InTown Suites review: My stay

Hello I was a guess at your property on 12/19/2923-12/23/2023. My friend who had gotten room for me was coming to visit me for the weekend he is a truck driver and he had his little 8 week old puppy out side and the lady that was working this day around i want to say 11 am opening time. Was very rude to him about the dog all she had to do was ask him and a nicely was to leave the property with the puppy but mind you now it was other guess as well out there with there puppy and she told him VERY RUDE MIND YOUR BUSINESS and just flat out told him I'm about to call POLICE for no reason and had us kicked off the property. Which is very unprofessional. We was paid up for 2 wekks but only was there a week. What can we do about getting the rest of the money back from the room.
