I had a great experience all around with Bath Fitter. From the first contact at the kiosk in Eastern Hills mall, to the consultation session, to the final installment. All involved showed wonderful customer service and served with care.

I absolutely love my new tub! It looks like I have a brand new bathroom without the cost of a total remodel. Such a quick installation and ready to use the next day. The installer was on time and did a great job-I had no clean up to do when he left. So many styles to choose from-wish I had more bathrooms to do!

I had a tremendously good experience with Bath Fitter of Buffalo. From the first interaction, setting up the appointment, the in-home consultation with Tony "cat man" G and the installation day with Joe A., everything went well. And then I got a gorgeous, remodeled shower and tub. For the first time, after having the home for 7 years, I was able to relax in my new soaking tub. Looking forward to hiring Bath Fitter of Buffalo again, to remodel my income property, next. Thank you for a job well-done!

Joel did a fantastic job from start to finish. He updated us on his progress each step of the way. As part of the installation, 2 smoke alarms were installed in our 2 bedrooms. Later in the day, my wife and I heard a loud noise. When I went to investigate, I noticed the smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms was laying on the floor. I looked up and saw the smoke alarm was installed on the ceiling using two small pieces of double sided tape ! I was shocked that the installer would cut corners as it would have taken 5 minutes to install the smoke alarms using screws. I re-installed the second smoke alarm the way it should have originally been installed.

These individuals called me at EIGHT THIRTY IN THE MORNING for a confirmation of an appointment I had at 1:00 the NEXT DAY! When I called back to complain to their manager Tom I said, "Why do you call people before 9:00 am?" He said "That's when people are home." I said, "Tom, that's when people are SLEEPING! Don't you know it is illegal to call people before 9:00 in the morning?" He said, "It is illegal to COLD CALL before 9:00." I said, "Use your head Tom. If there is a law stating not to cold call before 9:00 that there must be a good reason for that? So it is not okay to cold call people and wake them up but you think it is okay to wake them up about an appointment the next day? You cost yourself a job with your unprofessionalism, Tom." Very disappointed indeed.

I wanted to love my Bath Fitter shower, but after three months of use, I don't. It is just OK. The shower was installed over a ceramic shower - ceramic floor, walls and ceiling. The process is that adhesive strips are placed on the ceramic walls and the acrylic panels stuck to the strips but after three months the panels are pulling away from the adhesive strips in three places. You can see the wall bulge, if you press against the wall you feel it stick to the strips but then it separates again. If a few sections are pulling away after just three months I am concerned about the long term integrity of the shower because after that it is just the silicone caulk that is holding it together. If the walls move how long will the joints be water-tight? The floor also moves under your feet, especially after the hot water has run for a few moments; you can feel the floor surface sink under your heel. Also, the drain is not the low spot on the floor. Some water pools next to the drain and needs to be squeegee-ed down the drain. It is an inconvenience but after spending almost $ 10,000 I want all of the water do go down the drain on its own. The shower looks great and I went with Bath Fitter because I wanted a nice, new worry-free shower for a house I intend to live in for many years. Instead, seeing what is happening with the walls after three months I worry about it every day and look to see if there is water coming through the ceiling on the first floor. I wanted to love it but today it is just OK, just.
