My 6 month long ongoing saga with national bath re: my top of the line walk in bathtub continues. First it took them 19 days to show up after my bathroom, dining room, hallway, & home office were flooded due an installation problem. Now it seems the lifetime warranty that came with my purchase doesn't address the fact my existing water heater is not sufficient to heat the volume of water the tub holds. When I contacted national bath regarding this discrepancy they promptly (& repeatedly & vehemently) assured me "that is not on national bath — you need an electrician." so much for the great service they tout. I bought the tub from them in good faith, after the salesman looked at my fuse box, water heater, bathroom size, etc. Prior to the sale. So today I had an electrician & a contractor I trust evaluate this debacle...& it emerges my fuse box needs reorganization to be able to accommodate the amount of power my "extra deep" tub requires. And... Wait for it... I need to purchase a higher volume water heater as well. Amazingly, the national bath sales rep proceeded to tell me her tale of woe about the undersized water heater in her rental apartment & how she has to boil water on the stove & carry it to the bath to supplement. As if that were even remotely relevant. You can't make this stuff up! Buyer beware... Avoid this company.

So far not impressed, no show on start day, no calls, no info, too many lies. Do not value customers time. No return calls, don't even answer their calls. will not recommend, stay away, no way!

Chaz was fantastic! After looking at my old bath and talking about a few options, he knew exactly what I wanted. He put together a picture of a beautiful walk in shower on his computer. Loved it!

National Bath Inc is an awesome company. I will recommend this company to anyone. We had a misunderstanding first and after talking to the company manager, we resolved my issue. Thank for my beautiful walk in shower.

We love our new stone wall shower! After sitting through 3 other presentations, they were trying to sell us plastic walls. Don't be fooled! The difference Is night and day. I would recommend National Bath to all of my friends and Family. Timothy B.

Needed to convert a tub into a walk -in shower in preparation of my wife and I getting older now. Called National bath and they sent out a rep ( Preston ) to explain all costs and the process involved. A few weeks later Bart and his crew came out and completed the project in a timely & professional manner. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

I recently had my master bath shower completely redone in my 32 year old manufactured home. National Bath was the first to contact me from online inquiries. Andy (sales rep) was prompt and very knowledgeable. This company's product is one of the most unique and absolutely beautiful material I have ever come across & believe me after working in construction industry for 42 years. I have seen alot of products. The price was reasonable & I was given an 8 to 20 week out schedule. Happily, I only had to wait less than 8 weeks. Taylor the PM called me with all the info and then the nicest, pickiest perfectionist young gentleman showed up on time and worked his *** off to make everything beautiful. John was wonderful, even with a yappy dog being nosy and wanting to interrupt him. (My Sadie is heartbroken that he is gone). Wonderful experience. You will get a beautiful product by professionals who really care about and take pride in their work. Will DEFINITELY have them redo my second bath!

The last week of May 2022 I sent a notice to National Bath that my wife and I would like one of their salespersons to call on us at home. The salesman they sent was very nice and took time to explain all the benefits of a walk-in-tub. Then he showed us pictures of the tubs themselves and explain different options to pay for same. No hard sell at all. My wife and I contracted with National Bath for a walk-in-tub that was designed just for us and the salesman told us it would take approximately eight to nine weeks for the tub to be delivered. We were contacted by a person at National Bath in the seventh week and told that the materials to build the tub had been ordered. On August 26, 2022 we had been notified that installers would be putting in the walk-in-tub. The installers arrived at the time specified, 8:30am, and by 3:30pm the tub was in place and operational. One of the neatest and cleanest installations I've ever seen. We received a follow up call from National Bath asking if we were satisfied and I told them very much so. My wife and I are really enjoying this walk-in-tub.
