VOIP phone services
Italkbb's is an extremely bad company. If you are using its product and do not have any problem, you are lucky. I called the company many times (maybe 10 times) to report my problem. Every time I called, their answers are always the same like machine “we are working on that. We will fix it as soon as possible". I have never used the phone for any single minute. I asked for money back within its 30 day free trial, but I have not received the refund, and I do not think ITalkBB will send my money back. Worst company in the world!

WORST Customer Service in the world !
if you want to use iTalkBB, read this review before you connect them. I believe all the 5 stars rating review are hired and paid by the iTalkBB to try to fool the new customers.
I have been using iTalkBB for many years. The major advantage with this company is that you can call China anytime and "no time limit" ( normally they auto cut you off after about 2 hours ). That's it ! Other than this advantage, you will suffer with all their customer services.
There is one time, my sit top box broke. I have to call their Customer Services for three days and six times. Finally I ran out of patience and started to yell at them before they finally ship over a new sit top box.
They increased monthly fee from $23 to $28 without notify me.
the thing that pissed me off the most is when I sold my house and called in to disconnect. They simply asked me to leave a phone number and call me back in 24 hours. Everybody know when you sold your house, you need to disconnect lots of services like gas, water, electricity, TV, internet cable, phone, etc. I only spend about 10 minutes calls to disconnect each of all these services EXCEPT iTalkBB. They make it extremely difficult to disconnect it until you call them many, many times.
Originally, I thought to re-connect the iTalkBB after I move to my new house. But, this tough disconnecting their services and bad customer services experience make me NEVER return this company !

We sign up for italk BB TV service with 30 days trial period. We found out Italkbb charge our credit card immediately without wait to the end of trial . When we tried to cancel the service I been forward to their cancel department but always busy for 4 continue days. Finally Itakbb accepted my cancellation but guess what ? I am not receive credit back after a month. I tried to call customer service again but still no promise.

I agree that "This company is really a SCAM". I use their phone service. But they did this to me:

Refuse to return my deposit, when I asked to cancel my account.
Who knows where they headquartered in the U. S.? I'll report this to their local BBB and related government agencies.

Bad experience with ITalkBB
After a ItalkBB sale rep called my number and introduced their phone and TV feature and price. I agreed to give it a try. Sale rep promised that there will be absolutely no any charge for trying a month. The phone line is really bad with voice delayed. TV never got worked after trying their technical department. I called them to cancel the service and returned unit. They still charge me for shipping fee of $20 and one month of phone charge $8.99. when I called customer service and asked why they charged me about $30 when they promised me to have one month FREE for trying. The response I got is that they would not return the money because I have used their phone line. When I asked to talk to management they refuse to transfer phone or do anything about it. This is a total scam! Thank god, I declined their service or it would be a nightmare! Don’t do any business with this company!

When you sign up for iTalkBB service, they ask you to provide Level 1 security questions, but you will have to answer Level 10 security questions if you cancel your iTalkBB service. Reasons: playing games in not allowing you to cancel. The game will not allow you to speak to the right staff, no response to your emails. No promise in transferring your existing telephone number to using iTalkBB, no promise of cancellation of your existing telephone service despite your existing telephone should be cancelled after the port-out. Be prepared to pay some extra fees that your country or province don't charge you. Don't be silly or naive for the first month free trial - that is merely lure you to sign up. No free TV programs as you will have to pay for the download, i.e. base on your internet service provider allows you how many mgb download consumption, so prepare yourself that you will need to upgrade your internet service. You may not be able to receive calls dispite iTalkBB having confirmed the successful of port-out your existing telephone service/number.
iTalkBB service is completely unacceptable in North America. Customers' right is ripped off by their game playing cancellation policy. When you open your account, you will have to answer Level 1 security questions; however, cancellation of account - Level 10. Good luck if you can have the cancellation department to speak to you to accept your cancellation. Even if you deliver the adaptor yourself to their stores or offices, they will not process the cancellation. You have to prepare yourself for a time consuming game of cancellation. Don't expect to contact anyone of iTalkBB by emails, they will not respond to you - no matter how nice, gentle, angry you are in your emails. Good luck!

Stay away from iTalkBB
We have problem with receiving phone calls for 2 weeks. I called company several times to try solving the problem. No matter what you ask the answer is always “our technician is working on that. We will fix it as soon as possible.” But we live with that for 2 weeks now with no hope. Please stay away from iTalkBB! Do not make trouble for yourself!

