Horrible customer service and terrible company
Horrible customer service and terrible company. They will steal your money and not complete a service, let alone provide customer support. Bath Wizard is a real piece of work with awful service, taking your money without finishing the job. They're a joke, disappearing without fulfilling promises or offering apologies. Avoid Bath Wizard and find a company that values customers.

Bath Wizard has been top rate in service and installation. I give the project coordinator, ***, a very high rating for cooperating, responding, meeting needs for adjustments, arranging workers for tasks. We are pleased very much with present installation.

The company is supposed to let you cancel within 3 business days. I sent an email to cancel, but they said it has to be in person or by certified mail. I have until midnight. I tried calling several locations that said they were open on their website, but I couldn't reach anyone. They also said I have until midnight, but their offices close at 6pm. It's a problem because they pressure you to sign a contract that day or you'll lose all the discounts they offer. People should have 3 days to think about buying after getting a quote, and they should be able to cancel electronically. They do the contract electronically. It's a shady business.

My wife and I had a bad experience with this company. They were supposed to come out yesterday and remodel our bathtub into a walk-in shower, but they never showed up. I called the lady in charge of our project 4 to 5 times, but she ignored our calls. She eventually called back and said that the men were on another job and would be here today, 5/24/2022. However, they never showed up at all. I tried calling her numerous times today, but she ignored our phone calls again. I am planning to file a complaint with the Attorney General of Kansas against Bath Wizard in the next few days when I receive the paperwork in the mail. I do not trust them at all. I called numerous times, but supervisors would not return my call. The employees claimed they were busy.

I signed a $15,000 contract with Bath Wizard, expecting the work to be completed in the first week of December. However, it's been quite a wait. I explained to the salesman what I wanted, showed him the color scheme and wood we had chosen for the project. He showed me a picture that looked like cream and dark chocolate, assuring me it matched perfectly. The plan was for them to start on December 6th, so we gutted our bathroom on the 4th. But then, on that same day, they called to inform us that our shipment was lost and that they would contact me once it was found. Luckily, it was found on the 6th and they showed up on the 7th.
On the 8th, I received a call apologizing for a mistake. Apparently, the main wall had been printed in the wrong direction. They said it would take 3 weeks to get a new one. I understood and was willing to wait. When I got home, I finally saw the walls for the first time. To my surprise, they were not cream and chocolate as I had expected, but rather white and black. The entire color scheme was off. When I brought this up, they insisted that I got what I ordered.
Moving forward, when the new wall was finally completed, it was once again printed in the wrong direction. They apologized again and placed a new order for the third time. Two days later, I was informed that it couldn't be printed in the correct direction. However, the other two walls were in the right direction, so I didn't quite understand why they considered it done. Frustrated, I asked if I could just get something different for the $15,000 I had already paid. They responded by saying it would cost an additional $6-8,000. As a result, my master bath remains gutted almost 5 months later.
To make matters worse, I didn't receive the correct shower system. I had ordered both a handheld shower and a shower head, as my husband was recovering from surgery and needed it. It's been 10 days since he left the hospital, and he still can't shower. It's been a complete nightmare. There's no solution to fix this mess. I also want to mention that they woke him up to sign a completion paper, even though he was fast asleep and didn't get a chance to see the final result. On top of that, they took the shelves and glass enclosure with them, leaving us with the wrong system and wrong wall.

Absolutely horrifick company to work with! Promises not kept, lied, manipulate, bully. They did not meet the timeline, as promised, they continue to try and charge me for product they do not have, have never had and keep trying to sell me something else. I have told them we are done, leave us alone and they continue to harass my family for something they were derelict on. Please ensure that this nightmare ends and everyone knows about them, please.

My bathroom was supposed to be done like a year ago and it still ain't finished. The company got money to do it but they ain't finished the job. They even messed up some parts of my bathroom. They keep giving me the runaround about when it's gonna be done and I still ain't got no success. Every time I work with someone from the company, they end up saying they left after like a week of me working with them. They got like 57,489.37 bucks to remodel my bathroom and they still didn't finish it. Plus, they messed up some parts of my bathroom too.

