I recently purchased a shower system in brushed nickel, but to my dismay, one of the parts arrived in bronze while the other in brass. This inconsistency was quite disappointing and did not sit well with me, especially after spending a considerable sum of money on the product.
Furthermore, upon attempting to install the shower system, I realized that the face plate did not fit the mixer provided. This was quite frustrating and left me wondering if the product was thoroughly inspected before it was shipped to me.

When the new parts eventually arrived, I was disappointed to discover that they were also the wrong parts.