Horrible Service
WARNING: THEIR COMPANY HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE!
My mother saw iTalkBB's ad and decided to get it because of the low rates, to save money. We only wanted the one month free TRIAL. Just the TRIAL, and we made it very clear.
However one week later, our internet went down. AT&T said that we canceled our WiFi and phone services, though we didn't. iTalkBB, without even consulting or telling us, went to AT&T and canceled our subscription just because of our one month phone trial!
They also canceled AT&T's Internet service with AT&T's phone service. Their product works only w/ Internet, so their own product couldn't work. We had no phone service either now. (Because they're idiots. Seriously.)
We had no internet, and no phone service, for WEEKS. Our entire family went to Starbucks for WiFi everyday and used PAYPHONES to call iTalkBB. Though we were at first polite (though slightly annoyed, but definitely civil), they refused to refund our deposit and got mad at us. We complained about their service, asked for a refund and a talk with the manager, but their rep shouted at us and then hung up.
Finally after almost a month of negotiation, while we had no WiFi or phone service, they finally decided to "let" us cancel. No refund for our deposit, no help with the starting fee from restarting AT&T. But a LOT of rudeness.
We had to restart AT&T, which included a $100 fee and also a new plan, which was $18 higher than our old one per MONTH. They couldn't give our old plan back. But after a conversation with AT&T's friendly rep, she was nice and canceled the $100 fee.
Then we still got monthly charges from iTalkBB, which we asked the bank to dispute.
Complaints in order
1. They cancel your old phone service without notifying you, and WITH your WiFi.
2. Their representatives are rude, abusive, and will hang up on you. One lady thinks that complaints about service are personal insults. They even shout and yell at you through the phone.
3. When calling, representatives are almost never available.
4. They don't like admitting their mistakes. We never even once heard the word "sorry."
5. After ruining your WiFi and phone service for a month, they do not refund money for restarting. Not a single penny returned.
6. They KEPT charging us per month after our cancellation. We disputed the charges and finally they stopped bugging us.
Don't trust them. Once you actually subscribe, they stop being polite and considerate. We wanted to cancel, and their rep kept insisting that we stay for 10 minutes, and then she got angry at us. In summary, a horrible experience.

phone calls that were not made by me showed up on my bill. I called to cancel. They either were always not available. Finally I got hold of one lady at Cancellation Department. She told me to call within last day of the end of billing cycle to cancel it. It has been a nightmare to deal with this company

When I ordered iTalkBB, the woman on the phone assured me that our home phone number wouldn't change, as they always do in their ads and commercials. Well guess what? It changes anyway, and we found out that the reason was because we disconnected our other phone service a tad too early. The woman says that we can't change it back. What really angered us was that when we were ordering, she didn't tell us to keep our provider. We attempted to complain, this time to different woman. She was even worse, she didn't bother to say sorry and argued with us. After we had given her enough reasons, she just hung up. We highly DO NOT recommend this service. They cheated on us and we don't want others to have the same fate.

extreme bad service
Italkbb's customer service is extremely poor and make it very difficult for the existing customers to switch to a new phone provider. We are an italkbb customer and have called italkbb customer service over 15 times in 4 weeks to switch our phone number to Vonage(our new phone company). At this point, we are not successful. The response that we got is always be patient and wait for our call. But they never call. When we call them, they either provide the wrong instructions or repeat the "be patient" message. How can a phone number transfer takes four weeks and still did not get resolved?
My number transfer failed due to mismatched address. I called almost everyday. For over 3 weeks, Italkbb only gave me an address in TX and it didn't work. We finally requested to speak to the manger with strong words. Two days later, I called and got a telephone number for the number transferring level 3 company . My new phone company Vonage, and I had a conference call with the number transferring company . Vonage confirmed my zip code to be VA 22102, that probably is Italbb corporation's address. After making couple formal complaints through some organization. I believe Italkbb got the message. They now send one person dealing with my case one day before my number transfer is complete. Talking to the manger with strong word actually solve my problems.

