We ordered several items from Bath Select must say they have Nice faucet with great designs. The items were shipped pretty fast compared to other store I used to order from. Overall everything came as expected with good packaging and complete installation instructions. My plumber said this was an easy installation as everything came with these fixtures.

I would highly recommend Bath Select.

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with BathSelect's customer service team. When I called their customer service line, I was redirected to an answering service and never received a call back. This left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, as I was in need of assistance regarding my order. I then turned to their online platform to submit a return request, but unfortunately, I never received any follow-up on my inquiry. This is not what I had expected from a company like BathSelect, especially given their reputation for high-quality bathroom fixtures. It has been over two weeks since I reached out and I still haven't received any response, leaving me feeling out of luck and out of pocket by $975. For this reason, I urge you to stay away from BathSelect and to seek out other options that can provide the customer service you expect and deserve.

I had a less than desirable experience with BathSelect, and I feel it's only fair to share my thoughts in the hopes that it helps others considering their products. As you can imagine, I became increasingly frustrated as time passed, and eventually, I was forced to return the item. Even worse, BathSelect charged me for the return shipping! This was a huge disappointment and left me feeling like this company was not worth the hassle.

In conclusion, I was highly disappointed with the experience I had with BathSelect. Regardless of what great deals or products they may offer, I cannot recommend a company that is so inept when it comes to their customer service and support. I truly hope that this review can help others to avoid a similar experience.

When I purchased a Fontana shower panel with a 5 year warranty from BathSelect, I thought it was a great deal. However, my experience with this company has left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Recently, I had an issue with one of the jets on the shower panel coming loose from the panel itself. This is obviously a manufacturing defect and should be covered under the warranty that I purchased. Imagine my surprise when I was informed that the warranty would not cover this issue! What is the point of a warranty if it doesn't even cover the item you purchased?

Now, I feel like I've been taken for a ride by BathSelect, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this issue. As consumers, we rely on honest companies with reliable products and warranties. Sadly, BathSelect does not seem to be one of these companies.

So, if you are considering BathSelect, I urge you to think twice. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that will stand by their products and offer real warranties that actually offer protection to your investment. Don't make the same mistake I did- you deserve better!

I recently had an experience with BathSelect.com that left me feeling a bit disappointed. I placed an order for a BT6107DORB shower arm back in 2017 but unfortunately, when I went to install it, I discovered that some parts were missing. I wasn't quite sure if it was my fault or if these parts simply didn't come with the arm.

When I contacted customer service, I initially reached an answering service who assured me that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. Unfortunately, 4 days went by without any contact from the company. Feeling frustrated, I submitted an online email inquiry. Sadly, another 3 days passed before I heard back from an online answering service.

All in all, I'm still waiting to hear back from BathSelect.com about my missing shower arm parts. While I understand that things can get lost or overlooked, I'm disappointed that their customer service response time has been so slow. I'm still holding out hope that the company will make things right, but for now I wouldn't recommend BathSelect.com to others looking to purchase bathroom fixtures.

My experience with BathSelect was incredibly disappointing. We had purchased a shower kit from their website, and the initial interaction with the company appeared to be promising. Their customer service representatives were friendly and seemed knowledgable about their products.

However, as we began to discuss installation with our plumber, we quickly learned that the shower kit we had selected would not meet code in our area. We immediately contacted BathSelect to attempt to cancel the order, but they informed us that it was too late to do so.

Once we received the product, we never removed it from the box and sent it back at our own expense. We were then floored when we received notice that BathSelect had charged us a 15% restocking fee - a whopping $120. This was an unexpected charge that felt like a sucker punch after already having to send the product back at our own expense.

To make matters worse, we found that the company was extremely difficult to get in touch with - phone calls went unanswered and emails received no response.

All of these factors led us to earnestly believe that BathSelect is a fraudulent company, and that their friendly demeanor is nothing more than a facade to trick unsuspecting customers into purchasing products that won't meet code and then ripping them off when products are returned.

We strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from BathSelect to avoid them at all costs, in order to save yourself from the same aggravation that we experienced.

As a customer, it is always disappointing when you've patiently waited for a product you've purchased online, only for it to take forever to be shipped to you. This is exactly what happened to me when I placed an order for a shower set from BathSelect on May 8th, 2020. I waited for two long weeks but there was still no word from them. It was already May 23rd and my order still hasn't been sent out for shipping via FedEx. Frustrated, I contacted BathSelect directly to inquire about what was going on. Unfortunately, I was told by the customer service representative that they were going to get back to me but that never happened. As it stands, I'm yet to hear from BathSelect and have no idea why they can't ship my order on time.

To add to my disappointment, they had already charged me for the product, yet it seems they can't fulfill the order. This is definitely not acceptable. Ordering from BathSelect was supposed to save me some money, with their prices being a tad lower than other retailers, but it was not worth the hassle I had to go through. I caution anyone that has a reasonable timeline or even schedule to not place their orders with BathSelect because they don't seem to value their customers' time at all.

In conclusion, my experience with BathSelect was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of transparency, communication, and the failure to ship my order promptly is unacceptable for any company. It's always advisable to do comprehensive research on a seller before placing an order from them. BathSelect only serves to show that clear and honest communication with customers is important - whether during, before, or after a sale.
