Had a previous install done with some imperfections and a small water leak. Notified the company right away and they came out on a Saturday and fixed the problems right away. *** and *** did an awesome job and Im beyond thrilled with their work.

The installer, whose name is omitted, was great. Arrived on time, explained the installation process, and quickly got to work. Asked for my assistance to ensure the grab bars and shelves were placed to meet my needs. Once the job was done, the installer cleaned up the installation mess both inside and outside. The new tub and surround look great. Thanks to the unnamed installer.

We had our doubts, one guy shows up after he called to say when he would be here and arrived exactly on time...but one guy doing all this work and getting it done in one day , yeah right! But it was beautiful and exactly what they said. The installation was flawless and no mess for me to clean up he took care of it all. So happy

We highly recommend Bath Experts! From start to finish we were very impressed. They used great quality Jacuzzi brand materials. Our installer, Chris, was prompt, polite, efficient, highly skilled and performed an overall excellent job! He installed a white acrylic deep soaking tub to replace our old almond-colored fiberglass whirlpool tub and then replaced our fiberglass tub/shower unit with a beautiful white acrylic tub and surround. Its a huge job, and Chris managed it by himself. Thank you, Bath Experts!

Overall, our new bathtub looks good and the technicians that worked on our project were both professional and arrived on time. There was some confusion about installing new drywall because our previous tub was 3 inches wider than the new tub. While the installer was apologetic, it did result in someone else having to come out to our house for a second time two days later. Then we needed to wait for the spackle to dry and then sand and re-spackle some areas that had deeper indentations. I dont fault the installers for this, but it did result in us having to wait almost a week to use the new tub in all. The work itself was done well and it is a high quality bathtub, but tightening up some of the intangibles and communicating the details of our project to the team more on the front end would have made this a 5 star project.