I want to terminate my contract at once and switch to some other provider.
The sales representatives are horrible, the one I got hung up and the other one kept transferring me around, refusing to let me "just cancel." After negotiating with them after 1 month, they finally let me cancel but are still charging me miscellaneous fees. The manager couldn't even speak English, and my Chinese is not very fluent. Let's just say negotiation was very, very hard.
You will waste time, patience and money dealing with this company. They hold your home phone number hostage, refusing to give it back when you want to cancel until you agree to THEIR terms and conditions. :(
Italkbb rejects to release the phone number to our new phone company, Verizon. Basically, Italkbb is a co. Only hire some workers can only speak polite words, but can't do anything to solve problems, like switching the number. It has been more than 2 weeks, the problem is not resolved. All the customers service don't even know the situation, even though they said they put all the records down. It won't work, because no people really works, only can speak to answer the phone. They are polite, but no use. They have no technicians. Be aware of this kind of co. The name starts with " Ch".

What they don't tell you:
-- They charge EVERY customer's Credit Card AUTOMATICALLY and DIRECTLY every month WITHOUT any notice! AND Pre-charge customer's Credit Card WITHOUT any notice.
---There is NO way to send FAX abroad/NO technical ability or to receive fax at all (not to any country). But they are selling "plans for business" and charge $39.99 plus fees and taxes monthly.
What their customer service do is to intentionally confuse customers and say "what model of fax machine do you use?" Even I bought a new fax machine, it does work, then they admitted that they DON'T have the technical ability for sending fax abroad.
---Very bad voice qualities, and often caller hear "no service"! When I called the customer service, their answer was "we are updating our system", but each time was the same, this kind of answer is obviously a coached excuse for bad services.
-- Italkbb uses law pricing tactics to compete with VoiP phone companies. Italkbb advertises $4.99/month, but PLUS charge more than 50% of fees $2.95, as "Federal Tax" (Federal tax is based on percentage, would not allow to charge more than 50%).
At Italkbb (or italk Global Communications Inc.) customer services almost ALL employees are Chinese, speak Chinese language, most are part timers fresh from China (italkbb's back office), they In-Turn work here in the US for a few months (hope they get paid in US wages for fair competition) or because of constant low wages this company gets advantages in the US tele communications market).

1) If you call ItalkBB customer service, they all coached to lie and say that they are based in Vienna, Virginia. But in fact, they are not in the US, customer service people are all in China. The company ItalkBB cannot afford to pay them in the US or should hire employees in the US.
2) Do you know how iTalkBB does billing? -- They takes money DIRECT from customer's CREDIT CARD every month!

This fucxxxxxxxxing iTalkBB is the biggest scam we have ever met! I never contacted them, I do not know where they found phone number, they kept calling my home phone (which is on the National Do-Not-Call Registry) after 9 or 10 PM! Even we told them we do not have any interest on their plan, they just never stop calling us, at night time! It is a huge harassment! How can we stop their behavior?
Where are these tax $ goes? I asked their customer service person this question: "Are you licensed to provide phone service in California? if so, what's the license or permit number is?". They told me that "this is their company's business secret!"

Didn't use their line. Contacting them is so hard. They have customer representive who speak Cantonese, Mandarin and english. One night my mother had contact them, she end up having a customer representive who can only speak Mandarin. My mother have basic understanding and speaking in Mandarin. She requested that she wants to speak with someone who speek in Cantonese. Guess what, the Customer representive refuese the request and won't even transfer the call to another department. Took awhile to get another contact number. When I was able to speak with someone in Cantonese, I found out that they have my Mother name and my email adress wrong. I was wondering why I hadn't receive any formal email from them. We decided to cancle, everytime I call, they said the cancellation department is busy and will get back to us ASAP (didn't believe they will but they actually did). Whenever I spoke to one of customer representive, I find it that they had hard time following what I'm trying to tell them and when I wait for their reply they give me all these nonsense knowledge that I already know and had been explaining to them about the problems. Very badly train customer service in my opion because I work as a customer service. They don't even voluntery give us customer enough knowlegde about how their phone service work when we first made contact, the guy just wants to hurry get our info and be done with it. When the Cancellation department call, told them I just want to cancle because we weren't able to use their modem. 1.They charge you however they want since they have your credit card.
2. You don't know your plan changed because they never notify anything.
3. They never refund you on their mistakes, if it's your mistakes, they charge you more.
4. You need to pay $400 after canceling the service 1) a late fee $59.99 for not returning in 15 days after cancellation 2) $300 for not receiving the device even you sent the package to them.
5. They make up thousands of lies for not receiving the device in order to charge you $300.

