Just Dial review: Supreme pack

Dear Sir / Ma;m, after repeated calls received from Just Dial to buy their products for our Tour and Travel company, (Deep Tour & Travels) we finally decided to call them and get a detail about the services.
Mr. Ashwini Paul, of their Noida Branch visited our residence along with one of his colleague and briefed about the Supreme pack. They said that initially to start with they will require an amount of Rs 4000+GST. We made the payment of the same (Receipt enclosed) and told them that the service to be implemented from Kolkata region.
They accepted the same and asked for requisite photographs of the premises and banner, which was given to them. They assured that app will given to us and on that we can start our promotion. They also asked to make an ECS mandate so that they can deduct monthly (for 3 months initially) from our Bank.
We said that we will not do the ECS unless we get service for the first 3 months. and on their request shared an account detail on assurance from them that they will not deduct any amount until proper service is resumed.
To our utter dismay they started to deduct money from the account without any service. Repeated phone calls to them did not head into their ears.
We are getting mail where in our company owner name is wrongly written as Mr. Akki, Mr. Satisha Khanna rest aside any services provided by them.
The actual name of the owner is Ms. Arpita Sen Neogi.
From February 2025, onwards they are deducting money from my Bank and continuous phone calls received for payment and thus harassing us both mentally and financially.

May we request you to kindly look into the same and let us have the refund of all the money deducted.
