Jack's Small Engines and Generator Service I ordered a *** Mini Rototiller from said business

I ordered a *** Mini Rototiller from said business. It arrived damaged. I called to request a return label. I was told by an employee, Elizabeth, I would need to contact Honda . I sent an email stating I purchased the rototiller from them and would only deal with them. The next email they sent was a diagram of the parts to said rototiller. They requested I troubleshoot the part number so they could send me a new part so I could repair the rototiller. I declined their offer to repair the damaged part with a replacement stating that I paid for a new undamaged item and again requested a return label to exchange or a refund. Their next email , from Elizabeth, said that her manger was going to put in a claim to UPS. I emailed back that I should not be involved with their internal business dealings as I purchased from their business and again requested a return label. Since then I have not received any follow-up emails or a return label. Filed a dispute with credit card company, also

Jack's Small Engines and Generator Service Product ordered online

Product ordered online. Wrong product sent to me and emails and phone calls are not answered to find out how to return for refund. Been 1.5 months. I ordered *** part# *** from Jacks Small Engines website and received part# *** instead. Invoice# *** PO#*** Customer# *** Invoice dated 05/07. Part sent in error will not work for me. Originally I wanted to return for an exchange or refund if they didn't actually have the part that I needed. I have called their Internet Sales Customer Service # [protected] countless times and set on hold for approximately 2 hours total. I've sent multiple emails, which they brag that they answer within 24 hours on the recording that you have to listen to while on hold on the phone. No responses. I did get ahold of their actual store once and they said they have nothing to do with internet sales, but would try to get someone to help. A Brett did call me back, I missed the call and he left a voicemail for me to call back the number listed above. I tried, again and again. I have documents, emails and the wrong part sitting in a box in my garage. Would just like my money back at this point.

Jack's Small Engines and Generator Service Ordered time sensitive parts that were advertised on website to ship to me in less than 5 days

Ordered time sensitive parts that were advertised on website to ship to me in less than 5 days. Not received parts in 20 days. jackssmallengines.com offers parts for engines online. I ordered my parts from the website, with a message on the website stating that parts ship in 24 hours and arrive in 3 days. I bought several parts online with no indication of problems. the next day I received an email stating that every part was back ordered(not even is stock). I complained, customer service rep said it should have stated it wasnt it stock, but it nowhere on the site showed the parts back ordered. fast forward 20 days, i receive an email today saying all but one part is in stock and available to ship. so they still havent sent the parts. the parts were to go on equipment used in my business that was essential to get the part asap, and is why i used jackssmallengines.com, because of the 3 day shipping. instead, i could have bought the parts from china and got them here faster, and is most likely what jackssmallengines did. they false advertise their shipping times, cost me money from not being able to use my equipment, and are keeping other businesses from selling the same parts because of shipping guarantees by this business is better than other businesses. this business unfairly promises shipping to oust other businesses. its false advertising, it cost me money, and I still do not have the parts I need.

Jack's Small Engines and Generator Service I ordered small engine parts from these shysters on JUNE 5.2020

I ordered small engine parts from these shysters on JUNE 5.2020.It is now September 3 and I haven't gotten anything from them but excuses I have ordered from this company for about five years and something seems to have changed. Nothing was ever cheap and their service was mediocre but satisfactory. After breaking down my pressure washer to determine what parts I needed I ordered from Jacks on June 5. All parts were shown to be in stock and ready to ship on their website. It is now September 3 and they have done nothing but send out two robot e-mails making excuses about a 30 cent part not being in stock. I have e-mailed them four times requesting they split the order and ship what they have. I even offered to give them the 30 cent gasket supposedly back ordered just to expedite the order and reduce their hassle.I bought an electric pressure washer today after having given up on them. I don't need the parts and I informed them of this today also ,but of course they haven't responded. I also have wasted a couple of fruitless hours waiting for an answer on their toll free number to try to see what is going on. They have no intention of sending the parts or resolving this order if they won't even answer their own phone.I want them to refund my credit card but can make no contact with them so that's not possible. These guys are outright crooks. I won't believe that they have refunded my money until I see something in my inbox or on my card balance and I'm not holding my breath. Dealing with these shady characters has been a total waste of time and energy not to mention having a piece of equipment useless and out of service for this length of time (and now going to the landfill).They sell On Amazon so I would warn anyone seeing them there to be careful. I will post an honest review there if I'm able to alert people to these ripoff artists.Don't know if any of this will do any good and it's only about 40 bucks but Thanks ComplaintsBoard.com if you can do anything.

On 7/12 I again contacted the customer service and told them I haven't received the order and the tracking shows nothing more than a label being created and after checking the ComplaintsBoard.com reviews,multiple reviews states the same and I requested a total refund of my money since the website clearly states 2-4 day fast shipping. I was told they will not refund me cause the items have already shipped but the tracking number clearly shows this to be false. I then told them I would be taking up with the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Jack's Small Engines and Generator Service The company falsely represented the part as in stock and "ship in 2-4 days", and cannot be contacted to cancel the order once the deception is

The company falsely represented the part as in stock and "ship in 2-4 days", and cannot be contacted to cancel the order once the deception is found. On 8/12 at 7:34am, I ordered part #*** cylinder head on the company internet website at higher than market price only because they represented the part as "in stock" and "ready to ship", with the website proclaiming shipment in 2-4 days. This is order #***. On 8/14 at 2pm, I checked the order status only to find it still shown as "ready to ship", so I called the 877 number. Per other reviews, I was on hold for half an hour when suddenly it hung up. I emailed the provided email address at 3pm, requesting status and that I paid more only thinking I would get the part quickly. No response. On 8/17 I tried calling twice more, no response. So on 8/17 at 1pm I sent an email per the policy on the website to cancel the order since it had not been shipped. I spent part of the following weekend resurfacing the valves versus buying a cylinder head somewhere else. On SUNDAY 8/23 at 2:45pm I received an email from the same email address that has been non-responsive, notifying that the part had just been shipped! Immediately I responded that this was not possible, the order was cancelled 8/17, and I would not pay for said part. Upon checking my credit card account, they HAVE charged my account. Today on 8/24 at 11am I called the 877 number again, nothing but a long hold message again. Seeing the complaints on this site, I called the actual store location in Maryland, which has the EXACT SAME hold message, and after 17 minutes I spoke to a gentleman. He would not hear my issue, said I would need to call the 877 number. Because UPS now drops packages (no contact) I will try my best to refuse the package with return to sender if it indeed shows up, but am likely to be stuck with it. There is simply no excuse for the lack of communication regarding these transactions, if the company is this busy it should change its service proposition and NOT represent product as in stock and available to ship in 2-4 days. Since this part was in stock, the company did not have to special order it from a 3rd party, and should readily take the part back and provide a full refund for failing to deliver on its promise. If the part was NOT in stock and this is the reason for the delay, the company is practicing fraud. If the company mistakenly sent the part on 8/23 after being duly notified per their own cancellation process on 8/17, then the shipping costs are an expense that they incurred at their own hazard, and should not be charged to me. I do have all the emails exchanged to prove the timing of may actions and theirs.
