Purchased the product to unlock an iPhone. The instructions did not work and after multiple tries I requested a refund. Their website states the following refund policy:
"We offer a no question asked refund policy so if you feel for any reason that our iPhone Unlock / Jailbreak solution doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund with no questions asked."
However, after several refund requests they have stopped responding. Bottom line, product does not work and they are do not issue a refund.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
That's too bad, but I think they're pretty good now. Recently I had my iPhone 4 unlocked with them and they were able to do just that. It's fast, easy and no hassle at all. I must've been quite lucky I guess.
