Due to the Death of my precious wife of 60 years ,plus my frequent hospitalization I was not able to try to install ASC until January 13, 2022 and received a error. that the link had expired.
That resulted in my contact and my receiving help in error from “ Christine “ who assigned me the following “ticket” ( Ticket- XRNX-[protected] )
Many hospitals and illness. My Daughter Amy was house setting for me. Amy bought a bundle , I think it was your (Lucky Saint Patricks) offer but I do not think it was installed, Amy does not know what she did while I was hospitalized all she remembers is that she paid using my PayPal or else my credit card that ends in 5357. But when trying to Use it (updater, etc) i doi the added software is showing (Free) so I guess that items have not been activated. Please tell me what to do? Auto Renewal
I keep pictures of screens that show no renewal is unchecked. the 2CO constantly sends me email that renewal will take place. I do not have an account but 2CO is held by IOBIT. I do not sign into 2CO simply IOBIT did it. Not understanding my renewal that I have proof that it never happened. The auto renewal will be stopped by IOBIT immediately. I build computers with over 700 on my record. My email of “[protected]@hotmail.com” show have “ALL Auto Renewal” ended. If your company wants money that bad, then I will not ever put your products on any computer I will be building. You have got all the sales from the ones I build from renewals. Immediately STOP THIS ON MY E-MAIL. This and any day with technology, then you need to stop this immediately. If you say that there's no way then you have idiots in your IT department! Do not tell me to go to 2CO. YOUR ACCOUNT and YOUR PROBLEM! Call me at [protected] if you don't understand! I will explain to the IDIOT that calls me and get this immediately stopped! On May 3, 2021, I was having a problem with Windows 10 [It wouldn't boot up.] I google d the error message and it directed me to what I believe was a Microsoft 10 site where users shared their fixes with other users. One of them directed me to the Advanced System Care website. I downloaded the software and ran the program. it worked. I thought $54.00 was a bit steep for a one time event but the system was working fine so I ran it one more time in case the program missed anything the first time around. I uninstalled the program and didn't think anymore about it until I found a $54.00 charge on my bank card. There was no contact info associated with the charge on the statement. There wasn't even the name of the company! After a three hour meeting with our bank's fraud department, we finally found the parent company "IObit". I have yet to find out from their website how to cancel.

I just got off the phone with one of your representatives for Iobit support phone number 917-722-5332. It is the third time in the last month I have called over this problem. I have been a loyal IOBIT customer using IOBIT SYSTEMCARE ULTIMATE.
The problem is that I am being bombarded with pop-up ads to buy more software applications offered by IOBIT.
THE ONLY TIME I GET THESE ADS IS WHEN I AM USING IOBIT SOFTWAR
I want these ads to STOP or I want a refund on my subscription or what is left of it. I am a loyal customer for several years and I want the ads when using Systemcare Ultimate to stop. The rep that I talked to today at 430pm central standard time was RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, and CONDESCENDING. He claims he had to take over my computer and do an analysis of where the adware is coming from. I asked for his name or rep. number and he refused to give it to me.
Either stop the ads to my account when I access the software or give me a refund.
All customers should be treated with dignity, respect, and the attention any human deserves. They should all be treated in a way that is consistent with your brand promise and the reputation you wish to be known for.
This is no way to treat your customers.

Advanced system care ultimate auto renewal
On january 9, 2020 I purchaced iorbit's advantaged system care ultimate 13. I didn't notice the box that was checked for auto renewal so I left it checked... I paid $29.99 for a one year subscription. I did the same thing this year. I ordered a subscription for one year and received a confirmation on january 5, 2021 for the renewal... The $29.99 has not as of today been charged to my account however $72.93 has been charged to my account on january 2, 2021 for the auto renewal... I would like the $72.93 refunded... I have tried to contact costomer support using the phone number supplied online, 877-342-2104... All that you get is music... I tried to fill out the online refund request but I need a license code and a order reference.. Neither was supplied in a confirmation email for the $72.93 transaction... Start menu 8
Several Emails (16 that I've kept copies) have been sent over time. I've completely given up until now seeing this complaint board. I had purchased 3 separate LIFETIME subscriptions of Start Menu 8 when it was run by Avangate or prior. 2 of the orders I have no complaints about whatsoever using. It's only one. Seems every time I have tried to install it on my Mother-in-laws computer, it always seems to some how expire almost immediately. I even had to purchase another copy (original price was $9.99 paid twice). Most emails were non-existent with any customer support until threats were made for product refund. I even made the mistake of contacting that 24/7 phone number listed on your website and had a person in England wanting to "take control of my computer to see if there were any issues on my system." Only to find out he did not work for company, but was selling a product and the call was immediately terminated. So basically I am out of pocket $19.98 USD which isn't a lot of money, but it's the principle of the matter. My Mother-in-law finally just gave up and decided to use Windows 10 as it was. To this day she still make comments on how she liked using the Start Menu 8. I was not about to purchase another copy that's for sure, especially when there is NO customer support