SCAM company. STAY AWAY. First I have to mention that this is an internet based service provider. So please do not compare their rate with your regular phone services. Voice over ip phones/plans are really cheap to start with anyways. So it actually really isn't that big of a deal you are getting.But
the most important thing is that this is a SCAM company. My parents
opened an account with them recently, after approached by their sales of
how great their plans are and how cheap these plans are. Immediately
after my parents told me that they did this, I went online and searched
for this company. Unfortunately, the majority reviews I saw are
complaints. So I called iTalkBB the next day and asked to cancel our plan.CS Rep:Told
me straight out that their system was down and asked me call back in
1.5 hrs. I refused and demanded to cancel my plan immediately as I have
read in other reviews that this is a delay strategy they play with
customers. Miraculously, their system "worked" immediately right after I
told him that. Either the CS Rep had some magical power to restore
their system within 10-20 secs or they were just lying to me. He took over 10 mins
to "verify" my account information, only at the end to say that he
needed to transfer me to the Cancellation Dept.. I told him I wanted to
cancel at the start of the conversation. He could have transferred me at
that point instead of wasting ("delay") time by asking a whole bunch of
questions.Transfer:Waited for a few mins and was told by the first CS Rep that the Cancellation Dept. "was
not available" and that someone will call me back. Again, another delay
tactic. I was unhappy and demanded him to get someone who can cancel my
plan immediately. Again, somehow he was able to get the Cancellation
Dept. "available" right after this. So is the dept available or not? Or is this just another one of their tricks to delay the cancellation.Cancellation Rep:He tried to talk me into not cancelling my plan but of course I refused. Again, used about 10 mins
to "verify" my information. The account name is a business name but my
mom used her personal credit card for payment. Here is the weird part. Rep - Can you verify your account name? Me - XXXXXXXXXX Rep - What is the name on the credit card that was provided to open the account? Me - XXXXXX Rep - How come the two names are different? Me - My mom used a personal card so name on her card is not the same as company (account) name? Rep - That's fine. Can you then repeat the full name on her personal card so I can update our record?I

of a payment related information? It seems so fishy because it can get
cause me suspect that they want to put unauthorized charges on the card

asked that we pay to ship the devices back to their headquarter even
though they didn't ship them to me. I walked into an actual iTalkBB
store next to my house and purchased everything. I had to argue with
the Rep on why I should be able to just return everything (brand new uninstalled)
back to their store. Their explanation to me is that the store is
independent from their headquarter. Well, but somehow your store had no
problem charging us when my parents signed up. Even though after an
hour of my time being wasted, they finally cancelled my plan and allowed
me to return everything back to the store.And the last SCAM act
is right before they ended the phone call, the Rep informed me that I
need to return everything back to the store within 15 days otherwise I
would be charged over $100 for everything as a "penalty" for not getting
it back to them within the time period. This is such a SCAM act. They
advertised for a free 30 days trial. To me, that means if I were to
cancel my plan on the 29th day, I should be able to do so. But NO! If
you decide to cancel on the 16th day, you are out of luck. Please report
them to your local BBB and inform all your friends and families of
their unthical business practices.
I would totaly agree. Stay away from ITALKBB. Their one of these scam companies who offer what seems like a nice service but will in the end cost you far more money then spending the money on a land line. Complete and utter rip off of a company which there should be laws against taking advantage of people they way they do.

They insisted that customers are responsible for the shipping cost even they never open the box. I started to understand why they refused to cancel my order-they knew people might change their minds if they had to pay shipping to send the box back. It was such a misleading group of people with bad business practice. They threatened me to charge me each month for the box or use other channel. I called my credit card company to close the account. Surprisingly, they were willing to reimburse my cost for shipping since I am a cardholder since 1996. I would never try this company again. In fact, you should stay away from it!

When I cancel I send them device, it got returned to me. I contacted them to confirm address in 08/2010, send 2 more times got return, finally sent again sometimes in 12/2010, this time not returned, but now they called me after 10 months since 08/2010(last time they contacted). and wanted to charge me for the device. What the hell? If they said so earlier, I might be able to track it down or something, but after 6 months who on earth will keep track of something unless thing you mail?