March 30, 2022, I made a contract with Bath Wizard to remodel my Master Bedroom Shower. The work was supposed to start on May 1, 2022. I was supposed to get in touch with Bath Wizard installers during the last week of April, and the work was supposed to be finished by Wednesday, May 4, 2022. I paid $5000 by check to Bath Wizard when I electronically signed the agreement. The check has been cashed and cleared by my bank. But I haven't been able to contact the local Bath Wizard. I've tried reaching out multiple times in the past two weeks, but the only people who answered said they would contact the local Bath Wizard and ask them to get in touch with me about the installation. When I visited the address ***, I found out it's just a place for receiving mail. I'm asking for assistance from the ComplaintsBoard.com to resolve this issue and determine if I need to take further action. I want this complaint to be officially logged and investigated by others. I also tried calling several numbers I found on the internet in my attempts to contact the local Bath Wizard. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

I signed a contract with Bath Wizards on 3/8/2022 to replace my shower. I started making payments in June and the installation took place in May. However, there was a problem during the installation where water would leak into our dining room whenever we ran the bath. The company sent someone to fix it, but it resulted in my family being without a tub for 2 1/2 weeks.
Things seemed fine until 10/26/2022 when our shower/bath tub, kitchen sink, and washer started flooding our dining room whenever we turned them on. We contacted the company and spoke with *** who said he would cover the plumber's bill to find the issue. The plumber came on 11/4/2022 and discovered that the installer had stuffed our drain pipe with paper. The rubber pipe was not secured correctly and completely disconnected from the other pipe. Additionally, there was an improper plug drain. This has caused mold to develop, which we can smell in our home and bathroom.
I don't think we should be responsible for any further payments, or at least the payments should be significantly reduced going forward. I would appreciate help in finding a lawyer if possible. This issue needs to be addressed properly as I don't feel like everything is being resolved adequately at the moment.

Intrigued, we took a few days to ponder the $20,000 investment. By June 30th, we decided to cancel and communicated with the Project Manager. Despite an initial payment of $6,000, we proceeded to cancel, involving the bank for notarization. We sent all necessary documents to Bath Wizard and followed up with a certified letter. A Bath Wizard employee informed us they don't issue cancellation confirmations, so we had to follow up independently. As of July 15th, we've had no response to our calls or letters. I have all the correspondence and evidence ready to send for verification.

On 06/08/2022, Bath Wizard called my 83-year-old dad tryna get him to do business with 'em. He was kinda interested but needed more info. They didn't send any extra info, but then on 06/13/2022, this employee named ____ ________ showed up at his crib and said she needed to measure some stuff. After she was done, she asked for a check as a down payment before they could schedule the work. My dad remembers signin' a check and givin' it to her, but he don't remember gettin' any paperwork or readin' any forms or contracts or nothin' 'cept for his check. Me and a family friend called the company a bunch of times askin' for a copy of the contract. Finally, on 06/27/2022, we got a copy of a "change order." But there ain't no signature or itemized pricing or labor costs or how many workers or who's gonna do the job. They ain't even got a time or date for when the work gonna be done. The paperwork says they was there to make a "change" to the work (switchin' a grab bar to chrome). When we talked to the production manager at Bath Wizard, he said my dad signed a tablet, but he can't even show us a virtual signature. The paperwork they did give us got a fake email address for my dad. He don't even use email, and if they asked, he woulda told 'em to contact me or our family friend 'cause we help him with internet stuff. The company say my dad didn't cancel the work within 3 business days, but we say they didn't complete, sign, or review the right contract in that time. We want his down payment ($3500.00) back and the work canceled.
I entered their so-called sweepstakes on Facebook and am now talking to a lawyer because of harassing phone calls from them using different phone numbers! Some of them don't even say anything when I answer! Don't trust these frauds!
