Jet Home Maerua Mall Windhoek review: Bad customer service-eating at cashier area

Complaint in terms of a bad experience in your Maerua Mall jet home shop

I would like to bring the following to your attention. I was in your Maerua Mall Jet Home shop in Windhoek yesterday. The lady behind the counter was eating oily chicken with her hands. I was shocked as I couldn’t believe what I saw. How is this possible to eat in front of clients? I assume they are supposed to eat in a tearoom.
I went back this morning to ask the manager on duty if she is aware of the incident. But according to her, she wasn’t. She did not even apologize. 

I am used to bad service in Namibia, but never experienced anything like this. I wish I had taken a photo. It would be a good social media post.