I was using italkbb for a year but their quality is really bad. I asked them to fix the quality of the sound, it was become better for a few month but later on it back to bad quality again. I have enough for their bad services...I told them I have to stop using their services and then they said i have to call back...and i told them can you cut off my service in the due day ? they said i have to call back in 23th the bill day...I forget to call back, i know i forget this but i havent use italk bb for more than a month because their quality is so bad and i dont want to use it anymore and i want to get back my money because I am really disappointed with their quality and services...it s like always drop the line and not clear voice, they keep trying to fix but never work...it is very very annoying..I have to struck with them for one more month because they charge my credit card automatically and cannot refund even i stayed clearly i dont want to use them for a month ago...i am very frustrated with their services, so please stay away with that company

Italkbb is utter ###.. get as far away as possible. dont' even visit them.. My mom went to check out italkbb beacuse of the low price, after asking a lot of questions and everything my mom got the phone plan for like 5$ for first couple months and 8$ after that. But after the first couple months my moms bill isn't 8$, in fact the bill became 20$+ ! so my mom went to ask WTF IS GOING ON?! this isn't what we agreed upon.. They replied by saying oh you signed a contract with us with the most expensive plan available, but my mom didn't sign ###! my mom made sure asking her very clearly of this plan and that she could leave whenever she wanted. But this contract that they said that she signed isn't even real.. she never even signed it, they said that if we want to cancel it, that we would have to bring the contract that doesnt' exist

italkbb is the terrible and ### service telecommunication in the world. first their staff English is crap they can't even spell and type. i called up to cancel my account, each time i called up they give me a excuse can not do it and finally after called 2 weeks for 18 calls they finally did it but they will not refund my money just simply a excuse that my account name they typed in is not the bank account name. What the hell is this ? and after even you don't want the money, they still keep calling you annoying you non stop.
They are all lies about refund money, its a fraud and you will never can cancel your accounts.

I totally agree. Italk BB is a FRAUD and a waste of anyone's life to deal with them. The people you call will not have a good voice experience with you. You will call their customer service for various technical, billing and general questions and experience a TERRIBLE time. They actually hung up on my mom out of frustration... and they MAKE you pay for the shipping to give them back their locked ATA device. I am a tech savvy, young, chinese consumer and i can objective say this company SUCKS.

Do not use them, my advise. 1. quality is bad. 2. I was promised 3 extra month free when I signed up. I returned the necessary form for this offer. However, the offer never happen when my contract expired. 3. I transfer the phone number out and thought that the service would have cut off. This is not the case. No one informed me and they continue to charge...

yeah, i talkbb people are fraud, they just want to loot money from innocent peoples.
I've been with italkbb.com for more than 2 years, but I believe their service was great regardless of the sound quality and sometimes got disconnected while talking on the phone. Compared the local phone bills with italkbb, I actually saved a whole bunch of money by joining it. Sorry, I don't think italkbb problems had bothered me ---> if I don't have a dial tone, then I'll use my cell phone instead. I like italkbb because it's provided all the features for free, esp. Caller ID (lets me know when I should and should not pick up the phone). In addition, I could call so many friends and relatives who live in Asia (China, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand).
I'm currently using the Verizon Fios for the internet. Not sure is it because your high speed internet problem impact the italkbb quality or not.

I'm sorry to hear that you don't like italkbb. If those sales person truly bother you, try to hook up a caller ID so that you don't pick up those unwanted calls, esp. those 1-800 phone #s. In addition, you could lawsuits them after they kept on calling your phones for 3 +times (make a record and write down the time, place, person's name, company name, etc).

Illegal and fraudulent business practices
I began my long distance phone service with ITALKBB on March 17, 2006. The service agreement was for 12 months, plus an additional 2 months free, for a total of 14 months. The total price of $308.99 which included the costs of equipment was paid on my credit card. On May 28, 2007, a charge for $299.14 appeared on my credit card from ITAKEBB. I never agreed to another year of their service and was never contacted by ITALKBB about renewing the service. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. After disputing the charge, I was contacted by ITALKBB and agreed to another year of service. The credit card charge was approved by me and payment was processed. Later ITALKBB claimed they never received payment, and canceled the service. I contacted my credit card company and they claimed the payment was wired to ITALKBB. After explaining to ITALKBB that my credit card company was investigating the payment, ITALKBB attempted to charge my credit card a second time without my permission which I stopped. ITALKBB canceled my service.
This was the last I heard from ITALKBB until April, 2008 when I was contacted by a collection agency claiming I owed ITALKBB $160.09. I contacted both the collection agency and ITALKBB for details. I wanted to talk to a manager at ITALKBB, and I left a message to call me back to discuses the matter. They never called me back. Working through the collection agency (because ITALKBB would not contact me), I requested an invoice with itemized charges and details. The invoice I received listed $100.10 for service fees and $59.99 for equipment. After further negotiations with the collection agency, the $59.99 would be removed if I returned the equipment, and the $100.10 services fee would be reduced to $60.00.
The following are the complaints I have with ITALKBB:
1. They had no legal right to charge my credit card to renew their service without my permission (which they did twice).
2. After many months of trying to resolve the payment issue with my credit card company, to this day I still do not know if ITALKBB received my original payment or not, but my credit card company says yes. From what I perceive, ITALKBB could be attempting to double bill me. I repeat, ITALKBB has never returned my phone calls to discuss the matter.
3. When I first agreed to do business with ITALKBB, they stated that equipment costs were already included in the $308.99, and there was no mention of returning the equipment upon cancellation of service. ITALKBB is changing its policy agreement with me in an attempt to wrongfully and illegally collect more money.
4. Finally, why was not I contacted by ITALKBB upon cancellation of service that I owe this alleged money? Why was not a final invoice or bill sent to me? Instead, they contacted a collection agency which threatened my credit and expected me to blindly pay without proper documentation for this claim.
The unprofessional manner in which ITALKBB conducts business I believe is illegal and fraudulent, and ITALKBB business practices need to be investigated immediately. Please contact me if you require more information and documentation.

