I ordered a replacement laptop key kit on 12/13 and paid $10.78. My order number is #***. It arrived on 01/07 and was the wrong hinge clip. I reached out twice to get help with figuring out which was the correct clip so I could place a new order and they never responded to me. I tried via email, their contact us option on the website, and through their *** page. I wasn't even going to ask for a return/refund because I ordered the wrong one. But it is in perfect shape as I couldn't use it, so I would like a refund now. They have been less than helpful and I would like my money back.

It took them more than 2 weeks to even print the label, which seems like a form of consumer fraud, waiting so long so you can't charge back the amount with your bank. This company needs to be investigated since I am not the only one complaining of similar behavior. Their *** account and email accounts are non responsive and Im at a loss at this moment. I was given a *** tracking number in May, but upon checking the *** tracker, the products haven't left ***. I decided, regretfully, to file a complaint. Next, will be to contact my credit card company to start the the refund process, since no one from Replacement Laptop Keys is responding. It's regretful and ***. Upon arrival, I realized that they sent the wrong keys, as they were clearly different from the ones on the product page. I requested a replacement and a refund on their site but received no update. It has now been over a month since I requested a refund, and they have not replied to any of my emails or sent me an update. I have seen that they have written on their site that they do not accept replacements or returns due to the pandemic, but I do feel that if they send a customer a completely different product to what they ordered, a return is necessary regardless of their policy.

Re: Order #***. I placed this order with the vendor on 1/2. I received the order on approx. 1/6 and discovered immediately that they sent me the wrong keys. My order confirmation clearly shows that I ordered backlit keys and what arrived were the non backlit type that will not fit. I have left several voicemails (no one ever answers) and sent several emails giving them an opportunity to make this right. I did get an email reply early on telling me to take some photos of my keyboard and the product that was sent and they would get back with me. I promptly complied with this and have never heard anything back. This is my 14 year old's computer for school that has been receiving lots of use lately during online learning and I would like to resolve this sooner rather than later.

By June 7th, I emailed the company requesting a refund and was told on June 8th that the key had been shipped and they could only offer me a partial refund or to ship the product again. They have a no refund/no exchange/no return policy which they are attributing to COVID, however, they have not even responded to any inquiries and have not offered any resolution. I received the laptop key on 12/04 @ 18:06, and immediately tried to fit it on my laptop right away. I noticed the key wasn't the correct key right away. I tried with everything to get it to fit but to no avail. I contacted Replacement Laptop Keys on 12/04 @ 19:08 stating the key was incorrect key, hinge clip was too small, the silicone cup was cup off possibly but I didnt need the cup since the old one was still attached and I still needed a key for the laptop. I also added my order number. At 20:22 I received a email from the company saying they were sorry and that they needed photos of the laptop from various angles, without flash, model of computer (etc.) and photos of the key that I received. At 21:32 I sent EVERY photo requested. I never heard back from them after that. Since that point, I have contacted them via email (12/08 at 09:26) and called numerous times and left messages for them to call back to get a resolution for this key. I have not received any calls back and no emails.

I broke a key on my keyboard and requested a replacement. After checking a few different websites, Replacement Laptop Keys were the only ones to show any of the key I was looking for in stock, so I placed an order with them. I placed the order on November 13 and it is now December 18. I have received confirmation that a shipping label was created almost a month ago, but to this date there has been no status update other than the shipping label was created. I have reached out by phone multiple times to get a response from them, both by phone and by email and have received no information from them in return. I have never had to file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com before but I have never dealt with a more dishonest company. They were quick to take my money but will not respond to any requests or advise me on the status of what was supposed to be in my hands already, especially since it was showing in stock and coming from the USA over a month ago. At this point, I am going to have to replace my entire keyboard on my laptop which will cost me much more, but at least I have confidence that I will actually receive my purchase from that seller. Attached are some supporting files, including the email chain with myself and no responses from Replacement Laptop Keys, my order confirmation, and the shipping information pulled from their shipping provider which I pulled on 12/18. Reviewing their website, Replacement Laptop Keys claims: "When you order from Replacement Laptop Keys, you not only get quality and service, but fast, timely delivery of your order." *** wise, this has not been my experience at all. In regards to shipping, Replacement Laptop Keys claims: "Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within couple business days from the time of purchase, but generally orders placed before 11AM Pacific standard time we strive to ship out the same business day, priority or express shipping placed after 1pm are typically shipped the next business day, orders placed after 1pm on Friday to Sunday are shipped the following Monday and shipped within 1-2 days, as shipping services do not offer pickup on weekends." Again, it has been 5-business days without so much as a reply or update. Lastly, their About Us page provides email addresses that return an undeliverable error, apparently Vivi in sales and *** and marketing don't have valid emails on their website. Overall, after reviewing the Complaintsboard.com complaints and ratings it does feel like a scam has taken place. Their site is misleading in claiming quality, fast, and timely service. That is not what I have experienced. I would like the business to contact me with an update on delivery ETA as outlined on their website, or cancel the order and refund my entire purchase amount.

My credit card posted a charge of $37.77 from this website on January 21st, which correctly correlated to my order.On January 24th, I received an email stating that my order had shipped, and gave a *** tracking number within the email (#***). Several days later, I checked the tracking, and it reflected that a shipping label had been created, but no further movement had been noted. It has remained this way through today. If needed I would be happy to forward the actual email to you.I am not asking for anything unreasonable; as I wrote to them, I would simply like for them to provide the service for which I have already paid, or if that is not possible a refund.I do not know if this is a systemic problem with the business or unusual circumstances. Either way, the manner if which they failed to complete the order and ignored my inquiries is something consumers should worry about with this company.
