I have never known such a ridiculous customer service line!
Incredibly unhelpful and just beyond stupid.
I rang to be told I would need to wait 20 minutes...fine.
I then get through to a chap called Paul. I explained that I need to order a part for my hoover and he goes on to ask me a list of questions of which I provide. He then asks what email address the product is registered with. As it was bought through our business I give him that email address first. That's incorrect, I then provide my husbands 3 possible email addresses that he may have used. I'm then locked out from going any further in the call because of GDPR. OMG what has happened to the world! I just want to buy a part for my hoover, which you won't sell to me because I don't know the exact email address, despite me having the invoice infant of me and all billing information.
I then asked for Paul's surname so I could make a complaint, to which he refused to give me, probably because he knew he was being completely unreasonable and said that I could refer to him as just Paul!
What a way to run a business. Flipping joke!
Desired outcome: Not able to buy a part for my hoover.Not able to find a complaints line to call or email. So posting on here instead