They are scammers. They have software that works actually but if you decide not to continue the subscription it locks up the start menu where you can't use it. It gives you the box in the middle of the screen every time you click on the start button but your menu won't fly out. So if you are not knowledgeable you have to pay for another subscription to get it to work again. This is straight up ransomware as far as I am concerned. I paid it because its not that much, but I uninstalled it immediately after I could get back to my menus. It's too bad because the software works good, and they could actually make some money legitimately. But now I figure I am going to put the word out on them. I also had problems with the length of time before renewal. I just thought it was a glitch and it was cheap so I paid for a new renewal. Come to think of it that wasn't that long ago. So they are probably scamming in that way also.

I have been using Advanced SystemCare Pro for 10 years and this time, when I went to renew it (from inside the app) everything seemed OK till the renewal/payment didn't send me a code for activation; however, there was a phone number [protected] (when I googled IoBit, the phone # provided was [protected]!
When call answered, I asked for the access code usually sent via email so I could download PRO that I had paid for and activate it! He told me that they no longer did that and I would have to give him remote access to install ASC Pro! I declined, and he said unless I gave him access he wouldn't be able to help so I asked for a # to get a refund and he gave me [protected]! I didn't trust the answer I was given! I've worked with computers for 50 years and have an iPhone XR and know both extremely well! Now I'm waiting to see what the follow-up entails! BTW, I did get an email later with a link way down at the bottom to click to download! I don't want someone else to have to deal with questionable practices! Very unprofessional treatment! Will not renew next year!

re installation code for system care
I have been using Advanced system care for years and I think it is a good product. So I decided to buy the full version, very useful and satisfying. Then I had a problem with pc and it crashed. On re-instalation of OS attempted to obtain new code for my system care. Oh Boy! talk about time share selling, an hour later I finally obtained a code after intense pressure from some guy in India trying to sell me a maintenance contract because my PC was open to all sorts of problems. Question? wasn't this why I had purchased System Care. "" Oh No it is no good for the problems you have. "

In 2018 I opted out of the transaction by informing you that there would be no more cash coming and that I was removing the product. throughout 2019 I wasn't billed thru PAYPAL by ASKNET for any services they were associated with. I use Amazon Kindle on my desktop pc. Your program cleans the AppData which includes the covers for my Kindle E-books! (AppData/Local/Amazon/Kindle/Cache/covers)! This data is very important for kindle & it affects the functionality of kindle. Kindle blinks on & off; & it even crashes completely without the covers for the E-books. It needs those covers when I'm not online. Without them I can't tell which E-book is which. I have 734 Kindle E-books.

misleading marketing
i downloaded adv. SYS. Care as shown on the attached photo. Clearly standing out is the 1 year subscription for 3 PCs "Free". in smaller letters it says "Your download is valid for 14 days." I read this as meaning I had 14 days to complete the download of the product. Not so, it did expire in about 14 days and tried to auto-bill me for the usual fee which I cancelled. THEN I uninstalled the Pro version and downloaded iobit's free version. NOW, even the free version says it is "expired." I've spent a lot of time installing, and reinstalling ASC to try to get it to do what I thought it should do. I've happily used Iobit for years, but now I think I might have to find another product. I don't like being manipulated. When a company has a good product, they don't need to lower themselves to be deceptive.

ignoring bogus charges
I've been using Iobit products for many years and have never had a problem with the company. However, they use Asknet as their pay portal and Asknet is scamming people. Asknet scammed me by charging me more than $70 for a product or service I never bought.
Asknet charged my Paypal account. I called Paypal and they said they would remove the charge but never did. I'm sorry to say that Paypal is not reliable when it comes to resolving disputes.
This is not the first time that Paypal has ignored a bogus charge. Several years ago I had a dispute with classmates.com. I raised the issue with Paypal, which closed the case before they ever heard me out! I finally got redress but not from Paypal. I had to turn to my state's attorney general's office.
