Best Buy Canada review: Fraudulent service

On Janurary 4 2016 I purchased a lg all in one washer dryer, from Best Buy in Deerfoot meadows. I was shown it on their computer and then paid in full as it had to be ordered. I was told 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. At 8 weeks I received a call that it was delayed till till the end of March. At the end of March I received a call that it was 10 days delayed again. After 10 days I was called buy the store and told that they they don't have the washer they sold me and won't sell me one. As a contractor I had already bought 6 of these units for a condo renovation I was doing and needed 1 more. The store said they would do no more and to come in and get a refund after 5 months I refused and told them to get me the product I paid for, After not hearing from them I went to the store and was told they would look into it. After 2 weeks was called again and told to get a refund and that all they were willing to do. These guys are a joke, the stores are run buy children who could give a ### about anything . I have now ordered the aplliance through lowes it took 10 days and was 70 bucks cheaper. I will now purchase all my appliances through lowes. And you can check I have purchased 7 full aplliance packages from bestbuy but no more. I should at least had the interest on my money also refunded but since these guys are a joke of a company I must be kidding myself.
Shop lowes they are better price and faster delivery.
