If they were smart they would close their doors in Madison, AL. They are either rude or completely ignore their customers. I went through the drive thru tonight at 8:05 pm (it says they close at 10 pm) and all lights were off. They did take my order but I was treated as if i was inconveniencing them and I had to pull ahead and wait for my food to be brought out. This used to be a great Jack’s but in the last year they have became one of if not THE WORST place to eat at. Food is cold, milkshakes are like milk with color added, portions are small and the service as I said before is atrocious!
Desired outcome: Either find better management and staff or close the doors. Save yourself some money!

The pronoun I must begin with a capital letter.
You should have posted that they have BECOME, not BECAME.
They are not going to shut down the whole restaurant because a few select people are unhappy.
