I would like to add my opinion about Walk In Tubs Ottawa. Walk In Tubs Ottawa just installed our tub and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only is the tub great and attractive, but the experience of installation was wonderful. The team at Walk In Tubs Ottawa was helpful, a problem solver and very flexible with what we wanted done. We were working with a very small space but we made it all work and I am so happy with the results. I can't recommend Walk In Tubs Ottawa more highly. Don't go anywhere else.

Richard provides "old school" service, always willing to answer any question/concerns that one has before, during and after the renovations. He did a great job of replacing the tub with an accessible shower for my parents. My father who has over 40yrs of construction/renovation experience answered all my father's queries and saw he was not one of these inexperienced and unprofessional wannabes as he calls them. We're really happy with the work Richard did and would recommend him to friends and family.

Paula B. I received very good service and advice from Walk-in Tubs Ottawa. Mr. Malette was very kind and meticulous with his work and very attentive to my needs. I have Multiple Sclerosis which gives me a lot of problems. Mr. Malette went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with using the bathtub and was capable of getting in and out without any problems. He even came back the next day to help me again with the bathtub and did not leave until I was completely satisfied and capable of doing everything alone. I am very pleased with his work and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He is very professional and I highly recommend Walk-in Tubs Ottawa by Mr. Malette.

We reached a point in our lives when we needed a walk in tub. Richard, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our concerns and questions. I'm 56 and have been having mobility issues for about 10 years due to a genetic disease. I'm very active and proactive about my condition but I'm always in a lot of pain. After searching on the net we decided to visit Walk-in Tubs Ottawa's showroom in Ottawa. He showed us a number of tubs and explained the various plusses and minuses of the tubs. We ordered a tub which was delivered in good time, even with the covid problems. The tub was installed by a local plumber with the help of Walk-in Tubs Ottawa, who pointed out a few fine points required for the proper installation. The tub works very well and does what it is supposed to do. Walk-in Tubs Ottawa also supplied foldable doors which will close the top part of the tub and which will stop any spillages due to the air and waterjets. Overall the service, help and quality of Walk-in Tubs Ottawa's products is exceptional and we strongly suggest you chose his company for your bathroom tub requirements. In June, Richard M (owner) installed the walk in tub purchased for my mom. He was incredibly professional and accommodating to requests. My mom had just lost my dad two weeks prior and feeling so vulnerable and concerned with her self care. Having this tub allowed my mom to feel confident and secure and able to care for herself. He was gracious and kind and very tactful when speaking of her health issues and constraints. He was patient in showing her all the features and the simplicity in the use. Mom felt cared for and respected. Not only is the product amazing, not only does it give its users a sense of independence, but to have Richard treat her with such respect and dignity is worth the price and so much more. Thank you to walk in tub Ottawa for giving mom her independence and thank you to Richard for the great work from demolition to installation and all the finishings. PAT S. July 15/21 It was becoming very difficult for me to get in and out of my tub and fearful of falling. I called Walk-in Tubs Ottawa spoke to [name]. He met us twice at his big showroom. After explaining that I wanted a full length tub so I could lay down and soak my arthritic body. He then showed me one that was available to order and once arrived he had me in showroom and try the tub and he marked exactly all the areas I wanted the water and the air jets. He removed the old tub and installed the new one as well as a molly bather that lifts me up and down . He did all the necessary tile work that needed to be replaced and [name] did an amazing job. No mess and no dust completely removed all debris. Very friendly, polite a happy proud of his work and he should be. Had a few problems after installation but rectified it with different pumps. This was his very first walk-in lay down tub installation, all was new to him. [name] did excellent work. I would with no doubt recommend him to anyone.

To our surprise, the model we wanted was in stock; it was delivered and installed in two days. The installation was trouble free and the end result was that we have a walk in tub with full jacuzzi features and a standard shower all combined in a 30" by 52" area surrounded by acrylic paneling including the ceiling area. After looking at different options and companies, we decided to go with Walk in tub Ottawa, even if our needs were for a shower not a tub. Richard did a great job at explaining the work as well as the different options offered to us. The installation was done over a year (I am slow in writing reviews as I also validate the follow-up client service, which is GREAT). It was done in the middle of the pandemic, Richard took all the necessary precautions and ensured we were all in a safe environment. Richard was very professional and careful while removing the old fittings and putting in the new. Right from the start, we could notice how meticulous and professional Richard was and all throughout the installation. He also kept us up to date with the progress and completion time. We are extremely satisfied with Richard's work as well as the quality of the material used for the installation and we love our shower. It's easy to use and clean, just a little step in and you're ready to shower with ease and ample room. We required a small adjustment following the installation and Richard was quick to respond to us and came right away to adjust. I strongly recommend Walking tub Ottawa and Richard for any of your needs for a shower or a tub, the prices are reasonable, the installation is performed with a high level of attention to details, and the follow-up client service is present and just wonderful.

We've had our walk in tub now for 2 weeks and we had the pleasure of using it on a daily basis, both my wife and I. It is absolutely marvelous! Here is what we think of Ottawa walk In Tub and their installation service: 1st the tub; The tub lives up to its reputation and description of its capabilities 100%. It sends you into a wonderful world of relaxation! The water jets really give you a great massage to your back and feet. For me, the greatest feature I really enjoy is the foot jets massaging and relieving the tension and fatigue from your feet! You can actually feel the fatigue draining from your feet! At least, I do! The water jets are also great as they make your full body relax and you feel as if you're floating on the water! And by the way, the water and air jets can be adjusted to your liking, either strong or soft! Excellent idea! The one feature that I wasn't quite sold on was the color lighting in the tub. But after trying it, I must admit that I found it to be so relaxing, especially with the room light off! It actually does something to your mind and body! I love it now! The only feature I'm not crazy about is the shower. Not because it's not working properly but simply because I find that there's simply not enough standing room to have a good shower. But for those who love having a hand shower, it's ok, just get a better shower head for your liking. So the tub is turning out to be a great investment for both my wife and I. 2nd- Installation by Ottawa Walk In Tubs: Ottawa Walk In Tubs is a wonderful and easy company to deal with. Their main concern at all times seems to be very sure that the client is satisfied and pleased with everything that is taking place. The team works very well, very clean, and guarantees their work, and throughout the whole time they're in your house, they're always making sure that you are satisfied with what's going on and if you have any concerns, they want to know at all times! They're just a great team to have in your house to do the work needed! They also have an electrician to do what is needed in the connections of the tub, and their electrician is as pleasant and a wonderful worker, as the team is. A really great team to have with you!
