reality: - Proposal accepted on March 4th. - Payment collected on March 11th after multiple calls to Sales Rep asking about it. - Measurements taken on March 16th, but no tarp was installed. - Fabrication completed on April 4th. - On April 7th, they notified me that the measurements/fabrication were incorrect (not sure how they realized without attempting installation). - New fabrication completed on April 18th. - As of April 21st, the job is still not completed.
Throughout the process, I had to make multiple calls to the Sales Rep, Office, and Production Manager. The company has never taken any proactive steps to keep me informed. I called the Office twice to speak with the General Manager, but they were never available, and my calls were never returned.

The consultant from OC roofing advised upgrading to a dimensional roof for better quality, which I did at a total cost of $9423.31. I paid half upfront ($4711.65) with the balance due upon completion. The initial payment was made on 12/23. The new roof was installed on 1/17/23. The next day, I reported ceiling damage caused by the installation. The consultant inspected the damage on 1/25/22. After discussing with his boss, he acknowledged the issue on 1/27/22 but asked for the remaining balance before repairing the ceiling. I insisted on paying only after complete repair. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company threatened legal action for non-payment. I called the office on 2/11/22, and after back-and-forth, they reduced the remaining balance to $4000, which I declined, reiterating the need for ceiling repair. The gutters were also installed.

Customer service for this company is terrible. During Hurricane *** in Oct 2018, my home got damaged and I chose One Call Roofing because they claimed to do the best work in the area. But that's not true at all. The salesperson was nice, but the District Manager *** was awful. He was rude when I dealt with him. He blamed the bad job on my house on the fact that it was built out of code and said I wanted a fancy look with a small budget. The salesperson *** was always kind and understanding when I had concerns. The owner, ***, never called me even though I told him multiple times that I wasn't happy with the job. I know he didn't call because Mr. gave me his number and he never tried to contact me. Mr. even said, "Wow, I'm finding out about a lot of disappointing things" about how customers were treated. I have saved all the texts from Mr. and Mr. as proof. The company itself confirmed that the contractor who rebuilt my garage area, ***, didn't have the necessary credentials to do the work. They left trash on my driveway for a whole week until the roofing people showed up, even though *** said it was the company's mistake, not his. I had to call *** back twice to fix incomplete jobs. Even the vinyl siding he replaced under my carport was the wrong size. The carport job looks sloppy and the roofing has nails sticking out and sagging in places. Even Mr. admitted on the phone that it looked saggy in certain spots. The roofing people left a pile of nails on the ground, which I collected as evidence. I wish I had waited for a reputable company to do the job right the first time. Everything I've said can be verified with the texts, papers, and pictures I have. I've tried to get in touch with someone other than *** and ***, but I haven't heard back from *** at all. The customer service, except for Mr., is terrible.
