I ordered a replacement key for my Surface Pro 7 on 11/27. About a week later, I received an email confirming my order was dispatched. However, by 12/14, the item hadn't arrived, so I checked the tracking which showed only the label had been printed. I contacted customer support for clarification but received no response. On 12/17, I sent another inquiry but was again met with silence. On 1/8, I was prompted to review my purchase. The tracking now claimed delivery on 12/13, a day before my initial contact. Calls went unanswered, so I left a message. The tracking indicated delivery to a facility on 12/13, which was unusual as it typically takes an extra day from there to my address. The lack of response and discrepancies in tracking are concerning. Further attempts to reach out via phone and email, including through Complaintsboard.com, were fruitless. Despite the modest cost, the lack of customer service and failure to deliver the product is disappointing. I've left negative reviews to no avail. I'm at a loss for further action. Respectfully, Megan
