So, I gotta say, Invifence - or Luxi-paws, whatever you wanna call it - is a bit of a dumpster fire of a company. Don't get me wrong, the product itself seems pretty alright, but any goodwill I had towards them was immediately ruined when I tried to return it. Now, I'm no expert on business or anything, but I'm pretty sure that offering a lifetime guarantee means, well, that you're offering a LIFETIME guarantee. But apparently Invifence didn't get the memo on that one, because they switched to a measly 30-day return policy not long after I bought from them. And let me tell you, trying to get them to take back my purchase was like pulling teeth. Talk about a waste of 200 bucks.

But hey, even if they were willing to honor their own guarantee, I still wouldn't exactly call Invifence a company with a ton of integrity. I mean, they didn't exactly switch over to the Luxi-paws name for no reason, right? Not exactly the best way to build up trust with your customers. All in all, definitely not my favorite shopping experience.

Yo, listen up guys. I gotta tell you about Invifence, or Luxipaws, or whatever they're callin' it these days. Save your money and don't be fooled by their ruse. I spent $150 on this "invisible wireless fence" and my poor pooch got scared outta his mind when it overcorrected him. The instructions were harder to follow than a Rubik's cube and when I called customer service, they were about as helpful as a wet blanket. And to top it off, they won't even give me a refund 'cause it's been over 30 days. What a load of BS. I have a feelin' they changed the name to Luxipaws 'cause Invifence had too many complaints and they're tryin' to hide from their reputation. Don't fall for their trap. Get a real fence or train your dog properly, but don't waste your dough on Invifence or Luxipaws.

OMG, this collar from Invifence is totally amazing. Like seriously, it stopped my dog from barking at the TV and people walking by. I mean, I've tried other collars that beep when they bark, but that didn't stop my pooch from being noisy. But this one, it did the trick! I was kinda leery about letting my dog wear it, but I turned off the shock feature and just had it on beep and vibrate. And let me tell you, it totally worked!

The peeps at customer service were really quick to get back to me too. I was like, whoa, that was fast! And my order came in only 2 days after I bought it. Talk about speedy delivery! All in all, super happy with my purchase and would totally recommend Invifence to all the other peeps out there with barky doggos.
