I've purchased a diamond ring from JoyOfLondonJewels as a present for my girlfriend. The one I received looked terrible and it was made from cheap plastic and the diamond was not even real! It was just a huge shiny stone! Do not believe this company and what you see on their website, everything is fake. Customer service does not exist. They will communicate with you until they get your money and that's all. There is now way to get a refund. Stay away from this fraudulent company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Paid for a ring that includes 5 pieces. I received 3 of the rings, emailed them and the sent the two missing rings. When I received the 2 missing rings one ring is missing a stone. I emailed again I am to the point where I just want my money back. Here is the response

I haven’t received the engagement ring I ordered yet so I don’t have anything to say about that. But apparently they made a mistake with my shipping address, they didn’t include my full address, so the ring got sent back to them and in order to get my ring shipped back to me they had me pay another $11 dollars. That was so unfair in my opinion, made me regret having tipped. If I would’ve known I would’ve just saved my tip money and used that to pay for any shipping errors.
I ordered 2 rings and paid 70 extra dollars for a 3 day deleivery, and now they tell me my account is fraud. You are the fraud. Dont trust this website they are fraud. Even the social media you cant place a comment. Joy of London jewelrs are a big fraudd
