Product ordered and still waiting - 6 weeks on
#8203 order placed on 16/11 - accepted shipping in 25 to 30 days but website says "product in stock" - that being the case, why have they not despatched my order? Tried to use their website chat box 3 times - no response. Found email address and rude pwrson just referred me to their online chat (despite me saying they never answered). Wish I had read reviews online first all of which cite awful customer service
Desired outcome: Refund as clearly they aren’t going to fulfil to anything like the standard I would want
Did receive my order 8181
I have paid for2 rings order number 8181. Now your customer service is saying my bank account is a fraud. Either return the money or i will post about your fraud all over the net. Is this a fraud company
Service is horrible
I bought a custom ring and one of the stones fell out. I sent it back in for repair during when all this covid started so I was very understanding knowing it would take a while. It's now 2021 and I kept emailing trying to see what was going on when I would get it back most of the time they wouldn't respond or I get the answer it's stuck in customs etc my last two emails they told me I would have to pay for the repair I told them no that was not what I was told and again asked where was the ring they emailed me saying oh we shipped it back the person we had closed. I was highly upset as they told me there was nothing they could do about it and basically said it's your problem. I emailed asking why did it take so long for you to tell me they were closed why was I told that it was lost in customs and why could they not find another jewelry store because I was confused with all these stories I was getting. Finally emailed me back changed their story and said that they could maybe repair it if I shipped it back but they didn't know when she would talk to the supervisor . I emailed them back only to get the response of we sent that back to you and you should have it. I am beyond frustrated that I am out 400 dollars. I told them then just give me a refund they refused saying that it being custom they couldn't DONT BUY from them their stuff looks cheap when you get it doesn't look as pretty in person as it does in pictures I had to screen record as there are too many back and forth emails if they aren't attached contact me
Desired outcome: Refund

Lab Diamonds are NOT REAL!
I purchased two rings from JOL, very excited to receive them. Because of the exceptionally low price, I also purchased a diamond tester to ensure that the stones I was getting were in fact real.
On the website, they state these products as being real diamonds, GIA certified, and even that their business is accredited on the Better Business Bureau. This is TOTAL NONSENSE. Not only were my stones completely fake, but I also looked in the BBB's database after and found NO record of this business existing anywhere.
I fortunately was refunded for my products once I send them back, but the audacity to blatantly falsely advertise your products, as well as to purposefully mislead potential customers regarding your credibility (as well as the authenticity of your items) is disgusting. I didn't say any of these things during the returns process for my items, as I wanted to make sure that I was reimbursed, but now that I have been I feel it is necessary to warn future customers.
DO NOT buy your diamonds - lab grown or otherwise - from here. I have no idea what kind of scam this company is running, but people deserve better. I found much better luck on Etsy, where thankfully, their reviews aren't filtered to only show the positive ones. Save yourself the hassle - don't support scammers.
Desired outcome: Stop lying to customers
I received the wrong engagement ring
I ordered a 2.3 carat oval diamond ring with a halo below it and a paved diamond band in size 5 I received something completely different. I reached out via email and Facebook Magee with zero replied in what has been over 3 weeks now
Reordered ring in pictures bc some of the diamonds on the paved ban have fallen out. We just want a replacement.
Desired outcome: I want the ring I ordered please
necklace
I ordered a necklace as a gift for my friend on January 4, 2019 for a friend's birthday on January 27, 2019. I double checked and it said the item would ship in 1 to 4 days. I contacted Joy of London on January 21, 2019 by email to see where the order was as I had not recieved any communication from them that it had shipped nor that it was delayed. They responded saying they ran out of stock during the holidays and stated they were receiving a shipment ‘tomorrow' which would have been January 22, 2019 and that they would ship it the same day and that you would provide a tracking number. I got an email from them on January 23, 2019 stating it was shipped (which was a day later than they said) but there was no tracking number given so I could not track the shipment. I received the shipment on January 28, 2019. This is unbelievable when I ordered this on January 4, 2019! I have attached a picture of how it was packaged….unbelievable that they would wad a necklace all up in a plastic bag and not in a small box to keep the chain from getting tangled. This was a gift for a friend and I am tremendously disappointed in their lack of communication, customer service, and quality of product and packaging. I was unable to give this gift to my friend on her birthday when I had ordered it 4 weeks in advance and never received notification from them that it was delayed.
I have contacted them today for a full refund.
fraud alert!
I've purchased a diamond ring from JoyOfLondonJewels as a present for my girlfriend. The one I received looked terrible and it was made from cheap plastic and the diamond was not even real! It was just a huge shiny stone! Do not believe this company and what you see on their website, everything is fake. Customer service does not exist. They will communicate...