They are a scam! Their monthly charge increased soon after I signed up for their services. The TV service is poor quality. The programs are years old; nothing new. And it is a nightmare to try to cancel their "service"!

I have never heard of italk before and I am in England. I ran across their advert promising a great service on broadband and telephone but luckerly I googled them and find this site. So no way am I signing up. The first thing that made me suspicious was that they don't state the speed of the broadband. It's no good having unlimited broadband if a snail goes faster. Thank you all for saving me a lot of trouble.
This is the worst phone company I've ever encountered. Just like many people mentioned here, they ignore and disrespect your wishes and will keep calling and calling until you give up. After over a year's annoying calling i finally gave in and agreed to give them a try on the condition that they can port my phone number without me losing my DSL. And they promised me that it wouldn't cost me anything if i decided to cancel within 30 day of trial. Sure enough, when i tried to port my number they told me they couldn't because my phone was bundled with DSL (which i told me before). So i had to waste my time and spent money to ship the damn thing back to them. The sales rep promised they would pay me back the mailing cost. But it never happened. Every time i called her to ask about the reimbursement, she either lied or not returning my calls. I'm so fed up and i really want to sue them for their shady practice. They just can't get away with that!

You have to very careful to sign up to use BB I talk, they don't let you stop service, I have been calling by these people and receiving E mails for more than two year.
Two years ago, I called BB I talk to stop the service, a lady transferred me to another department for cancellation, then a man answer the phone and said :"you want to stop service? why? OK, I will process for you, wait... then he hang up. I received e-mail ask for payment next few days later, I called again and same thing happen again, then I e-mails them back to cancel the service, they reply to me I need to call to cancel, I called again, same thing happen, I got hang up three times! After that, they have been non stop calling my home phone, cell phones and sent me a lot of E-mails.
Now, they changed to ask me the equipment box, which is included in the price if I sign up for one year service, they keep calling me to make me very angry. And they were calling from China, when you talk to them, they won't listen what you say or what happen, they just repeated the same thing - like " you need to send the box back, you need to return the box ..., I have to hang up to release myself.
I suffered more than yours from ITALKBB. my story is more complex and long. I'll write it to show you when I have time. Right now my suggestion is : be very carfully to use their service.
Does anybody know a credit card company wire payment to vendors on behalf of their customers? There is not a practice by common sense if they have well established transaction method. You probably should have checked if you credit card is charged by this "wiring" before you claimed your due is paid.
ItalkBB is the worst company I have ever seen in telemarking. Their people just keep harassing people without any shame.
Their sales keep calling me all the time with different people from different areas. Sometimes they called me evey single day from different people with different caller IDs. sometimes the same person call me twice daily because they forgot they already called me earier that day, and then called again.
Every time I got their phone call, I told them that I have registed with no call list and ask them to remove my phone number from their calling list. However, they just keep calling me as usual.
So I told the caller their phone calls are harassment and it is against the law. But they ignore my waring and keep calling.
iTalkBB callers are the most shameless people I have ever seen and heard.
I was not a iTalkBB customer and I will never be their customer because I got enough harassment from them. I want to stay away from them as far as possible.
Sometimes, when I talked with my local friends on the phone and the phone line quality was really bad, they told me they are using iTalkBB line.
I want to write my bad experience here to tell people BE CAREFUL with iTalkBB!
