Performance far beyond simply fulfilling contract. Their process for dealing with my underwriter, documenting storm damage to my roof was amazing! Ability to "go to Plan B" when prior, not to code repairs was awesome. Johnson's are an example of classic "underpromise/overdeliver" trades people!

We have used them to replace our roof on our old house were awesome to work with and they dealt with the insurance company for us. This time on our new to us home we had some trees taken down and the one already did damage to our roof, I called Josh and he came out and got things taken care of us. I will definitely call on them when ever I need anything done with the roof on our home!

We are so happy that we selected Johnson Restoration to replace our roof. Josh and his team did a great job! It has been two years and we haven't had any issues. Years ago when we had a roof replaced on a different house and used a different roofing company, I had to handle all the communication with our insurance company but not with Johnson Restoration! Josh took care of all of that for us. I highly recommend this company.

We couldn't be more pleased. We had minor damage from the last storm. They came out and told us we needed only a small fix and the roof itself was fine. They fixed it well and at a reasonable price, and also did a roof repair for my daughter who lives up the street. I really appreciated that they came out for 2 small jobs and didn't price-gouge us. We will use them for any roof issues we have on all 3 of our homes in the future. Thank you, Johnson Restoration!

They were referred to me by a friend so i gave them a try. They did a first class job for me. Andy and Cortney were great, they really stayed on top of things. They did all the communication with my insurance company even when they didn't want to cover something. Workers did a great job and cleaned up beyond expectations. I was so happy with the work they did, I had them do my other house. If your in the market for a new roof, give them a chance. You wont be disappointed!

Johnson Restoration was very fast and professional. Austin responded quickly to inspect my roof after the storm passed and worked with my insurance company through the long and drawn out process to complete the repair and installation. Once they began the installation my neighbors and I were extremely impressed by the professionalism and the cleanliness. The time to protect my gutters and yard from damage was evident with their covers and shields. I would recommend highly!

While no other company responded to my request for an estimate (I had contacted 6 others), Johnson Restoration was right on it. In less than 24 hours they provided an estimate, and 24 hours after that the job was done. But more than being responsive, Johnson Restoration was friendly and helpful. Tom and Mike listened to my concerns and responded to them. The quality of their work was excellent. The price was fair. I have already referred Johnson Restoration to other family and friends.

Wow where do I begin! Not only were they patient and professional they also took extra care to make sure we had all of our documentation in order. I was working with a less than traditional lender and lots of confusing paperwork and Katie took her time to make sure everything was in order to proceed. My job was complete in 2 days and the ease of dealing with the staff was unmatched! They came out they did their job and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I'm a really picky customer who also cares about good customer service. Dan Johnson and the rest of the team did really great work from break of day to past sunset and the quality was beyond compare. I had a new roof put on nearly a dozen years ago and I watched and saw how far superior Johnson's workmanship, attention to detail and good service was from the whole team. And I mean everyone. I recommended them to my neighbors who had a hard time working with their insurance company. Dan made ALL the difference in getting my roof approved with my insurance company, I probably would not have a new roof that was recently damaged by hail if it wasn't for him!

Andy Johnson has been nothing but purely professional, thorough, and most of all NICE to deal with throughout the process of getting my roof work completed. He explained each step of the confusing insurance claim carefully, offered assurances, and dealt with glitches himself so that I didn't have to. The day my actual roof was replaced, everything was laid out, covered up, and completed without a hitch. I was astounded at how quickly it was done, and how professional the cleanup was. I noted one spot in the back that didn't look quite right, and someone came out the very next day to fix it and make it right. I highly HIGHLY recommend Johnson Restoration!

Michael and Johnson Restoration did a fantastic job addressing our needs from start to finish! Michael did a thorough roof inspection, helped us select the appropriate shingle and warranty based on our needs, and helped color match the roof to the house. When it was time to install our new roof, Johnson Restoration called ahead and let us know the details of the installation. The workers showed up that morning, they covered up the plants, windows and doors so as not to damage them, and then went right to work. By the end of the day, they had completed both the roof and cleanup. Once again, thank you Michael and Johnson Restoration our new roof looks amazing!

Truly SUPERB! Dan Johnson and his team provided OUTSTANDING customer service! The crew was professional with every step involved with my Yankee Trace home roof replacement. I would recommend Johnston Restoration hands-down. I have heard about roofing contractor issues and/or nightmares...there won't be any with Johnson Restoration. Dan was there for all my inquiries cradle-to-grave. Responses to my questions were nearly real-time and his answers were factual and complete. The roof installation team was EXCELLENT. The install was completed on-time (1 day) with zero issues and the cleanup was very-very meticulous. The roof looks GREAT!
