As I was confirming this morning 4-5-25, my order inside at 2025 Lincoln blvd-11am, I asked the person at the counter to cut my 2 Jumbo jacks in half. He says to me that they have already been made and he couldn’t cut in in half? The after about 30 seconds he grabs a plastic knife and gives it to the person in the back preparing the food.
Bottom line this guy did not want to cut my sandwich in half? Very poor service Glenn
Desired outcome: Having someone talk to that person about cutting sandwiches in half which I have done many times before in that restaurant. The guy didn’t give me my receipt !
